Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool

My son has thrived in this nursery, in particular since joining preschool. His room leader in 'Otters' is simply wonderful - she genuinely cares about him and enjoys his company! I believe he will be firmly ready for school, despite being a July baby, thanks to the start he's had here!

Our son was in childminders since he was 2 years old. As September 17 came, we realised he had one year to go before starting school, so we wanted to start him somewhere new with a better social environment and preschool facilities. Since enrolling our son in September/December 2017, he has become a different child.

He loves going to nursery, has made so many friends and his learning, and speech has come along tenfold. He is such a happy boy, and always has so many stories to tell about his new friends and what he’s been doing. We recommend the nursery to all our friends and will be enrolling our second child in the nursery.

We are very happy with Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool. Mainly because our son is thriving there, and is always keen to go. He seems to be advancing in various skills. He can count forwards and backwards to 14, say every month of the year, and the alphabet, he's only 3 years old! The pre-school has also been instrumental in the transition of going from nappy to the toilet, and we are extremely thankful and grateful for all the support they have given. Not only in the class but through the every day communication with every member of staff there. A huge Thank you to you all!

Our daughter started nursery in August 2016 in the baby room, has moved into Chipmunks and now started her transition into Porcupines. Through each room she has been in, we have been able to watch our baby grow into an independent little lady. She never ceases to amaze us with what she learns at nursery thanks to the dedicated staff working in the rooms. Our daughter is quite shy by nature and has really valued her key workers in supporting her; we have been able to build good relationships with the key worker and are updated each day with her activities. All staff are friendly, welcoming and always work with a smile with goes a long way!

All three of my children have attended the nursery and my daughter is currently in the eighteen-month to the two-year room, having just moved rooms from the baby room. Staff within the nursery are very welcoming and my daughter has been so happy in both rooms and we can tell she thoroughly enjoys her time at nursery.

Very happy to leave my little boy here in the morning. Kind, caring and professional staff and fantastic communication with parents.

Being the mother of twins is exhausting and rewarding all at the same time. The lovely staff here look after my 6 month old twins with the same care and affection as we do at home and they absolutely love it on their days here. I wouldn't consider sending them to anyone else, knowing they are looked after and nurtured as if they were at home. Thank you for being so amazing

My son has been attending the nursery for the best part of 8 months and I have been nothing but impressed with the care and attention he receives. He always comes back from nursery full of beans and with a smile on his face, which makes it much easier for us as parents to leave him knowing he is in good hands.

They were so caring and supportive and in a matter of days my daughter was opening her arms to the staff and this could not have made me happier. It gave great peace of mind she was going to be safe, loved and happy. We have had a lot of experience of nurseries previously with my son so I can clearly say this is an excellent one and I would highly recommend. We are so happy to have found this nursery and can't thank the manager enough for being so welcoming and flexible, which is all a parent needs when embarking on the next stage of the journey back to work. Both my son and daughter attend the nursery and from the very beginning, the care and attention my children receive, the interaction of the staff with both the children and parents, the facilities and the management have been outstanding.

My sons have been very happy at this nursery. Some members of the staff are really good and caring. Not very sure the food is as good as it used to be. The office staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

A thoroughly excellent nursery in terms of facilities, staff, care and environment. The rooms are spacious and vibrant with easy access to toys and artwork all over the walls. The outdoor space is equally impressive with lots to do for the children. My children have very busy days doing lots of activities, but there is always time for some quiet time, too, in the cosy reading corners in each room.

The staff are wonderfully caring and greet each child warmly in the mornings. They are always on hand for a cuddle if a child is upset at drop off, or at any time. A lot of effort goes into understanding each individual child, which is an often underestimated quality but very much appreciated as a parent. The management is equally fantastic, willing to listen to ideas and always trying to make improvements to suit everyone.

It's not easy being a working parent, but I have always been confident leaving my children here each day, knowing that they are well cared for and understood.

My little boy has been attending the nursery for around 3 years and he has been so happy and well cared for. The management team and staff are very focused on the childrens' happiness and well-being and the nursery provides a fun and nurturing environment in which the children can learn and develop. The facilities are fantastic with bright, spacious rooms, a very large range of toys and activities, and a great outdoor space where the kids can explore the messy kitchen and use the play equipment. Our eldest daughter has been attending the nursery since autumn 2015 and we are very happy with the care she receives. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to make sure your children are happy. Our youngest daughter has recently started going too, and she is also settling in well.

Elvetham Heath Day Nursery and Preschool is a wonderful nursery. The staff are exceptionally friendly and conscientious. They really care about the children and do their upmost to cater to their needs. My daughter loves it, and I love knowing how happy she is when she attends.

Both our children attended this nursery. The pre-school room, in particular, has been fantastic with the staff and the activities provided. It has really set them up well for school and both our children have been very happy here.

The nursery is a wonderful place for children to learn and develop. My two boys enjoy every moment they are there. The staff go out of their way to ensure that the kids have interesting and educational activities and really care about the children. We feel like part of the nursery family and the team are so helpful and flexible to help working parents. I couldn't be happier with the nursery and would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and warm day care environment for their children.

Brilliant nursery. They have been brilliant at settling my little boy in and helping him learn and develop.

My daughter attends this nursery alongside another and is made to feel very welcome - on arrival, the staff team always greet her and make a big fuss - asking how she has been and taking a general interest in her development. My daughter always has a fun filled day and shows enjoyment in being in the setting.

I asked her what her favourite thing about nursery is and she said "my friends". It is so important for me to know she is secure in her environment and she is able to make friends and expand on her social skills.
