Toad Hall Nursery Watford

My two sons attended Toad Hall Nursery Watford (with my last boy leaving in August 2019 to start primary school), and I can honestly say we will truly miss this nursery. Very professional and kind members of staff, who are all genuinely invested in the welfare, learning development and happiness of the children who attend. Always a family-like and fun atmosphere - would highly recommend!

Staff were knowledgeable, caring, enthusiastic and kind and also talked of their priority being to keep the children safe, which is what any parent wants to hear. They are a lovely team! Thank you all.

Our daughter attended Toad Hall for two years and we have been delighted with how happy she is there and how easy it was for her to settle. All staff were wonderful and it has been a great experience for both us and our daughter. We are sad to have to relocate her and hope she is as happy in her new setting.

Staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Children always look happy and excited to be at nursery. Clean and tidy environment.

My son has now been attending Toad Hall for nearly 3 years. He has been in every room and I am extremely impressed with the whole nursery. All of the staff are welcoming and always have smiles on their faces. If there are any issues, these get dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I 110% trust the nursery to look after my most precious thing. And once I drop him off, I do not worry as I know that he is with his second family. Well done to all the staff (your hard work is appreciated) for providing such a fantastic safe and fun place for children to learn and grow!

Passionate and well-trained staff. Great outdoor play area and the learning resources. Environment is clean and safe. Food standard is outstanding and is freshly cooked.

As a family, we were going through an emotional time for a few months and the staff at Toad Hall Watford were nothing but accommodating. Her graduation ceremony recently was so much fun, she did not want to leave. She will definitely miss her time at the nursery as well as the staff at Toad Hall.

Today my son had his graduation. Toad Hall Preschool made his day very special. They had great activities and they provided special foods for him as he has food intolerances. My son had plenty of fun today! We were the last who left! Thank you so much!

Fantastic and enthusiastic staff. My son was always happy to go to nursery and the level of care provided was outstanding.

Finally, I appreciated the fact the nursery went out of the way to accommodate my youngest daughter who had developmental delays in both her learning and development and nutrition.

Both my kids have been to Toadhall. My younger one absolutely loves it there. He looks forward to going there and is very happy when I pick him up. Staff are all brilliant. I am so very pleased with Toadhall. Highly recommend it.

I feel assured that he is being looked after to the highest standard, monitored closely and encouraged to progress where needed.

My son has been going to Toad Hall for 6 months. They made his move from his previous nursery really easy and helped him to settle in very quickly.

The staff welcomed him straight away and all of the girls in the Badgers room are great with him.

The facilities are very good, particularly the outside space.

We have always loved Toad Hall and both of our girls have enjoyed here. The staff are so friendly and patient with all the children, it gives you a real confidence in leaving the kids to be looked after in the best possible hands. Everyday they engage with the children in interesting and exciting activities we would highly recommend them to everyone we know.

I wanted to say thank you to all Toad Hall staff for their support at such a difficult time, Staff has been very kind and helpful. My daughter has progressed well at the nursery and has bonded well with the teachers. I was a little hesitant at first as my daughter can be very quiet and shy but she has made friends well at the nursery and comes home very happy telling me all the great activities she has done for the day.

Our daughter has been at Toad Hall for around four years and the care and support she has received has been great. She has additional developmental needs and the staff at the nursery have been kind and embracing of the specific care she requires whilst building happy relationships with her that have helped her thrive.

The nursery itself is beautiful and my daughter seems to love the outside area the most. I love hearing about all the lovely things she's done each day and the choice of food that is on offer means she's constantly trying new things. A very happy Mummy and Daughter.

My daughter recently started at this nursery and has settled in so well. She is making new friends and enjoying a wide range of activities and resources. The staff are very friendly and update me on her progression. Fantastic nursery, highly recommend.

Friendly and professional set up, staff always willing to help accommodate and answer any concerns, multiple events put on throughout the year that are well planned and executed, often despite a low turn out from parents. Excellent nursery where I feel my daughter has thrived.
