Partou Playtime Day Nursery & Pre-school

The staff are very friendly, my daughter happily goes to them showing how much she enjoys their company. My daughter's speech and eating have improved greatly with the help of the staff. She always looks happy when I read and look at photos in her online journal.

I was worried that my daughter would struggle to settle in after being with a childminder for 6 months, but she settled in straight away - and that’s because everyone who works there is so friendly and approachable! I love that I get a little report on her day when I pick her up, and the nursery is also very flexible at trying to accommodate different work needs! I wish that I’d moved my little girl sooner!

The staff are really friendly and always attentive. The facilities are really good and I'm always amazed to read the end of day report to see all the different activities that the children get up to throughout the day.

My son has been in full time nursery since he was a year old. We had to move nursery’s and joined Playtime in Shepperton in November. I can honestly say, he absolutely loves it. We were worried about moving him as he’s nearly four years old, but our worries were unfounded. He spontaneously told us that he loves his new nursery which is a huge recommendation. He comes home telling us about all the different activities he has been doing. He absolutely loves playing in the mud garden, his clothes are a testimony to this. The staff are welcoming and I couldn’t ask for anything more. 10/10. I just wish I’d moved him sooner.

We are very happy with Playtime. Our son was almost 2 when he started in July and has now settled in well. The girls are all lovely, friendly, supportive and helpful which we really appreciate.

Playtime Nursery Shepperton has gone beyond my expectations. The staff are key to that, always giving feedback on how the day has been and any developments. My little one shows me something new she’s picked up every day and I cannot thank the staff enough for this. It’s very daunting to send her off for the first few weeks but Playtime really made this transition very comfortable for her and us and we have a child that can’t wait to get to nursery. Menus are very vast and delicious! The little one gets to explore all types of foods with nutrients in mind. The premises are by far the best I have seen and the activities they have really engage the child. Highly recommended Playtime Nursery Shepperton.

Playtime Nursery is a brilliant place to send a child. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and very hard working. I have found their services to be outstanding. My child has settled in very well and always comes home smiling after a day there. The food is of a great standard the nursery workers are just lovely. They worked hard to understand my child's needs so that her transition was easy. My child has come home singing nursery rhymes I never taught her and saying words I haven't yet taught her. She has come on so much since her introduction to her worker. I couldn't recommend the place enough. As a new mother, I often find myself doubting approaches and decisions I make but Playtime Nursery has not been one of them.

The first time I walked into Playtime I knew this was the correct setting for my daughter, the manager was so welcoming, and greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, I knew from then my daughter will be very happy at PlayTime. My daughter has received a lot of love and care from the staff. We've been with them since February 2019 and are not able to fault them at all. They show dedication, understanding and complete professionalism, this allows the child to develop to there potential. They create a lovely, fun and warm environment for the children and they are true 'kids' lovers! She has a clear affection for the staff and has bonded with her key worker. All the team know her well, her likes and dislikes, what she's learning and how she's developing, and they talk about her with genuine affection. I like that there are activities which are based around education, since my daughter has been at PlayTime she has developed tremendously. I can recommend PlayTime to any parent.

Our daughter thoroughly enjoys each and every day she attends the nursery. We have complete confidence she is well cared for and that her developmental needs are catered to with varied practical activitities. The environment feels vibrant and welcoming with different colours, sounds and things to keep her well stimulated and push her to keep developing. And the staff have been reassuring and helped her to settle in.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She feels at home. It’s so reassuring to know she is spending the day somewhere she really enjoys being. She loves the garden so having the two outside areas is perfect. We could not ask for any more. All staff are great and she loves all the girls in her room. She settled in so quickly.

One of the main selling points for us was the great facilities such as the huge outside garden and soft play area.

My daughter has been at Playtime for almost 3 years now and always loves going. We are very happy with the staff and care provided and have seen the nursery develop even further since new ownership.

My son loves it here. He is always happy when I pick him up, and really likes the carers. The food selection is pretty good and they give him extra, if he needs it. He sleeps well at nap time and gets a lot of play time outside and in soft play. The communication is frequent and it’s easy to get answers to questions and, as mentioned before, my son loves it and that makes going to work easier, knowing he is so happy.

Very happy and satisfied with the nursery overall.
