My daughter attended this nursery for 4 years (ever since she was 6-months-old). I found the service truly outstanding and personal. My daughter got very attached to her key workers and we were always kept informed of her progress and key development needs. Stage transitions are managed very well and
we always felt confident she would be able to adapt to the new group quickly. Can't recommend Asquith Epsom Day Nursery strongly enough.

After more than 3 years at this nursery, my child is leaving to join big school. I couldn't wish for a better place and education for my child than Asquith Epsom Day Nursery. Excellent staff make sure my child was so excited to go to the nursery every day. Great activities for all ages, songs, dances
and artwork prepared my child, excellent for their future education.

Our son has attended three nurseries in Surrey but Asquith Epsom was both his and our favourite. The stand out reason for recommending Asquith is the staff. Our son had two of the best carers we've come across. They and their colleagues ensured he had lots of fun, he learned so much through the games
they played and he was safe and comfortable - exactly what parents need when leaving children in the care of others. They did a great job in helping us prepare him for school.


The building itself was well overdue a renovation but now looks superb, and the garden is the largest nursery garden we've seen. Although reduced during the refurbishment the garden should be brought up to a high standard too, one concern was that the children weren't out as often as we would have liked.


The food was good, our son ate well. The communication from management is clear and frequent.


Overall, Asquith Epsom employees are people you can entrust the care of your children to. They were great.

Our eldest son has been at the nursery since he turned one (over two years) and our youngest son has just started there (at aged one). We are happy with the care provided but the nursery and our son talks fondly about several members of staff. He has also made several good friends and the nursery are
great at encouraging the children to develop friendships as well as more academic skills. We hope our younger son will be as happy there.

My son has loved his time at Asquith Epsom, having started there nearly two years ago.


The staff are fabulous and always take such an interest in the children, I could not be more pleased that I chose Asquith.

The staff at this nursery are a cut above other nurseries my children have attended. There is a real personal touch and both my children loved going there twice a week. The days are quite long at nursery and the fact that they were both happy to spend 10 hours there speaks for itself.

My little girl really enjoys coming to Asquith, all the staff are extremely caring and go out of their way to ensure that my little girls care and learning experience is their top priority. I always leave her in the morning knowing that she will be very well cared for. Not only be her teacher but also
the rest of the team individually the chef and kitchen staff. The only downside is the toilets and rooms are looking like they need repairing. However, a new extension/refurb is currently taking place.

A safe and happy Pre-School environment. Lots of activities and hands-on experience. Confidence is built and general awareness of life is instilled. Firm but kind discipline is imposed by dedicated staff. Every child is made to feel welcome. All are treated fairly and receive individual care and attention
- part of a family. Although major improvements are underway this is not allowed to impinge on the routine of the day.
Overall, excellent pre-school staffed by caring teachers.

I have two children currently at this nursery and they both love it. The staff are excellent - they are knowledgeable, friendly and will always go the extra mile to ensure your children are cared for and developing well. One of my children is partially sighted and the Special Needs Coordinator at the
nursery could not have done more for my child in the time that she has been there, in particular working with the local authorities to ensure everything is accessible for my child. The nursery are also great at including the parents - the communication is excellent and there are many open days, parent evenings and events so that you really feel that you are kept up to date with their development and also see for yourself what they get up to in the day! Overall we can't fault Epsom day nursery and I would definitely recommend them (in fact I frequently do!).

Job Title: Nursery Manager

I have been in child care for 15 years and I am level 3 qualified. I started my journey at Bright Horizons five years ago as a Room Leader, Progressing my career as Third Charge. I then transferred over to Epsom Waltham House and became the Deputy Manager and most recently have become the Manager. I am passionate about providing a safe and secure place for children to learn and develop and grow within our nursery. I have a lot of experience in working with children with special educational needs and I am the SEND coordinator for the nursery. I like to ensure that I have strong parent partnerships in place at the nursery.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

My name is Nikki, I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. After completing my level 3, I went on to complete my BA honours in early years education. I have specialised in SEN for the last 10 years. My strengths are dealing with challenging behaviours, and helping parents and staff understand how to understand these behaviours.


Throughout my career, I have gained experience across a range of settings working my way from nursery nurse to preschool manager. I then moved to portage and focused on my passion for working with children with SEN needs. I am excited to get back into a setting and work with the new team at Bright Horizons.


I have 2 sons, and lots of animals at home. I love spending time with them all.
