Bright Horizons Wilmington is a bright, stimulating nursing and was rated 'Good' by Ofsted in November 2021.

The nursery works in conjunction with parents to enable regular updates and meetings. There are three different age-specific rooms to focus on the different age group abilities. The activities are set out daily and ICT resources, such as interactive computers and smart boards, are used to enhance learning and develop further skills. The Nursery has 5 rooms catering for children aged from 3 months to 4 years old.

Bright Horizons Wilmington completed a total full nursery refurbishment in 2019. Throughout the nursery, they have had all new flooring installed, new baby room layout all the rooms painted and refreshed.

The garden is split into two areas - one for the under twos and the other for the older children.

Staff are experienced in maintaining a day care environment that is friendly and respectful, at the same time as adhering to high standards of security and cleanliness.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 12months old. All the staff have supported both of us on this incredible journey of growth, learning and discovery.
I could not more highly recommend them. Simply outstanding.
We will certainly miss everyone now it's time to attend school.

When my daughter joined the nursery, she was very shy and would not go to anyone. Since joining the nursery, she became confident and can engage with new people. The nursery and the staff are amazing and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Asquith nursery has been excellent in every way. My son loves coming to nursery. He learns so much and does so many new things. I feel he has developed a huge amount and always comes home very happy after a day at nursery. I have found all members of staff very approachable and very caring towards my
son and us as parents.

The staff at the nursery have a fantastic relationship with my child and they care for her and support her every day. They are friendly and approachable and know the children very well. Excellent planning and education standard. The food is freshly cooked and a great choice and standard. A great nursery!

Our second and youngest daughter now attends Asquith Wilmington following on from her older sister. Although it is only for one day a week- Friday. The enjoyment and confidence gained by our daughters from attending Asquith Wilmington is incredible. The teachers/key workers are and always have been,

My daughter who is now 2.5 years old, attended this nursery when she was 11 months old. She has been well looked after and loved. So needless to say when I had my second child, it was a no brainer that he would attend the same nursery.


My son started attending this nursery at 11 months old and

he is now 14 months old. Unfortunately my son has got several multiple food allergies (wheat, egg, milk, peanuts, nuts, tomatoes, aubergine) and eczema. As you could imagine, cooking suitable food and providing a safe environment for him would be quite a challenge. The cook, Manager and all the staff has been wonderful, trying to source different ingredients for his meal, so he can have the same thing as everyone else. I am confident that I can speak to them at anytime to discuss suitable ingredients and menu or any problems with the staff. Nursery nurses in his room have been applying his eczema cream diligently so his eczema is under control. One can spend all the money on good equipment and resources for children but one cannot buy love. I am so grateful knowing that my children are in safe hand and being loved at the nursery. This makes my time apart from them at work much easier. I could not thank all the staff enough for their help and would highly recommend others to attend this nursery.

Our son has just left to go to 'big school' after attending the nursery since he was 10 months old! The love and care he has been shown is amazing! Knowing he is so well cared for whilst we work has made life so much easier!! He fondly talks about the staff, who know him so so well!! The education programme
is fantastic too, learning through play, but recognising his full potential and enabling him to reach this.
