Our now three and a half year old joined the baby room when a year old and we felt very safe and happy in the knowledge that the care and development he was getting was excellent. Following 18 months abroad he rejoined the preschool room and we have seen him totally flourish, making friends, enjoying
activities (from baking and crafts to visits from fireman and a sports coach!) and academically improving. The team are first rate and always happy to help and we hope to send number two there when the time comes.

My daughter started in the nursery in November last year and has settled in very quickly. She is very happy at the end of the day when I pick her up, chatting about what she has done throughout the day. All the other children say goodbye to her when she leaves which is very sweet. She has picked up
great habits at the nursery such as hand washing and saying please and thank you, which is fab. The staff are friendly, caring and fun - forming an instant bond with the children. A key person is assigned to each child and we found that really helped with my daughter as she can be shy initially. She has blossomed and now I can hardly drag her away at the end of the day!

We are so pleased about our experience at this nursery, we have been seeing increasingly raised standards for the past five years since our first son joined. Especially over the last year, we have been quite impressed with the new exciting environment, the happiness of the children and the quality of
teaching through play. My son loves it as every day is different and packed with new games and learning stories.
The management team is always very caring and helpful. There seems to be great teamwork and dynamics, the staff always look happy and polite. Our boy eats well and often gets bonus muffins to take home for him and his brother! We could not recommend this nursery more, it has meant total peace of mind for us.

I searched and visited a few nurseries before deciding to put our child in Asquith Nursery. The staff seem to genuinely love children and I feel he is well looked after, considering he is there for a full working day. Our kid literally runs to the teachers, hugging them when I drop him and off and
often doesn't want to leave when picked up at the end of the day. The teachers are caring and they have lots of stimulating activities. Our boy loves the girls, they are all great!
Admin is always flexible and accommodating if we need extra days (big thank you).
We love this nursery. I would strongly recommend it.

I'm really happy wih the nursery and care my son gets. The staff is lovely and takes care of him as well as I would. They really go the extra mile and are more than happy to carry on the routines we have at home. They are very supportive in all aspects. I'm really happy with my choice.

It is an excellent nursery. Our two children have been very happy there and have formed close attachments to their key carers. The room leaders are especially good and there is always a friendly welcome and detailed handover. The outdoor space is a great benefit to the nursery. The kids get a balanced
and varied selection of meals. It is a nice environment for children to start childcare.

Lovely nursery nurturing every child. Our daughter has developed and grown so much since joining. The staff all know the children and are all friendly and caring. Food is of high quality and they prepare the pre-school children extremely well for reception. Outdoor space is large and wonderful for kids
to have a proper run around in. Nursery has recently been refurbished/extended and is in incredibly good condition and clean. My daughter can’t wait to go every day which says a lot about the nursery and staff.

My Daughter has been attending for a year now and is very settled there. The staff are all very friendly and this shows in the children. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The garden is excellent also, and it is great to join them in the garden on a sunny day for pickup. The food is excellent
also, I wish my place of work had the variety and menu of my daughter's nursery! The nursery is open from 7:30 till 6:30, and this is important as we can then both work full days (I work an hour away and my wife works long hours). I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

This is a friendly, clean and well-organised nursery. The office team is pleasant and always at hand to help with any queries. It feels friendly and "like one big happy family" but without compromising professionalism. My daughter (preschool) is happy, well adjusted and excited to learn new things
every day. The preschool teachers are wonderful and I am more than happy to leave my child in their care. I highly recommend.

I have used this nursery now for 2 of my boys - one now 9 and one in preschool who is 3. I am delighted there are still the same faces I had with my first. Supportive environment, great facilities, good sports coach, good ICT, great food and great staff. Location and parking is good, management is
very strong, organisation and communication is good and my boys have been so happy. They have developed so well - my 3-year-old is writing his name already! Cannot rate them highly enough.

Excellent nursery with amazing staff who go the extra mile with the kids. Both my kids, 2 and 4, who have been there since they were 1 love to be there and always say they have a great time and the learning and development at the nursery is at a top standard.

Our daughter has been attending Asquith from 12mths+, from the outset when visiting the nursery we could see the staff were attentive and fun, she's now been attending for circa 18mths - her speech and counting has developed greatly and you can tell she has a real bond with the staff and other children
at Asquith. Now the renovations are complete the nursery is clean and new throughout and the garden is a great safe space which they make the most of (weather permitting) with ice creams on a Friday afternoon! The staff are great and we feel extremely happy that we selected Asquith.

Asquith has been nothing but professional but with that personal touch. Our daughter was always very happy when she was dropped off and equally when we picked her up. A lovely modern nursery with all personal touches. We can’t recommend the nursery enough!

After extensive research, me and my husband selected Asquith for our eldest daughter. She enjoyed her time at Asquith and went from strength to strength.
Our youngest daughter started at Asquith shortly after her 4th birthday. Since starting at nursery, she has come out of her shell, she’s grown in
confidence, learned the foundations of reading and writing and made friends.
We can’t praise Asquith Epsom enough. The staff are kind and attentive, they always provide a full breakdown of everything the girls have done, what they’ve eaten, who they’ve played with and what games they’ve played.

Staff and management have always had positives attitudes and very professional. They have always been helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The staff all have an amazing parent partnership. Activities and resources are all age appropriate. Would recommend with my eyes shut.

Both of my children attended this nursery from age 1 upwards. It's a lovely place with a very positive atmosphere and kind carers. The management is efficient and friendly, any problems are swiftly resolved. My boys have formed strong friendships here which has provided great continuity when they
moved up to school. The carers / teachers are great, it's a stable team with low staff turnover. The facilities are good, the rooms are open and spacious (particularly since the significant extension was completed in 2018). The garden is lovely - it gets plenty of shade, and they spend lots of time outdoors when the weather permits. It's expensive, but no more so than other nurseries in the area (as far as I know).

My son has been attending this nursery for the past 10 months. He has been in the baby and toddler room. Having had bad experiences with other nurseries with my eldest child, I have been nothing but impressed and happy with Epsom Day Nursery. The staff are professional, efficient and very friendly.
The new refurbishments are fabulous and the kids have plenty of space. My little guy runs straight to his carers every time and has been very happy here.

Our daughter has attended Asquith Epsom Day Nursery since she was a year and a half and has thrived in all the rooms she has been in. Staff are caring, compassionate and extremely good at nurturing children and preparing them for each new stage in their development. Our daughter has made good friends

My son loves going to nursery here, within 5 minutes of leaving he asks if tomorrow is a 'nursery day'! When we moved to Epsom I was worried he wouldn't settle well in a new nursery, but both management and staff have made a big effort to make sure he's happy, and that we as parents are kept up to date
and informed of everything going on there. His keyworker and carers are really warm and caring and treat the children with respect and as capable human beings, which is really important to us. The facilities are good, but that's not the most important element to me, it's the level of care and attention. My only issue was that nappies and wipes weren't included in the fees, but that has changed since December and now they are included.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

I have been in child care for 15 years and I am level 3 qualified. I started my journey at Bright Horizons five years ago as a Room Leader, Progressing my career as Third Charge. I then transferred over to Epsom Waltham House and became the Deputy Manager and most recently have become the Manager. I am passionate about providing a safe and secure place for children to learn and develop and grow within our nursery. I have a lot of experience in working with children with special educational needs and I am the SEND coordinator for the nursery. I like to ensure that I have strong parent partnerships in place at the nursery.

My name is Nikki, I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. After completing my level 3, I went on to complete my BA honours in early years education. I have specialised in SEN for the last 10 years. My strengths are dealing with challenging behaviours, and helping parents and staff understand how to understand these behaviours.


Throughout my career, I have gained experience across a range of settings working my way from nursery nurse to preschool manager. I then moved to portage and focused on my passion for working with children with SEN needs. I am excited to get back into a setting and work with the new team at Bright Horizons.


I have 2 sons, and lots of animals at home. I love spending time with them all.
