Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool

Having had one child already go though the nursery and now a second there I cannot fault it. The space is bright and welcoming, it is always very clean. The areas are cleverly created by the staff to be engaging and diverse. But for me there is no bigger credit to this nursery than the staff. As with everyone else I am leaving the most precious thing to me in the world in their care and to know that they are in a loving, safe and enriching environment is all I could ever ask for. The staff go above and beyond for the kids and never get the credit they truly deserve. Can't thank the whole team enough.

My daughter is really happy going in to nursery each week and loves all the staff. They do a wide range of activities and the food also seems varied. The nursery seems to be constantly looking to improve and the opening of a new room last year was great.

Both my children have loved going to Bright Horizons nursery and this is down to the incredible team of nursery teachers and supporting staff who care about each individual child's well being and development journey. They always have a variety of enrichment activities and fantastic food for the children. I feel safe in the knowledge my children are being well cared for.

The staff are genuinely kind and tuned in to his personality - he comes home full of stories and pride in what he's made. We love the cozy play areas, gentle routines, and regular photo updates that keep us smiling. It's clear they care deeply and go the extra mile. He's thriving, and so are we.

This nursery has been amazing! My daughter has grown so much since she has been there and is gaining confidence everyday! The staff are amazing and really care about each individual child. I couldn't recommend this nursery more!

Bright horizons fleet have been so amazing with three of my children and soon to be four! The girls love my children like their own and have such special bonds with them. I could not recommend this nursery enough - Especially the pre school room!!

The ladies in the preschool room are absolutely brilliant. It's clear they truly care about the children and consistently go the extra mile to make their days happy, fun, and meaningful.

My older son is off to school soon, and he's grown so much thanks to the loving, supportive environment at the nursery.

The preschool graduation was truly special! A heartfelt send-off that showed just how much care and effort the staff put into everything. We feel so lucky to have been part of this wonderful setting!

Our Son has had the most amazing 4 year Journey at Bright Horizons Fleet, starting when he was just 13 months old and due to leave in August to start his new adventure at big school, we cannot thank the nursery enough for being part of his magical journey, they are all so nurturing and truly love all the children that pass through their doors. We recently had the pre-school graduation ceremony which was out of this world, the effort that the whole pre-school team went to to make it such a special occasion was more than I could ever have imagined. The children all felt so special and you could really tell from their genuine huge smiles as they went up to collect their gifts and momentos. Memories have been made here that we will all treasure forever.

Bright Horizons Fleet pre-school has been one of the best nursery experience we have had. I am able to compare against 10 years of Nursery experience with my older children and I have to say currently the ladies in the pre-school are a beautiful group of nurturing and caring people. We just had the graduation ceremony for our youngest who is moving into school this September and the day was a perfect display of their commitment to the children's experience. Thank you for all the activities you have put on for the kids , the friendships you helped foster and the learning through play . We love the updates on the app on a daily basis and the food seemed to be better than what was offered at home !

I moved my daughter to Bright Horizons for her last year of preschool and was worried it wasn't the right decision before starting school but it was the best thing I could have done for her. She settled in so quickly thank you to the lovely staff, not just in her preschool room but all that work there. She knows them all by name and they all know her too. The ladies in her room have been amazing and really prepared her for school. I don't think she would have been so ready without them and I will be forever grateful to them all. She has amazing food and the play areas are really lovely, inside and out. We've loved it at Bright Horizons

The staff and environment are amazing! They really care about the children and their development. The activities are great and my 2 year old loves going to nursery. We get updates through the app, with pictures and observations.

The management are understanding and always smiling. You never feel like you are putting them out and they really make you feel like they are there for the children. I couldnt wish for better care for my children.

I have felt heard and welcomed since my daughter started. The team are all very friendly and reassuring as it can be so daunting dropping your baby off for the first time, particularly when they've not been left before and cry. The team have built a bond with my daughter that's clear to see, which also gives me the reassurance that she's ok. The team are always on hand should you need to check-in. Very happy with Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool.

Our son (4 years old) has been attending Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool for the past eighteen months and has absolutely thrived. He has built great relationships with his peers and key workers and is always excited to go into preschool. The staff are professional, friendly, compassionate and communicative. We look forward to our youngest starting in the springtime.

Also, two members of staff, in particular, who are beyond incredible! They've helped him adjust to moving up to preschool with no issues or fears and are more than happy to allow him to play in that group when he wants to see his friends. Both always smiling, welcoming but also personal and remember who you are. The whole team are incredible but to the individual gems who make it a positive place, you are incredible. All of my future children will 100% attend this nursery and preschool!
