Well what can I say about this nursery it is absolutely brilliant. My son has been going since September and my daughter is going through the settle in at the moment. The staff are absolutely brilliant. My son loves going here. They have a soft play which they use when it's raining outside and there
is so much for the children to do. I would highly recommend this nursery

My Twins started at Playtime Nursery 3 weeks ago, I was initially very anxious leaving them and worried about the logistics of getting two babies in the door each day on my own. The nursery staff have been so incredible, they help me with every drop off and pick up and I feel much calmer which in
turn means my littles one's are much calmer. They have settled much faster than I expected, they adore their key worker and all the staff in the baby room, when I pick them up now they seem really content & happy. The baby room is a lovely quiet & calm room, all the little ones seem very happy there which was reassuring. Really pleased with my choice after viewing many local nurseries.

Overall, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Communication is really good, with regular updates and clear feedback, which we really appreciate. They do a great job supporting the children's development in a positive and caring way. Our three-year-old daughter and two-year-old son
absolutely love the nursery and often wake up excited, asking to go to school.

Partou Playtime nursery continues to go from strength the strength. The staff are the most wonderful team who are invested totally in the children, their well being and development. The staff make the nursery a happy, warm and kind environment for the children and both my girls love going and talk
very fondly about their teachers! We have made some lovely friends with other parents, it is a great community to be a part of.

Excellent nursery. Both of my smaller children attend this nursery and I absolutely love it. Children are well looked after and all of the staff are lovely and make all the children and parents feel welcome. Great handovers as well, and pictures uploaded on the child's profile so you are able to see
what they have been up to

I can't speak more highly of the nursery, when my daughter first started, I was worried about leaving her there, in a strange place and with people I didn't know. But the nursery has been amazing for her, she has learnt so much, loves going, and the staff are brilliant. I can't fault anything, and
would recommend to anyone.

My son has been going here for a year now and we've never had any issues. Friendly staff always willing to do more for you and my little one. A good breakdown of younger ages upstairs and older down, which he will be going into.

My son has been attending the nursery for 2 year now since he was 1 and he has loved every room he has been in. Now in preschool, he is thriving and happily goes in every day. The room leader and the team make sure to have meaningful interactions with kids while also instilling good daily habits. We
are very happy as we can see the benefits and the positive impact the nursery has on my son's social and life skills.

We have a had a wonderful experience so far at Playtime nursery, we were supported very well all through our daughters settling in period and now feel very comfortable leaving her with the team there as a home away from home. Thankyou very much for making her welcome. She is learning lots everyday
and we can really see her developing well at playtime.

My youngest daughter has attended this nursery since she was 1 years old. She is now 2 1/2. She goes in happy every morning which makes me feel reassured. I like the fact that there is lots of space in the nursery and lots of outdoor space too. Having an indoor soft play to use on rainy days is
another bonus.
I feel the nursery has come on so much since my eldest attended and the changes which have been made are for the better.
My daughter enjoys the variety of activities and enjoys playing with the other children too.

The indoor and outdoor facilities are excellent. Mealtimes are varied and healthy. All staff are exceptionally caring and our daughter has loved it there.
I would definitely recommend Playtime Nursery - Shepperton as the best nursery in the area!

Our child continues to develop brilliantly whilst at Playtime Nursery, always happy to go and happy when we pick him up and talks about it when he’s not there.

My son (now 4 years old ) has been attending Playtime Nursery since he was 1. He absolutely loves going to preschool. He can’t wait to see his friends and key workers. He's always so excited to show me what he’s learnt from preschool. Highest quality of care from management and key workers.

My daughter has always been so happy at Playtime, she is well loved and looked after by the staff there. She’s made lots of friends and is always excited to go to nursery. Playtime is open during school holidays and very close to the train station which really helps balancing family and work life.

My little boy has been with the nursery since October. He is our first child and therefore I was extremely nervous about the whole experience but the management and staff made me and my husband feel so at ease. They gave us settling in sessions so that my little boy was able to get used to it to
start with. He now absolutely loves nursery and has come on leaps and bounds. Everyone there is so friendly and it feels like a big family. Ebony in the under 2’s room is amazing, always a smiley face to welcome us in the mornings, my little one adores her. I couldn’t be more happy I have my little boy with them all.

I cannot recommend Playtime Nursery Shepperton enough as a nursery or preschool to send your little ones to. Our journey as a family has not been an easy one with finding out that our Son was profoundly deaf whilst he was just 6 months in attendance. To say the nursery have been supportive is an
understatement as they have very much been on this journey with us. They have gone above a beyond to listen to expert advice and put into place everything they are able to support our son’s development. My son’s Key worker keeps us informed of his days with them, what they have been up to and truly cares about him. She has even gone as far as to attend British Sign Language courses in her own time. I truly feel that the environment that the manager and her team breed at Playtime Nursery Shepperton is one that is safe, fun, caring and inclusive.

My little one joined 2 months ago at 6 months old. Right from our initial tour I was filled with confidence that she would be well taken care of here. Staff are so friendly. I am updated about everything. Management team go above and beyond!
