This beautiful nursery is located at The Key, and is in a great location for parents commuting into London. Situated in a purpose-built building and located on a beautiful new estate, where the children often visit the nature reserve and enjoy trips to the local parks. Every parent also has the additional benefit of having extended opening times from 7.30am – 6.30pm.

The children in the nursery are well prepared to transition to school through Bright Horizons Unique Ready for School Programme, which includes bespoke Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians programmes, which is taught by the nursery level 6 Manager, 3 level 6 Preschool Teachers and experienced staff team.

The nursery has its very own Dance Studio and three large separate gardens that the children can explore in all weathers. The beautiful nursery also features an Active Athletes room and Creative Cooks room, helping to foster a love of learning from an early age.

My little boy joined the nursery in January as a shy, quiet boy. It has taken him a while but with the help, patience and support of his wonderful class teachers my son has gone from crying and being clingy when I drop him, to walking into class now and sitting down to play with blocks and happy to
be there. Really happy with the support we have received from the ladies who are helping him grow into an independent little boy.

I have been very pleased with this nursery so far. My daughter is one and a half years old, she seems to be happy every time I pick her up and always has a smile on her face. That to me tells me that she is taken care of with love.

My child comes home every day with a huge smile on her face, happy, well looked after and keen to return.
The staff are very helpful and always have my child's best interests at heart.

The staff at Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool are always totally invested in my child's development and well being.


She has attended nursery since she was 5 months old and there has never been a day that wasn't great for her.


We are truly going to miss Bright Horizons Fleet Day

My little girl has been there just over a month now and absolutely loves it. The ladies in the baby room are amazing. Teaching her lots of new things and getting her to try new foods she would never eat at home! I am comfortable that my little one is being well cared for and is happy. Would recommend

A fantastic nursery and preschool that puts children and parents first. My daughter has been attending since she was 7-months-old and is about to graduate ahead of starting school in September. Her development, confidence and personality have all been shaped by attending the preschool, who offer great
opportunities, exciting activities and exposure to exercises that she wouldn't have experienced elsewhere i.e French and Spanish lessons, yoga, performing on stage, supermarket and park visits, taking rabbits and snails home to look after - the list goes on!

My Nephew recently started at the nursery, only being four months old. The team within the baby room ensured he was settled and happy at all times. They were attentive to his needs and ensured they had all the information they needed about his routine and care needs before he was left at the nursery.
The team also went above and beyond to create a collage of photos from his day, so we could all see how truly happy he had been. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son had a very happy and positive experience at Bright Horizons Fleet Nursery. First time leaving your little one is never easy, but all the staff put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable leaving my child in their care. When collecting my child, I was handed artwork, photographs and a daily
plan of the amount of milk my son had drunk, to how long his naps lasted etc.
It's safe to say I would highly recommend this nursery to my friends and family.

Our two year old has been at the nursery since she had just turned one. From the start, the staff have been attentive to her needs, have helped her learn and grow and have made nursery a fun and warm place to be.


As a parent, staff have been extremely helpful in settling our daughter in and making

sure that each room transition has been a gentle change. It's a nice welcoming environment to come into at drop off and pick up time. I look forward to seeing how our daughter grows as she moves through the nursery.

My younger son recently started Taekwondo classes and was a bit shy in the first couple of weeks of joining the class. I mentioned this to one of the girls that look after him in his nursery and a few days before his next Taekwondo class, she made him show the others what he learnt and prepared him
with pictures about Taekwondo and talked to him about the class to help him gain more confidence about it. The result was that after a couple of weeks he actually joined the rest of the class and participated and had a lot of fun.


When I told her about it and thanked her for her help, she was extremely happy and I could see it actually meant something personal to her and was not just part of her job. This is what I like... people that work there make looking after our kids something personal and that makes the difference.

My daughter is 7 months old and has had her first full month at Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool. She has developed so much in the past 4 weeks and has been involved in activities that she wouldn't necessarily do at home such as mucky painting! We love seeing the daily photos of what
she has been up to and its clear from the beaming smile on her face every time that she is loving every moment! Keep up the good work Hedgehog room!

My son has thrived in this nursery, in particular since joining preschool. His room leader in 'Otters' is simply wonderful - she genuinely cares about him and enjoys his company! I believe he will be firmly ready for school, despite being a July baby, thanks to the start he's had here!

Our son was in childminders since he was 2 years old. As September 17 came, we realised he had one year to go before starting school, so we wanted to start him somewhere new with a better social environment and preschool facilities. Since enrolling our son in September/December 2017, he has become a
different child.


He loves going to nursery, has made so many friends and his learning, and speech has come along tenfold. He is such a happy boy, and always has so many stories to tell about his new friends and what he’s been doing. We recommend the nursery to all our friends and will be enrolling our second child in the nursery.

We are very happy with Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool. Mainly because our son is thriving there, and is always keen to go. He seems to be advancing in various skills. He can count forwards and backwards to 14, say every month of the year, and the alphabet, he's only 3 years old! The
pre-school has also been instrumental in the transition of going from nappy to the toilet, and we are extremely thankful and grateful for all the support they have given. Not only in the class but through the every day communication with every member of staff there. A huge Thank you to you all!

Our daughter started nursery in August 2016 in the baby room, has moved into Chipmunks and now started her transition into Porcupines. Through each room she has been in, we have been able to watch our baby grow into an independent little lady. She never ceases to amaze us with what she learns at nursery
thanks to the dedicated staff working in the rooms. Our daughter is quite shy by nature and has really valued her key workers in supporting her; we have been able to build good relationships with the key worker and are updated each day with her activities. All staff are friendly, welcoming and always work with a smile with goes a long way!

All three of my children have attended the nursery and my daughter is currently in the eighteen-month to the two-year room, having just moved rooms from the baby room. Toni

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Toni joined Bright Horizons in 2007 as a Nursery Assistant. She went on to complete her Level 3 in childcare, followed by a BA Hons in Childcare and Education. Since achieving her qualifications, she has managed various settings within Bright Horizons and has thoroughly enjoyed gaining first-hand experience of being part of a child’s life.


She has worked her way into a managerial role, where she has loved watching children grow and develop. Toni is passionate about supporting children to become confident learners with strong self-esteem, ready to take on their next adventure at school.

Danielle

Danielle

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2021

Danielle has been part of the Bright Horizons family for nine years. She began as bank staff, working across different nurseries before becoming a core team member at Fleet. From there, she progressed through several roles until reaching Deputy Manager.


She is also a proud mum, and having her son attend the nursery makes her role even more meaningful. Danielle finds daily inspiration in the children and strives to give her very best every day.
