Since my daughter has started she has loved it. The team are amazing not just with helping my daughter learn and grow but with communicating about her development and activities.. I couldn't ask for a better nursery for my daughter

Before choosing a nursery for our daughter we toured 6 other places as the advice from friends with older children was, 'you'll know the right one when you're on the tour'. Whilst we were taken around for our tour at Wilmington Day Nursery, our daughter went to join in the play time activity with her prospective class. Watching her interact, though shy but with curiosity, and how the teachers responded, cheerful and encouraging towards her, it didn't feel like it was an act for the tour and my husband and I knew then that this was the right one for her! We're so happy that we made this choice as she absolutely loves coming to Wilmington Day Nursery and she loves the friends that shes made. The staff are great with communication and work hard to foster trust knowing you're entrusting the care of the most precious person in your life, to them. Overall 10/10 would recommend!

Wilmington is such a great nursery, our little girl has learnt so much since she has started. The team are incredible at looking after her making sure there are fun and different things to do every day. My son also went to this nursery and he has extra needs and the nursery were absolutely incredible with him too!

Our daughter moved to Bright Horizons Wilmington from a different nursery after not being happy with the care provided in her old nursery. The staff at Bright Horizons Wilmington reassured me and made me feel comfortable from the first time I stepped foot in the nursery to look around. They care so much about each and every child and do everything they can to ensure they have fun, learn and flourish. My daughter loves her nursery days and all the staff. I couldn't be happier about the care she receives. It's a win win all around. I cannot recommend this nursery enough to all parents and so thankful to all the staff.

My daughter started in this nursery a few months ago, and it's evident how well she's settled in. She has built and continues to build positive relationships with staff in her room and is clearly thriving. Only improvement would be better communication when there are changes with staff or new staff in the room. As a parent that would help a lot, as we also build relationships with those who are there. Even if their temps it'd be good to know. Overall, happy as my daughter is very happy, management are easy to access and talk too as well!

My daughter started at this nursery in April 2025 at two years old. She is non-verbal and I was extremely worried about her development at the time. Since joining Bright Horizons, her development has come along significantly, and she is babbling away, which makes me hopeful she will soon start talking. Every week she is doing something new and I am fumbling for my phone to record it! The nursery also helped me to complete a referral for speech therapy and worked with me to set targets for my daughter. As a mum with no friends or family nearby, and who was met with unhelpful health visitors, the support is very much appreciated. Like a lot of parents, it was very hard for me to leave my daughter in someone else's hands, especially as someone who has anxiety. However, the ladies at this nursery are outstanding, and truly care for our littles. My daughter grabs her shoes and bag, and heads for the door each morning, evidencing the brilliant care she receives.

In the last year we have switched to this nursery and can not be more grateful to the staff here. We previously bad experiences so were unsure to begin with. However since joining here our child has had the best experience. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, always make sure to update us of our child's day on pick up. Two members of staff, in particular, have been great with our child and we can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter started at the end of 2024 and I was really nervous about how she was going to settle into a nursery dynamic. The staff throughout the nursery put me at ease as a parent, keeping me updated via phone and on the app. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter has been at the nursery less than 3 months and absolutely loves it. She can't wait to get in in the mornings and wants to stay longer when I go to put her up. She does everything from messy play to story times, arts and crafts. Her favourite place to be is in the garden! The food is always fresh and they are offered a variety of cuisines and choice throughout the day. She eats food that she would refuse at home!! I have no doubt that my daughter will thrive here because every member of staff cares about the children they look after!!

Bright Horizons Wilmington is a fantastic nursery. My little boy is always happy to attend, the staff are brilliant, and they take the time to know and understand my child and his needs. I would highly recommend Wilmington Nursery, I feel it has a really happy and positive vibe and is run professionally.

Our little boy has been coming here since May 2024 and has settled in far better than we imagined. The staff are kind, caring and friendly and my little one loves them all. He is always happy to go in and often doesn't want to leave. I feel happy knowing how settled he is and feel that the staff treat him as if he's one of theirs. I'm so glad we chose Wilmington as our nursery.

Very happy with the nursery. From nursery room to Oak class, my daughter has truly enjoyed her time there. She started as a shy, quiet child, but now she can confidently describe what she has done and what has happened during the day. Each room in the nursery is filled with engaging activities that support their development. The staff provides regular feedback on her progress, keeping me informed. Everyone at the nursery is nice and caring, always updating me on how she is doing and highlighting her strengths. A huge thank you to the entire team.

I had to go back to work earlier than planned and therefore my daughter started nursery at 9 months. Every team member puts me at ease, you can see how much they love their role and all the children. The team are in constant communication and alongside the app, I know exactly what my daughter is up to and how happy she is.

Cannot fault Wilmington Day Nursery at all! We moved my son here in October after a bad experience at another nursery and I have nothing but positive things to say. The preschool room staff are absolutely fantastic, we mostly interact with two ladies in particular who are both so incredibly kind to our son and have helped him to settle in really quickly. The management and office staff are so helpful and made the transition very easy for us and are always happy to help where needed. We will continue to send our son here until he starts primary school and will also be sending our youngest son when I return to work. Thank you, Wilmington!

I highly recommend Wilmington Bright Horizons! The team has been incredible in supporting my toddler's transition from nursery to preschool, making it a smooth and positive experience. One key aspect for me is their encouragement of French, which is important to our family. Seeing my child picking English and French words is amazing! As a former premature baby born at 27 weeks, he had delays, his progress here has been remarkable- gaining confidence, independence and speech and social skills. The curriculum is fantastic, offering a variety of engaging activities; painting, role play, making learning fun. He's also been eating really well. The staff go above and beyond to create a warm and stimulating environment, it's clear they genuinely care about the children. My toddler has been making friends easily and truly connecting. I'm grateful to Wilmington Bright Horizons for helping shape his preschool experience and highly recommend them to any parent seeking a nurturing, high-quality setting for their children.

Fantastic experience at Bright Horizons Wilmington, this nursery has been amazing for my daughter. From day one, the staff have been incredibly kind, caring and attentive. They truly look after her well and I always feel reassured knowing she's in such a good place when I go to work. They keep me well-informed throughout the day. It's clear that they put a lot of effort into supporting each child's growth. She absolutely adores her key workers and it's so lovely to see her go into school every day with a smile on her face! I couldn't be happier with our experience at Bright Horizons Wilmington and have highly recommended it to anyone I know looking for childcare.

Amazing staff and friendly and caring individuals, everyone makes my daughter welcome and it's a pleasure leaving her here to go work. I don't ever have any worries or concerns and if I do I know the staff will immediately resolve anything. My daughter has learned so much and every day they are doing a different activity. My daughter has been attending the nursery in the baby room for a few months now and she really enjoys going to nursery. The staff are all so friendly, they've took their time getting to know her and understanding her needs, that has reassured me when leaving her. They do a variety of activities every day, and lots of thought that goes into the activities and the links to the curriculum, with updates in daily posts. I would recommend the nursery to anyone because the experience my family has had.

We highly recommend Bright Horizons Wilmington, our daughter has thrived since starting. The staff are beyond lovely and have really helped our girl develop. I was hesitant about my girl starting nursery as I just wanted her at home with me forever but now I wouldn't change a thing!

My daughter has only been attending here for around 2 months and she's already settled in so well! She's quite a shy baby but instantly bonded with her key person from the day she started! When we pick her up, she doesn't even acknowledge us as she's clearly had the best day. The nursery even manage to get her to eat a lot of her meals and snacks which she won't even eat at home! The food they offer is a good variety and they also do a lot of activities with the babies daily. The daily updates on the app has been comforting as a first time mum back at work. The staff are so lovely and smiley and tell you all about your child's day when you pick them up. Fab nursery, we can't fault them!
