A beautiful setting in Fleet, The Key

This beautiful nursery is located at The Key, and is in a great location for parents commuting into London. Situated in a purpose-built building and located on a beautiful new estate, where the children often visit the nature reserve and enjoy trips to the local parks. Every parent also has the additional benefit of having extended opening times from 7.30am – 6.30pm.

The children in the nursery are well prepared to transition to school through Bright Horizons Unique Ready for School Programme, which includes bespoke Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians programmes, which is taught by the nursery level 6 Manager, 3 level 6 Preschool Teachers and experienced staff team.

The nursery has its very own Dance Studio and three large separate gardens that the children can explore in all weathers. The beautiful nursery also features an Active Athletes room and Creative Cooks room, helping to foster a love of learning from an early age.

All-inclusive fees mean that you have less to pack on a busy morning, with everything from healthy lunches and snacks to branded nappies and wipes included.

Both of my children go to BH Fleet, and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The staff are genuinely kind, nurturing, and emotionally connected to the children -they know and love each child as an individual, which means the world to me.
The nursery is spacious with a lovely garden area,
giving the children plenty of room to play and explore both indoors and outdoors.
One feature I really appreciate is the app they use to share daily updates. It's great to see what activities my children have been doing, what they've eaten, and how their day has gone. At pick-up, the staff are always happy to chat about how your child's day went.
What really sets BH Fleet apart is the people. You can tell they choose their staff with great care, and many of them have been there a long time. That stability and experience makes such a difference.
My older son is off to school soon, and he's grown so much thanks to the loving, supportive environment at the nursery.

We couldn't be happier with this amazing nursery. Our child joined as a baby (14 months) and has moved through the nursery to now finishing in preschool age 4.5. The staff are so kind and caring, and they build wonderful connections with the children. Our child is always coming home singing new songs
and full of stories about the day.
There's an incredible variety of activities, from science experiments to visits from farmers and soldiers and the food offered is just as exciting, encouraging the kids to try new things.
The large garden is a fantastic space with a mud kitchen and play equipment, giving the children plenty of outdoor fun. We've also loved how the nursery gets involved in the community, like joining the Fleet Carnival.
The preschool graduation was truly special! A heartfelt send-off that showed just how much care and effort the staff put into everything. We feel so lucky to have been part of this wonderful setting!

Our Son has had the most amazing 4 year Journey at Bright Horizons Fleet, starting when he was just 13 months old and due to leave in August to start his new adventure at big school, we cannot thank the nursery enough for being part of his magical journey, they are all so nurturing and truly love all
the children that pass through their doors. We recently had the pre-school graduation ceremony which was out of this world, the effort that the whole pre-school team went to to make it such a special occasion was more than I could ever have imagined. The children all felt so special and you could really tell from their genuine huge smiles as they went up to collect their gifts and momentos. Memories have been made here that we will all treasure forever.

Bright Horizons Fleet pre-school has been one of the best nursery experience we have had. I am able to compare against 10 years of Nursery experience with my older children and I have to say currently the ladies in the pre-school are a beautiful group of nurturing and caring people. We just had the
graduation ceremony for our youngest who is moving into school this September and the day was a perfect display of their commitment to the children's experience. Thank you for all the activities you have put on for the kids , the friendships you helped foster and the learning through play . We love the updates on the app on a daily basis and the food seemed to be better than what was offered at home !

I moved my daughter to Bright Horizons for her last year of preschool and was worried it wasn't the right decision before starting school but it was the best thing I could have done for her. She settled in so quickly thank you to the lovely staff, not just in her preschool room but all that work there.
She knows them all by name and they all know her too. The ladies in her room have been amazing and really prepared her for school. I don't think she would have been so ready without them and I will be forever grateful to them all. She has amazing food and the play areas are really lovely, inside and out. We've loved it at Bright Horizons

What an amazing Nursery!
Firstly the Nursery is spacious and bright and the atmosphere is happy and cheerful.
The staff are friendly, caring and accommodating. They truly care about the children's well being and all look like they are happy to be at work.
My kids love being at the Nursery. They
are happy and engaged and their development has been fantastic.
The management are understanding and always smiling. You never feel like you are putting them out and they really make you feel like they are there for the children. I couldnt wish for better care for my children.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. All the staff are lovely and I can see the great bond they have made with my daughter, which is so lovely to see. The updates we get are great and it's lovely to hear what they have gotten up to that day along side some pictures.

I have felt heard and welcomed since my daughter started. The team are all very friendly and reassuring as it can be so daunting dropping your baby off for the first time, particularly when they've not been left before and cry. Our son recently started Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Pre-School in October 2024.
I visited some other nurseries and straight away, from the moment I stepped foot in the foyer here, that this was the best place for him.
The management and staff have been incredibly attentive, warm and welcoming
and have really helped settle our son and reassure him and us, as parents, too. They genuinely love and care towards the children, are passionate about their roles and responsibilities and this shows in their excellent staff retention too.
We also used this nursery ten years ago and wouldn't use any other in the area. Not only are the staff amazingly nurturing and understanding, the nursery itself is clean, spacious welcoming and has numerous opportunities for children to grow and develop.
Knowing that we have left our son in fantastic and genuine caring and loving hands makes all the difference.

The main thing I wanted was a loving, caring environment for my baby and that's exactly what I've got. The staff are so kind towards the children and know them all so well. They've also been brilliant with an anxious mum - lots of calls and updates so I know he's ok. The extras, like great activities,

My son has always loved going to nursery with a few members of staff who never fail to make him feel more than comfortable. There are three, in particular, who have made a nervous mother's worries always fade. One member of staff, in particular, is an absolute gem, my son always asks for her, even on
days when he doesn't attend nursery and cannot wait to share exciting news with her.
Also, two members of staff, in particular, who are beyond incredible! They've helped him adjust to moving up to preschool with no issues or fears and are more than happy to allow him to play in that group when he wants to see his friends. Both always smiling, welcoming but also personal and remember who you are. The whole team are incredible but to the individual gems who make it a positive place, you are incredible. All of my future children will 100% attend this nursery and preschool!

I've had three children attend this nursery (all now school-age as of this month). The current team of staff are great, especially in the preschool room - they know the kids well and the effort they put into making graduation special was incredible! The other occasion that really impressed us was when
there was a fire that was bad enough to close the nursery for a couple of weeks. The alarm sounded as we arrived for pick-up, so we witnessed the staff evacuating all the children and they did the whole thing within about a minute - impressive and quite literally lifesaving. But not only that, by the following morning, they'd lined up temporary places for all the kids at another Bright Horizons, with their key people there too, to ensure no interruption in care. They simply couldn't have handled it better.

We used this nursery for a short-term placement in March and April 2024. From day one they made me and my daughter feel so welcome. I even worked in the parent room on the 1st day just in case my daughter wouldn’t settle.
Nothing was too much trouble.
If this nursery wasn’t just a little bit too
far away, I would have kept my daughter there.
Lovely nursery, excellent staff and fab management.
Thanks to the manager and the team, my daughter had the best time.

  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2021

I joined Bright Horizons in 2015, as Deputy Manager working at a client Bright Horizons, I then worked my way up to being Nursery Manager. Since joining Bright Horizons I have enjoyed working across different settings. I joined Bright Horizons Fleet in November 2021.


I started my career in childcare in 2007 and loved every part of it, where I then went on and completed my NVQ level 3 in childcare. I love working hard and seeing the progress you have made on a child, I thrive at my position as I see this as we are sculpting the future.

I joined Bright Horizons in 2007 working as a Nursery Assistant, I then went on to complete my level 3 in childcare, and then on to completing my BA Hons in childcare and education. Since completing my qualifications, I have managed various settings within bright horizons, and I have loved gaining the first-hand experience of being part of a child’s life. I have worked my way up into a manager role, which I have loved watching the children grow and develop.


I am very passionate in supporting children to become confident learners with a great self-esteem, ready to take on the next big adventure at school.

Job Title: Third in Charge Joined: 2017

I completed my Level 3 Qualification in childcare in 2014, and I then went off to University to study Sports and PE. In 2017 I started off as Bright Start Agency which I did for 2 years travelling to numerous different nurseries, I then became a bank staff member at Fleet Bright Horizons working alongside Tesco.


After the pandemic in November 2020, I decided I wanted to work at the Fleet nursery full-time where I became Room Leader of the baby room in 2021 looking at progressing my career further. And now recently becoming Third in Charge in September 2022. I love working with children, creating lots of new activities and ideas to watch them grow and develop.
