Amazing, lovely staff who cares about all the children. Care and education are both fantastic. Our youngest daughter loves it here, and our eldest (in Y2 now) loved it as well. Thank you very much.

Excellent nursery and highly recommend. They have been so caring and nurturing to our daughter we are very happy we chose Waltham House. It took a long time for our daughter to settle in, and each stage she moves up to, she struggles again, but the nursery team are all so patient and supportive.

We love the nursery and have sent both our children there. The staff are fabulous - there is a clear focus on staff training and progression, which means those that work there are building careers and really seem to love their work. It absolutely shows in how they care for the kids and really focus

We have all been so happy with the nursery from the amazing staff to the procedures and general feel of the place. My daughter thoroughly loves it there and we can fully relax knowing she is having a great time. Following the recent unprecedented circumstances, they could not have handled the situation

We absolutely love nursery, from the first settling in session I knew my son would be happy and really well cared for. All the staff know the children by name and it has a lovely friendly feel. The staff listen to your concerns and take on board any changes to routine you want to make. We loved the
six weeks settling in and feel like our son has really blossomed during his 4 months so far at nursery. Communication is brilliant and the nursery is really well managed.

I am really happy with Asquith.
My little boy has been attending for the past 3 months and he is so happy here. I think all of the staff are excellent and really take the time to talk to me about my child’s day, highlight anything I should be aware of and enjoy telling me about the fun things he does.
He has been sick a couple of times and the staff have taken excellent care of him. I feel the communication from the nursery is excellent, and I get a strong sense that the team genuinely cares for the children they look after. I trust them and enjoy dropping him off and collecting him each day. Thank you all for the brilliant work you do!

Really amazing nursery and staff. They focus on development of each child.
My daughter has been going there since we moved into the area and she really enjoys meeting the teachers.
Every morning she just happily walks into the nursery and waves us goodbye.
The nursery itself is situated away from
a busy road and has a nice garden/play area for kids.
I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery and the staff.

Bright Horizons Epsom Waltham House is a fantastic nursery and I couldn't be happier with them! As a first time mum, choosing a nursery for my little boy was a process involving a lot of research and attending many open days. While reading good things about many places, I was always left disappointed
after my visit and feeling like I wouldn't want to leave my little boy there. Waltham House was different! I had the most amazing feeling going through the different rooms and talking to staff. I knew this was the place I wanted for him even before I left! My boy has been in the babies and toddlers room so far and has loved it all. He's having the best time there and I am content in the knowledge that I leave him with this fantastic team every day. The nursery staff are very loving and have helped him develop in so many ways, I can't thank them enough!

It is an extremely challenging time at the moment, but the management and staff have gone above and beyond keeping us all updated on the situation at the nursery and also providing general information and advice, in addition to sharing day plans, topic resources for those already self-isolating etc.
There have even been late night emails sent to ensure we all get the information we need. Aside from that, they are also a brilliant nursery/pre-school and both our children have thrived here. Would without a doubt recommend!

We switched our son from another nursery. He has never looked back. The staff are clearly motivated and caring in their roles. They work long hours but are always interested and kind in their approach. The nursery itself has a lovely outside space and the children get plenty of time and space to be
outside, playing, getting exercise and learning in a different way.

Our two children attended Epsom Day Nursery, for 5 and a half years in total with my youngest having just left to go to school. Throughout the whole time, the nursery has been wonderful. The staff are amazing. There’s low staff turnover, morale seems really high which translates to a really happy environment
for the children and also the parents. They really care for your children. I hate calling out particular people as there are too many to mention but the preschool experience and preschool learning couldn’t be better.

Our son has joined the Asquith Nursery since January. He found it hard to settle at first as English was not his first language, but the staff was very supportive, helped him feel comfortable and get used to English language. They have always been very informative during pick up. The nursery is professional,

Our son has been at this nursery for just a couple of months.
What struck us when we first visited was that all the staff seemed to know all the children by name...and that all the children seemed to be so happy to be there.
Overall we're delighted to have found this nursery - the quality of care
and range of activities is excellent and our son seems to have settled into the environment very quickly and very well.

I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent who wants their child to attend a nurturing and creative environment. The staff are all so friendly and exceptionally skilled at ensuring children settle quickly. I moved my daughter here after a horrendous start at another Epsom nursery. They put
my mind at ease and the transition was smooth.


The children are always doing fun activities and the resources/building is finished to a very high standard.


My only wish is that the 2-3-year-old wasn’t on the very top floor. It’s a long way for little legs and it concerns me how they’d get out quickly in a fire - too many children to carry but they are too young to walk with much pace.

Currently my little boy goes here. He has been here since he was 6 months old. He is looked after by lovely staff that care for him. He loves the place like it was his own home. The staff and management are always welcoming and warming in their greeting. They give good feedback on his day. We get updates
by email, this is very helpful.

My daughter has flourished since attending Asquith’s. She loves arriving in the morning and is so happy to see the staff and the other children. At the end of every day, she doesn’t want to leave!


Her time is spent with fun development activities and we’re often taking her crafts home with us.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

I have been in child care for 15 years and I am level 3 qualified. I started my journey at Bright Horizons five years ago as a Room Leader, Progressing my career as Third Charge. I then transferred over to Epsom Waltham House and became the Deputy Manager and most recently have become the Manager. I am passionate about providing a safe and secure place for children to learn and develop and grow within our nursery. I have a lot of experience in working with children with special educational needs and I am the SEND coordinator for the nursery. I like to ensure that I have strong parent partnerships in place at the nursery.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

My name is Nikki, I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. After completing my level 3, I went on to complete my BA honours in early years education. I have specialised in SEN for the last 10 years. My strengths are dealing with challenging behaviours, and helping parents and staff understand how to understand these behaviours.


Throughout my career, I have gained experience across a range of settings working my way from nursery nurse to preschool manager. I then moved to portage and focused on my passion for working with children with SEN needs. I am excited to get back into a setting and work with the new team at Bright Horizons.


I have 2 sons, and lots of animals at home. I love spending time with them all.
