Partou Playtime Day Nursery & Pre-school

We are so pleased with our experience at Playtime - it's been such a relief to know the quality of care is excellent even in these difficult times. Our baby is so happy when we get there to drop him off, it's so great to see! We can go to work knowing he is being well looked after and continuing with his development despite the pandemic. I have only had positive experiences whilst my son has attended the nursery. My son took a while to adjust when he first started at the nursery but he was made to feel welcome and safe which made the settle in period so much easier for him and me.

We have had the most wonderful experience at Playtime Shepperton! From our first visit, we knew it was where we wanted to send our little boy. The manager is so welcoming, kind and has been able to solve any problems that we have had as well as helping to guide and advise us along the way. The staff are so caring and kind. Our son's keyworker in particular is so wonderful. You obviously have fears when you are leaving your baby in someone else's care but our keyworker is just amazing. She is so caring and has the most wonderful manner - I know that my boy is safe in her care. Whenever we pick him up it is clear that he has had a great day and I love reading up about what he has been doing on the tapestry website. We looked at a few nurseries before making our decision and are so glad that we chose Playtime.

Really happy with the staff and the way my daughter has settled in this nursery after a 5-month break and fresh start from her previous nursery. Staff tried different ways to settle her in, and I can see how she enjoys her time there with the smile on her face going in every morning!

My little girl has been coming to Playtime in Shepperton since she was 2. She absolutely loves nursery and has given her so much confidence. She has learnt so much since being at the nursery, as well as having lots of fun along the way! The staff have always been great.

My child has been attending the nursery since June 2020, a difficult time to join with all the COVID restrictions and implications. The staff have done their best to keep everything running smoothly and I think they have done really well. I haven't been able to go in and really see very much for myself due to the restrictinos however the communication from staff and the Tapestry logs are very helpful and I am confident the service being provided is very good.

Such a lovely nursery with lovely, friendly staff. My daughter has been going here for nearly a year and she is very settled. She enjoys her days at nursery and always comes home and tells me all about her day. Since returning to nursery after lockdown, her confidence has improved so much and I am so pleased.

We moved our daughter to Playtime Nursery in Shepperton in September 2020 after a period of 6 months out of a nursery setting, and it's been the best decision we could have made. She settled in immediately and is loving her time at the nursery. She’s made lots of new friends and loves the staff so much. The staff are all really friendly and so caring towards the children in their care. Cannot recommend enough.

My son has come on so much since he has started at Playtime Nursery Shepperton, his speech has improved and he is more confident. Even though we have moved recently I will still keep him at Playtime as I know he’s happy.

I have moved my son to this nursery just over six months ago and he really enjoys his time here. Everyone has been lovely and there is so much room for the kids, with particular focus and objectives on their education.

Both my children started the nursery in June this year. I have been impressed with every aspect of their service. My children are very happy there and are so excited when I drop them off. The manger and the staff are warm and friendly, and I have no reserves recommending the nursery.

All the teachers are friendly towards my 4-year-old twin daughters. The manager is lovely to work with, and my children adore her! Overall the nursery is quite organized and well run! Would highly recommend!

Playtime Shepperton have really supported our daughter in settling into nursery and then resettled following COVID. She always comes home happy as if she’s had a wonderful day. The staff, especially her key workers are brilliant and provide both verbal and online updates which is great to check in during the day. We couldn’t be more pleased with Playtime.

The communication from the manager during the lockdown period has been amazing and I always felt like I was in the loop and up to speed with what the nursery's plans were with regards to reopening and the measures that the nursery were taking to ensure a safe return for everyone which made me feel at ease about sending my son back. On his first day back after the reopening, he was quite apprehensive about going into the nursery which made me feel really sad about dropping him off. When I picked him up in the afternoon he ran out covered in dirt and looked like he had just had the best day running around with his friends getting mucky - it was just what he had needed after 3 months on lockdown! I asked him if he had had a nice day and he told me that he really likes his teachers. Brilliant nursery!

Would highly recommend the nursery. It is very well managed with lovely staff throughout. Extremely informative to activities throughout the day of my son.

Playtime Nursery has been amazing for my little boy, (18 Months) he was really struggling being left with anyone else but myself (mummy) but Playtime have been so helpful doing everything possible to make the transition easier for everyone involved. My little boy now has his arms open for his key worker when we walk in which is so lovely to see. All the staff are so caring and informative with great management. My little boy's speech and interaction with other children has come on so much since starting playtime. Great nursery, I would highly recommend.

Girls are amazing, always attentive and have the time of day for you. Always thorough handover, my son loves coming to Playtime, and the girls in Boppers always make him feel welcome and happy.

Playtime Nursery, I find is a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere for children to learn and play.

We came to Playtime after having such a bad experience at a previous nursery, we had reservations about moving as our son is in his last year. We are so glad we did he has come on loads and his speech has improved so much. The best decision we have made.
