Tops Day Nurseries: Newport Nursery

We always found Tops nurseries to be welcoming, with well-trained staff who were competent, responsive and alert to the needs of the children in their care. There was always a cheerful, positive atmosphere.

I highly recommend Top’s Isle of Wight as a modern and forthcoming nursery that cares about the environment our children are growing up in.

I can't recommend this nursery enough. My daughter moved from a different nursery and settled in immediately. The staff are very kind and caring and my daughter loves them. I know she's in safe hands and it's so clean compared to other nurseries, it's very well maintained.

My little girl started in September and has come on so much already, thanks to all the staff at tops. We have seen such a change in her. She always looks forward to going to playgroup, seeing her friends and the staff. All the staff are so welcoming and so interactive with the children, with such a range of planned fun activities. We're so happy we choose Tops Day Nursery for our daughter.

My daughter started at Tops when she was 8 months old and leaves for school in September. She has had an amazing time since day one! All the staff have provided amazing care with an enriching environment for her to grow and develop. I would 100% recommend the nursery to anyone!

My son has just started at Tops nursery. All the staff and managers do an amazing job and I cannot thank them enough for helping my son to settle in from day 1. Although it is early days for him adjusting to a new routine, I feel fully at ease that he is well looked after and enjoys his time there. It is lovely to get photos and updates of what he gets up to during his day. I would 100% recommended this nursery to anyone. Keep up all your amazing work!

My little girl loves attending Tops and the staff are faultless. Highly recommend. I don't ever feel guilty or sad when I leave her here as she's just so happy! Staff are very informative about your child's day when you collect them which is lovely.

I could not recommend Tops Newport: Isle of Wight enough. My son has attended nursery since he was 10 months old and is due to leave this summer for school. I would recommend Tops Newport to anyone and have always felt my son was/is in safe hands whilst I am at work. 5 stars from me!

Highly recommend Tops Newport. My son loves his time here, always happy at drop off and pick up times. Staff are friendly and helpful. Regular updates on daily activities and developments. Good range of outdoor and indoor activities. They are very accommodating as we are shift workers, with flexible hours with long opening hours. They also do 50% off last minute hours which are handy for getting the chores done!

The option of 50% off hours and the massively flexible opening hours are really helpful.

I would definitely wholeheartedly recommend this nursery.

I am more than impressed of this nursery. My little girl who is in pre-school loves coming to school every day. Very clean nursery, very friendly, supportive and accommodating staff, very good sized rooms and beautiful play area in the garden. Great on-line reports and impressive activities for the kids ie meditation and yoga. I am happy with the teacher-child ratio. My girl loves the staffs pink uniform. The monthly fee that we pay is definitely worth it.I have in fact recommended this nursery to another friend and she is as impressed as I am. Keep it up Tops Day Nursery - Newport.

The staff are friendly, reliable, dedicated and go the extra mile - daughter and parents both very happy.

I really cannot fault them at all, they are always welcoming to us and really do make my little ones time their fun and I know he is well cared for. It really is a home from home environment but with more things to explore.

My little boy has been to this nursery since age 3 months whilst I was studying at the college. I took him out of this nursery through no fault of the nursery because a different nursery was closer to where I lived and was easier for me. I was really unhappy with the nursery I sent him to & Tops welcomed him back after being taken out for 6 months. He then returned at 2 and a half & has been there since and he's now 4. They are very good at catering for your needs & working around your lifestyle. The staff are very friendly & are amazing at what they do. The activities & learning is brilliant. My child has learnt so much and absolutely loves going to Tops Day Nursery in Newport Isle of Wight. Along with the forest school they do my little one loved it which is great to get them outdoors.Their outside space is also very big with lots to do. The manager will go above and beyond. They really are truly helpful with anything you ask. I would highly recommend.

This is an outstanding nursery. I cannot fault a thing and I have been using the nursery since my son was 12m old (1yr 2m ago). The staff are attentive and caring and seem genuinely interested in the children as individuals. We have experienced some complex family issues during the time we have used the nursery and this has all been dealt with, with professionalism and sensitivity. My son loves going and happily waves bye bye as we leave him.

Tops Day Nursery is the only place I would send my child. She has been attending since she was 11 months old and now returns for Mini Beasts. The staff are like a second family, and have always treated my daughter very well. She loves attending and misses the children and staff when she has to go back to school. The mini beasts always offer fun and exciting things to do, and I am so glad that we are still able to send her back in school holidays. The hours are flexible and as mentioned the staff are second to none.

My little girl is in the pre-school room and she absolutely loves it, and so do I. The staff are very welcoming and trusting. They build unique bonds with each child and this truly shows each time I drop off, pick up and attend their plays. All the staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to make your child feel safe and happy. I wouldn't send my little girl anywhere else, as Tops are the best start before big school. My son will be 3 in September and has been going to Tops Day Nursery - Newport since he was 7 months old. He loves it! He talks a lot about what he's been doing at nursery and looks forward to his days there. The staff are all very approachable and friendly, and I always feel assured that my son is in safe hands.
