Playtime Nursery Shepperton, follows a simple ethos where its believed that children should be allowed to be children and the adults who look after them should believe that too. Playtime Nursery Shepperton has a large outside space that is used by all age groups, and a free flow outside space attached to the toddlers room.

My son loves going to Playtime Nursery. All the staff are very friendly, you can chat to them and they always make time. I love seeing what my son gets up to on the app. My son has come on loads and I love it when he shows what he has learnt at home.

We now have two children at Shepperton Playtime. Our son joined when he was about 9-months-old (now 4-years-old) and our daughter when she was just over 1-year-old (now 18-months-old). While the nursery went through some challenges during COVID, like most others that we know of, the management now in
place is truly excellent and the staff who look after the children have always been exceptional in our opinion. The key workers genuinely care, keep us fully informed, and have developed strong bonds of trust with our children. They eat well, play well and socialise well. Our son remained in nursery during much of the COVID lockdown period and his personal development, including speech and language skills, compared to children who stayed home is very evident. The nursery is safe and clean and provides a warm and welcoming environment for the children. We would not hesitate in recommending Playtime Shepperton to any other parent.

Our boy has been at Shepperton Playtime from 15 months old and is now 4 and a half years old. We have always had a very pleasant experience from being greeted in the mornings by the management to child exchange with the key workers. All the staff are so very attentive and friendly with all regards.
Our boy doesn't need any motivation to get ready for nursery as he's always excited to see his friends and key workers. Not only the care the food is also raved about when he's home. We are also lucky the nursery has such amazing facilities to keep the children engaged all through the day. Highly Recommended!

The new manager and her team are amazing. The interaction between the parents and the nursery team is amazing. We are informed about everything via email and get instant replies to any requests. They are always helpful and friendly. Our daughter is attending only 2 days a week so can't have any high
expectations regarding her education. But I know one thing, she is being cared and safe.

My daughter has been at Playtime since she was 1 year old. 2 years in I just cannot thank the whole team at Playtime for the progress they have done with my daughter in so many of her areas.
I can see exactly how much she loves it there, from the way she runs in every morning.

My twin girls have been attending Playtime Nursery for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. It took me a while to find a nursery that I got the feeling for as it's a big thing putting your little ones into nursery for the first time and you want to feel that they are safe, will have fun and be
well looked after in other people's care. The team at Playtime Nursery are amazing, they built relationships with my girls instantly which was hugely reassuring and they are always focusing on their individual needs and development. They support an element of your home routine, they keep you updated via the app and I love seeing the observation photos! I would highly recommend playtime nursery to other parents.

My daughter has been attending Playtime Nursery Shepperton for several months now and I cannot fault the care and dedication of the team there. The team really focus on the development of your child whilst also ensuring they are having fun at the same time, I have really noticed how much my child has
progressed under their care. She is also incredibly sociable which I am sure is down to being in a nursery environment several days a week. As a parent you wonder what your child is up to each day, however with the app parents can access you get regular updates so overall communication is excellent. A varied menu that is communicated with parents means I know my child is getting the balanced diet that us adults strive for, if only our workplaces could cater like this! I would highly recommend this nursery to all parents in the Shepperton area.

I would highly recommend this nursery. My son has settled in so well as all the staff are friendly and have made the time to bond with him. My son always has a great time in preschool and loves the big front garden. He loves the food and always eats well and comes home happy every day.

Amazing nursery, staff are really approachable. My son always runs straight in without looking back which really puts my mind at ease. Use of Tapestry is great as I can see what he’s been up to and what he's eaten throughout the day. My son enjoys the free play of being able to go in and out of the
garden or using the huge soft play area. He has a fantastic relationship with his key worker who is always updating me with his progress and happy for me to call whenever I like. Would highly recommend!

My little boy started Playtime Nursery - Shepperton in February after coming from another nursery.
The nursery staff are absolutely lovely and you couldn’t ask for nicer people to look after your little ones.
The settling in for my little boy was smooth and easy for us both.
Even with Covid it
was difficult as not being allowed to see the nursery but they’d made a very informative video for us to watch which was great.
My little boy is loving the nursery and I couldn’t ask for a better one. He’s come on so well with his speech and language which he’s quite behind on and also developing his social skills has been great for outside the nursery too.
Thank you to them all for their hard work.

My 4 years old grandson arrived in the UK just before Christmas. We have no acquaintances with children of that age so he was very lonely before starting at Playtime Nursery. He attends 3 mornings a week and it has been a godsend. He really looks forward to his time there and he loves playing with the
other children. The staff are very helpful and have been brilliant at helping me as things have changed so much since my children were his age.

Playtime has been a home away from home and extended family to our son for the last 3 years and now our daughter has joined the loving, safe and fun environment too. I've seen the nursery change over time and also cope well through the latest Covid challenges. The staff aren't there to just do their
job, they really connect and encourage the children's development. Playtime is open and supportive; I've opted to cloth nappy my children and they have supported our choices. I know of others who have religious and other dietary requirements, all of which are handled really well. Both my children love attending; the 3.5 year old tells me and begs to go on his non-nursery days and the 1 year old claps her hands and smiles when she sees her 'school bag'. They run in at drop off and come out full of smiles and stories of their day at pick up. Playtime are lucky to have some fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces to keep the children entertained too and they make the most of them in all weather.

My little boy has settled in extremely well - when we arrive in the mornings, he is so excited to go in and he doesn’t even have time to say goodbye.
He always comes out happy, so I know the girls are looking after him extremely well. The manager and then girls are always happy to chat and answer any
questions.
I would definitely recommend Playtime to others.

Great facilities for settling in. Very friendly staff. Good communication from management about Covid situation. Our child has now so very well acclimatised to the nursery that she jumps in joy as soon as she sees the car turning into the car park. Very positive experience overall. Highly recommended!

We love Playtime Shepperton. All the staff are amazing with the children and go out of their way to make the parents feel comfortable. The children are always in the garden doing activities which are great for their development and there is a really big indoor soft play for them to burn some energy
for rainy days. We are incredibly happy and definitely recommend it.

I have only had positive experiences whilst my son has attended the nursery. My son took a while to adjust when he first started at the nursery but he was made to feel welcome and safe which made the settle in period so much easier for him and me.
