I have my 1 year old daughter and 3 year old son at N Family Ockham for the past 2 months and I have been extremely happy with the care and support they have been given. It is such a great environment for both ages to learn and thrive. Already I feel I can go to the staff with any concerns or questions and I am met with support always. The daily updates are the highlight of my day and are so thoughtfully put together. It really feels like a family at the nursery and we are so pleased we chose this nursery for our children. We look forward to watching them thrive with the fantastic team at Ockham.

As parents we feel very happy for our son to go to N family Ockham. The staff are brilliant, friendly and caring, and communication is excellent. We have seen our son develop his skills since going and we feel reassured that he is in good hands. We highly recommend N family Ockham.

Our son has been in N Club Ockham for 5 months and he loves it there. The staff are fantastic, he loves coming to Nursery and he really bonded with the team at Nest, Charlie, Ronnie, and Victoria has been exceptional. They provide regular updates and are always on hand to answer questions and provide support, as needed, and his progress has been impressive.

Both of our little ones absolutely love their time at N Ockham, they often don't want to be picked up! The staff are all really attentive and kind to the children, and we get wonderful updates on the App throughout the day. They've made lovely friends and seem to do something new and exciting everyday! Would happily recommend N Ockham, they really care.

Our son has been at N Family Club Ockham for about 18 months and he loves it there. The staff are fantastic, they take great care of our son and we have seen him flourish into a happy and curious boy under their care. They provide regular updates and are always on hand to answer questions and provide support, as needed. Our daughter will be joining in about 11 months as we've been so impressed.

We have been really pleased with our experience at the nursery. Our son has settled in so well, and we've seen great progress in his development. The team are warm, friendly and caring, and the facilities are excellent. It's a wonderful environment for him to learn and grow, and we couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

My son has been at N Club Ockham for almost a year, since he was just under 12 months old. He loves it there! They go to great lengths to make every day / week different, with play activities, books and visiting music classes. His development during this time has been amazing - the soft play in Nest helped so much with his walking and all the activities taught him loads of words, sounds and signs. He gets fed delicious meals and snacks all day. I know he's so well taken care of and as a busy working parent, this gives me huge peace of mind. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

Our son has been at the nursery for two years and he's very happy and content. The staff are excellent both in terms of the care and attention they give the children and how they involve us as parents, supporting things like potty training and other developmental milestones. Activities are well thought-out, stimulating and age-appropriate and it's really nice to see a recent move to bring in external activities like African Drumming and a mini-zoo.

An excellent nursery, staff are very friendly and our son loves it here very much. The setting is also very nice and there's plenty of outdoor space for the children. Overall I have rated the nursery 5 stars as it certainly meets our expectations, however I would note that staffing can be an issue with a lot of agency staff coming and going. It would be nice to see some more permanent staff there!

My daughter loves attending N Family Club Ockham. The staff are lovely and offer such a wide variety of activities for the kids. The environment is clean and calming, and the food is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

My niece is always so well taken care of by the wonderful staff the N-extras are well loved cookery Spanish yoga and the doodle dance add so much joy and happiness to the children who go there I can't not reccomend it highly enough thank you all for taking such good care of my niece .

Our little boy started at N Family Club in January 2025 and we are so pleased we chose this nursery. We had every reservation about leaving him in someone else's care but needn't have worried - he goes in with a smile on his face, waving goodbye happily. The staff are caring and attentive to both the needs of our son and us as parents. We are so grateful for the wonderful care that he is receiving and his confidence has sky rocketed. We would have no doubts recommending N Family Club to any prospective parents.

Every day we say how happy we are with N Ockham after each drop off and pick up. The nursery always seems clean, calm and happy, the staff feel like extended family, the setting is amazing and the staff really care and are always able to give us such a detailed account of our daughters day (and answer any questions we have). They also make sure to check in on how we are doing too and are so understanding and attentive. They made the settling in process so easy for us and we couldn't be more grateful that our daughter gets to grow and develop in such a lovely, caring environment.

We're so grateful for the wonderful care our son has received at Granary. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, creating a safe and nurturing environment where our child thrives. The activities are engaging and educational, and we love seeing how much he's learned and grown since starting. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a place where their child will feel loved and supported.

Our little boy has been at N Family Club for a few years and we've seen the nursery go from strength to strength in this time. In particular, our little boy loves the outside space, which is huge, and the new performance stage is a hit! The staff are great - so caring and always give a great report at pick up about what they have been up to and how they have been that day. They really make you feel like they know your kid. It also feels as though a lot of thought and attention go into what they teach the children - whether that is about their emotions, healthy eating, or space exploration.

We love the nursery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and clearly care a lot about all the children. They made the settling-in process stress-free and nothing is too much trouble. The activities the children do are varied and our daughter loves the yoga. The menu is varied and well-balanced and is a big hit. Updates on the app are detailed and we love getting pictures to see what they’ve been up to each day. We’re so happy with our choice of nursery and would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter started N Family Club - Ockham in January 2024. She was young at 9 months and I was worried about her settling in. The N Family staff were amazing, both with my daughter and myself. (I was very emotional). She has now settled in really well and is doing superbly. She is always so excited when we arrive and very happy to be handed over to the staff there. I'm so pleased we chose N Family - Ockham.

Our daughter started in the nursery when she was 9 months old and she has been there for a few months now. The staff taking care of the babies has been very caring, friendly and reassuring. They have also been great communicating with us about any matter regarding our daughter. The staff have been amazing, hence the five stars. There are areas management could improve; for example, for us, the settling process could have been planned better and with more time in advance.

Our baby girl is absolutely loving nursery. Seeing her jump in the staff’s arms for cuddles is incredibly reassuring and makes us feel so relaxed. The variety of activities is first-class and we love the app with daily photo updates and easy communication. The food menu always looks incredible and has definitely helped her to develop a taste for a wider variety of foods. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and loving. They support our home language (not English) and even learned some words to help support our baby’s learning. This is absolutely incredible and we are beyond grateful.

Our daughter started here over a month ago and I have been so impressed with the way the nursery is run. They seem to learn different things every day and the activities are great. I love the outdoor play area as well, my daughter loves to be outside so this is lovely. The menu each week is so impressive and I love the variety of food that they are offering them. The staff are so friendly and really caring. I couldn't recommend it enough!
