N Family Club - Ockham

We couldn't be happier with our experience at N Family Club in Ockham. Our son has been attending since he was 16 months old, and watching him grow, learn, and flourish in such a nurturing environment has been absolute magic.

The setting itself is wonderful, but it's the incredible team that truly makes this nursery exceptional. Sukhy and Kirsty run the nursery with so much passion, warmth, and professionalism. They are always approachable, incredibly supportive, and clearly care deeply about every single child and family in their community, as does everyone working in the rooms.

The staff go above and beyond to tailor learning to the children's interests, and the communication with parents is top-tier. Seeing our son run in every morning with a big smile on his face gives us complete peace of mind.

The whole experience with n family club has been incredible. From booking a tour easily, receiving the lovely box of gifts before my son started, the settling in sessions with the amazing, welcoming staff and finally to my son attending - it has all been outstanding. Everyday they go to so much effort to engage the children in different activities and movement. The food, the toys, the play area and the special events are all brilliant. All the children seem so happy there and I feel very lucky my son has got to experience such a phenomenal place. Thank you to every person who works there.

We love N Family Ockham, our kids look forward to nursery every day so much so that we often struggle to get them to leave at the end of the day! The management team lead by Sukhy and Kirsty have really worked hard to make some small but key improvements over the past year to the communication channels between the nursery and parents it has made such a big difference! Amazing helpful staff, who are extremely accommodating. The nursery has a lovely family feel, where all the teachers know the children's names, and make all the parents feel welcome. I have recommended this nursery to friends who are local to the area.

A really warm, friendly and wonderful nursery which our 18 month old really enjoys attending. The staff are all attentive, caring, patient and kind. Our daughter does enriching activities every day and we have seen her come on in leaps and bounds in all aspects of her development. The food menus always sound delicious - it's no wonder she often eats everything put in front of her. The added bonus is being able to say hello to the horses every morning as we go in which my little one loves

Our daughter has been a N in Ockham for the past 2 years and we've absolutely loved it. The team are great and really care about the children in their charge - Laura and Viktoria looked after her initially and then onto Ben and Sandra and they've all been incredible.

In the summer we moved further away and it is now twice the time to take get to the nursery, however we are going to be putting our son in Ockham because we trust and appreciate the team so much.

Parking can be busy a peak times (but where isn't?) and it's got an amazing facilities.

I used NFamily Ockham for 4 years as the nursery for both my daughters. They were always very happy there. The staff really care about the children and show dedication to their role. The menu is varied and healthy.

I have my 1 year old daughter and 3 year old son at N Family Ockham for the past 2 months and I have been extremely happy with the care and support they have been given. It is such a great environment for both ages to learn and thrive. Already I feel I can go to the staff with any concerns or questions and I am met with support always. The daily updates are the highlight of my day and are so thoughtfully put together. It really feels like a family at the nursery and we are so pleased we chose this nursery for our children. We look forward to watching them thrive with the fantastic team at Ockham.

Our son has been in N Club Ockham for 5 months and he loves it there. The staff are fantastic, he loves coming to Nursery and he really bonded with the team at Nest, Charlie, Ronnie, and Victoria has been exceptional. They provide regular updates and are always on hand to answer questions and provide support, as needed, and his progress has been impressive.

We have been really pleased with our experience at the nursery. Our son has settled in so well, and we've seen great progress in his development. The team are warm, friendly and caring, and the facilities are excellent. It's a wonderful environment for him to learn and grow, and we couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

My son has been at N Club Ockham for almost a year, since he was just under 12 months old. He loves it there! They go to great lengths to make every day / week different, with play activities, books and visiting music classes. His development during this time has been amazing - the soft play in Nest helped so much with his walking and all the activities taught him loads of words, sounds and signs. He gets fed delicious meals and snacks all day. I know he's so well taken care of and as a busy working parent, this gives me huge peace of mind. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

Our son has been at the nursery for two years and he's very happy and content. The staff are excellent both in terms of the care and attention they give the children and how they involve us as parents, supporting things like potty training and other developmental milestones. Activities are well thought-out, stimulating and age-appropriate and it's really nice to see a recent move to bring in external activities like African Drumming and a mini-zoo.

An excellent nursery, staff are very friendly and our son loves it here very much. The setting is also very nice and there's plenty of outdoor space for the children. Overall I have rated the nursery 5 stars as it certainly meets our expectations, however I would note that staffing can be an issue with a lot of agency staff coming and going. It would be nice to see some more permanent staff there!

My daughter loves attending N Family Club Ockham. The staff are lovely and offer such a wide variety of activities for the kids. The environment is clean and calming, and the food is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare.
