Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool

We are having a great experience at Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The teachers in the Porcupine room are really nice, friendly and caring. My child is very happy to go to nursery and really enjoys being there.

My little one has been at Bright Horizons for nearly 3 years and she has truly blossomed during her time at this nursery! The staff are so welcoming to both parents and children and it is easy to address any queries or questions about her day to day learning. I can't praise all the ladies enough for all their work with my little one! The app is also a welcomed bonus, with following her progress and learning. Not a day has gone by, that she hasn't wanted to go to nursery and we look forward to seeing how she grows in the short time she has left there.

Bright Horizons, Fleet, is a welcoming, caring environment for my son. He has been attending for over three years and the staff that have been looking after him, have consistently been absolutely superb. Especially now, in the pre-school room, he has really bonded with the teachers and can't wait to go in, to see them, as well as all of his friends. Social interactivity is strongly encouraged and he has some inseparable friends, who are talked about non-stop at home. My wife and I, are super grateful to the entire team at Bright Horizons, for their help in raising our son.

My daughter loves going to the nursery, every day. The nursery staff in the preschool are amazing. My daughter learns something new every single day and she’s having a great time there. The management team is also absolutely brilliant. They have been so supportive during a difficult time our family went through.

I could not fault this nursery. My little boy loves it there and especially loves his key person. They always go above and beyond for all the children and constantly keep us up to date on their progress, via the app.

Bright Horizons Fleet have been a lifesaver for my wife and I during the last year and pandemic/lockdown. So friendly, welcoming, and steadfast with the rules which is good to see. Our child has benefited greatly from the 1-year-old and interaction with additional adults and young ones they have so desperately required to develop successfully to date. Thank you to the whole team.

Both of my children have gone through Bright Horizons Fleet and my youngest will be heading off to school in September. All nurseries have pros and cons but both my children have been very happy and well looked after by the staff at Bright Horizons. They both built up very strong bonds with their key workers, which was very comforting to me as a working mum. My youngest is extremely fond of her key worker and will be extremely sad to leave the nursery.

This is a brilliant nursery. Both my son and daughter attend the nursery and in their words they "love nursery". First and foremost is their happiness and this shines through when they walk through the door and give great beaming smiles to the staff. However, more than this they have built a great rapport with the staff and I trust their safety is at the forefront of their mind and the positive impact the setting is having on their development has become evident over recent months. Far more than we could have achieved during the first lockdown!

Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool have wonderful staff and my daughter has a smile each day when she arrives. She struggled to settle in when she first joined at eleven months old but the staff went out of their way to help her feel comfortable and to us as parents, to know that she would be okay. After returning from the pandemic, my daughter struggled to settle in again but the additional time and effort staff invested in her was incredible. Now she talks about her key person and other staff every day, she pretends to call them while playing at home and she runs to the door in the mornings. Leaving my daughter at nursery on a full time basis is really difficult but knowing that she is in the care of such wonderful people takes away some of the worry as a parent. The manager is wonderful and watching her interact with the children always brings a smile to my face.

My son has been at the nursery since October 2019 and absolutely loves it. We’ve been so impressed with all of the staff, their dedication, guidance and encouragement is wonderful to see and exactly what we want for him. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

The team is dedicated and caring. The activities are brilliant in the babies room and we like that there are daily outdoor activities. The nursery is very well managed with regular updates and communication during the pandemic. The staff always endeavour to keep everyone safe and there is a clear Covid protocol. It definitely always feels that our child's wellbeing and early education is a priority for Fleet Bright Horizons. Thank you.

I would like to thank the staff for all of their hard work and dedication to the nursery. The fact that they are continuing to make the nursery a happy caring and warm place for our little people to go during the working day, under the backdrop of what is happening to us as a society struggling against covid19, is a real credit to the team. My daughter has attending BH Fleet for almost a year now and she absolutely loves going. She practically runs through the door in the morning. All the staff are super friendly and are always available to offer support or advice. I feel the staff are really attentive to my child's needs and have helped her to develop and grow through a wide range of fun activities and games. The nursery has excellent equipment, toys and activities for the children to enjoy. We especially love the dance studio. The current pandemic has raised quite a few challenges, but the team have still maintained a happy and nurturing environment for the children. As we are not permitted to go into the nursery at this time, the team ensure we are regularly updated on our child's development via photos, letters, emails and phone calls. The team also keep us well informed on all new government policies and any changes that may affect our child's childcare. Thank you BH Fleet.

At all times if we have ever had any reason to want to speak to the staff our ideas, feedback and general comments are always received with thanks and responded to. The last 7 months have been unprecedented for all sectors but especially in a childcare environment and during the closure (and even the week prior to opening), all of the staff were doing their best to keep us parents updated in what felt like a vacuum of information for us and them and that meant I could try and organise my working life as best as possible. So in the main, I wanted to say thank you to you all!

My son has been at the nursery for three years and has absolutely thrived there. The staff are all so lovely and caring and I feel like they really know my son and take excellent care of him. He loves the food there and in the last year in preschool has learnt new things all the time, constantly coming home with new letters and numbers that he recognises.

Both my children have attended the nursery, so we have been part of the family for over 5-years. My son and daughter have loved going, and as a parent, I feel lucky to have found this nursery. The staff have genuinely loved and cared for my babies. So glad we chose this. Tears will be shed come graduation in July!
