Spring Nursery Carousel Chapel Hill

My son has been going to the nursery since February. He seems to be very happy to go on the days he does attend and has a good bond with the staff. They always keep me up to date on the app and answer any questions I may have. My son is delayed in his speech, and his key worker has always worked to improve this, even when I mentioned he struggles with the letter L, that week I noticed a phonics activity set up with the letter L. Hopefully when Covid rules have lifted, and I can come into the nursery, I will be able to see more of what he gets up to there.

We love the nursery. All the staff are really helpful. Both of our children have been very happy there and happy to attend. The day to day activities keeps them occupied and stimulated. I would highly recommend Spring Nursery Carousel Chapel Hill.

My kids love it here! They’re always very excited to go in; they love their teachers, and we appreciate the fact that we can see how they get on in real-time; the regular updates are excellent! We totally appreciate all the hard work that they do! Thank you!

My son is autistic and (was) non-verbal when he started in September 2020, and as you can imagine, it was a very hard transition (more for me than for my son). However, the amazing staff made the transition effortless, and the constant support and willingness to work together have produced amazing results (my son starting to talk). The manager and another particular staff member have been so supportive in obtaining his EHCP and went over and above to support with issues with the local authority and my son's challenges. This isn't a special provision nursery, however, for any parents with children who require special attention, you couldn't find a better provision.

She is devastated to have left for school and asks on a daily basis when she’ll be coming back, and I think really that says it all!

My child loves coming here. The staff are so friendly and caring. I love hearing about how the staff spends their days, creating bonds and friendships with my child. Even though she doesn't go as often as she used to, she is always made to feel welcome, safe and almost as if she hasn't been away. One lady seems to be a favourite, and I hear all about what they do together on that day. I know my child is very well looked after during her time here, and she's always so excited and eager to return. The manager is also very helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Everything is very appreciated from the staff between us both.

Would definitely recommend this nursery.

I have found the staff to be extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. They helped my grandson settle in very quickly and keep him motivated to really enjoy going to nursery. They are very professional in regular reporting of his progress. I would highly recommend this nursery.

This nursery has bought the best out of my son; he’s become so confident and has come milestones in his learning, and it’s down to the staff here. I literally love the app as well, so in any doubts, you can always see what your child has eaten and done during the day without even being with them.

Excellent nursery! The attention to detail when updating my son's care plans is incredible; they include every little detail needed and make sure they don’t miss anything! They work so closely with the children and parents too!

We get updates each week on how she is getting on and what areas she is showing development in, as well as daily reports of what she is eating, nap times and any incidents (if necessary).

There is also a lovely big play area outside for the children to explore on sunny days.

Have recommended Spring Carousel to many friends already and will carry on doing so.

I was extremely nervous about my daughter starting nursery, as was my daughter. But the staff were absolutely amazing with both of us. They have been fantastic with my daughter during her first year of the nursery; she’s had ups and downs with leaving me at the start of the day, but having great connections with the staff has made this easier for her to gain independence away from me and she is so excited to be going back after the holidays. I have always been kept up to date with her progression, meals and day to day activities. Cannot fault this nursery at all.

They have a lovely big outside area to play in too.

The ladies here at the nursery are absolutely lovely and have been so helpful in helping my son settle into his class.

We have had some issues around behaviour, but the girls in his class have always kept me totally in the loop and have always been hands-on and professional when I have discussed any concerns with them.

My little boy has definitely flourished since being in this care setting, and I cannot wait to continue at the nursery for the pre-school term.

Spring Carousel is a fantastic setting. I have two children in this setting, and my eldest is in her last year. I have been dealing with the nursery for 3-years, and I’ve never had a problem or concerns. Each and every staff member is caring, friendly, kind, very supportive and very understand if a change has happened in home life. Every member of the staff listen and take on board different things we try at home, and they do this at group time for example “sharing” read a book about it. The care they give towards my children is very professional, and they have all taken time to learn the needs of both my children. During COVID-19, they have all worked safely; it’s been hard for you all. Well done. The food is always good, and they record everything. I like that they have an app in which everything is recorded from meals to sleep and nappy changes. Maybe better garden resources, that’s about it. Keep up the good work, girls!

Cannot fault the nursery at all! They’re dealing with current circumstances brilliantly, and they keep you updated. I wouldn’t have sent my child anywhere else after my eldest went here. I have a good relationship with the staff, which is important when leaving my child there, I know they’re well looked after.

A great nursery that has been so flexible and supportive during the covid pandemic. My daughter loves coming to play with her friends, and the staff are so friendly and engaging. My daughter loves nursery here!

Absolutely would recommend Spring Carousel Nursery. The staff there are wonderful, my daughter absolutely loves going. They are so down to earth and supportive, my daughter has been going since she was 1 and is 3 now, and still everyday loves to go every day. She has come on so much and is learning something new every day. I have now also had another child, and when I return to work, he will also be joining, which I can’t wait for.
