Partou Playtime Day Nursery & Pre-school

We have been so happy with the service provided by Playtime Nursery - Shepperton. It was my son's first time at nursery and the staff made the transition so much better than I had anticipated. Their caring and professional manner has made my son's experience such a happy one. He thoroughly enjoys school and the facilities available.

My daughter has been extremely happy since joining Playtime Nursery - Shepperton, she started one day a week and now does two. The lady who runs the babies room is calm, reassuring and helpful. My daughter loves her, she has now moved to the bigger babies room and is still happy. She toddles off in the mornings without looking back. I have recently recommended to a mum with a new baby. The only comment, if I were to offer a suggestion, is the billing system which is very old fashioned and needs updating and simplifying for those parents who are not full time. But overall very very happy with Playtime.

My daughter is 3. She has spent 2.5 days a week with Playtime Nursery - Shepperton since she was 8 months old. The service they provide has grown with her, from cuddles and weaning though to walking, getting the courage to go down the 'big slide' and the trials of toilet training. The staff have always shown a great balance between caring, discipline and a great sense of humour. I'm very happy to have them as part of her upbringing.

Facilities are so spacious and love the soft play area.

My children have settled in here very well and all the staff make them and me feel very at ease and are so nice.

Also having home cooked meals on site, I know my boy is getting the nutrition he needs to grow.

Staff are all very friendly and welcoming and my son has come on leaps and bounds with all areas of development since starting.

I highly recommend this nursery to all.

The staff are great and made it easy for our son to settle into the nursery. It's spacious and contains a large soft play area and a large outdoor area for the children to play in. We will soon be able to track our son's daily activities and progress online which is something we are looking forward to.

I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough. My baby started when three months old and I went back to work, all of the staff made the experience worry free and were more than accommodating to her routine and happy to answer my never-ending questions.

Management and the team are always so happy and supportive.

My Granddaughter has been attending playtime nursery since 2017 she is so happy and really enjoys going into the nursery. When I collect my granddaughter from nursery she is always wanting to stay for longer, I get an excellent handover given to me at the end of the session when I collect my granddaughter informing me of what activities she has taken part in throughout the day and how much she has eaten and slept. I feel this is in-depth enough for me to then pass over to her parents. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My granddaughter always looks so happy when I pick her up from nursery. She seems to have really settled into Mini Tots and gets along with everyone.

My grandchildren love it at Playtime Nursery in Shepperton. They enjoy soft play and the garden time and the staff are great with all the children that go to the nursery.

Everyone has been very helpful, especially for worried first-time parents.

The activities provided are amazing for the children and they all seem so happy.

He is well looked after, fed, educated and most of all he has fun and is so happy. I have and would recommend Shepperton. I am so, so happy with everything and the fact my son is happy is the main thing.
