Spring Nursery Carousel Chapel Hill

The staff have been so great with helping my little boy settle and staff in other rooms remember and always say hello to my oldest child when he comes in at pick-up time. The app is great at keeping us informed about his day and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming.

This is such a lovely nursery, they went above and beyond! My daughter unfortunately broke her leg a few weeks before she was due to start at the nursery, as a mum I found it a very stressful time. I was amazed at how much support the staff gave us as I really didn’t want her to miss out on starting with other children. Talking to their deputy manager, who was my point of contact, she made it possible (with other colleagues) for my daughter to continue with her settling in session and had put a plan in place for her to still be cared for whilst she was in cast. Luckily it was all off by the time she started properly, but really appreciated what they had done for us. She has never been in any childcare before and loves it! She runs in and gives the staff a cuddle, that alone shows that she feels safe and loved!

As a single mum I was incredibly worried about selecting the right nursery for my daughter. On visiting Spring Nursery Carousel Chapel Hill I knew immediately she would be at home. The staff are wonderful when I booked a look-around and her settling days were brilliant. Since starting at the nursery her development has come on leaps and bounds. The communication between the nursery and parents is above my expectations. If you are looking for a nursery, look nowhere else.

My little girl was nine months when she started at the nursery back in January 2023. I was so nervous leaving her but was so happy as, within weeks, she was already thriving! The updates on the nursery app are fantastic; I can always check what my little girl has been up to and can communicate easily and quickly with the staff, who are also so friendly. Thank you for looking after her and helping with her development, where she is doing extremely well!

My child has been at this nursery for just over six months now and is thriving. His confidence and his speech have come on so well. He always comes out happy and always gets excited about going to nursery. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. The staff are lovely, and the communication is good.

Overall, I am very happy with the Pre-School team and appreciate the effort they put into looking after my daughter.

We came to Spring Nursery, and my daughter settled in right away from the get-go. She loves going to nursery, and anything we do at home at the nursery will continue with the same support. For example, using the toilet and potty training. The nursery is very accommodating and supportive. The staff are brilliant and keep you well informed of everything that’s happened, from eating to using napping and applying creams. My daughter is happy there, and I couldn’t have asked for a better nursery for her to start her education journey.

Amazing nursery. My son started in December 2021. He has a few problems and is on a waiting list; this nursery has helped massively. I can’t thank them enough for all the time and effort they have done with my son. Seeing my son develop has been amazing, even if it is baby steps. I can’t thank them enough, from the bottom of my heart, they have done amazing. I thank all the girls so much who have helped my son in the last 6/7 months. Since my son joined, I’ve never had a problem or had to complain about anything at all; they understand everything. Would defo recommend them to family and friends.

My daughter has been attending this setting since January 2021. She has really started to come out of her shell since moving into the older room and has made some lovely friends. Her best friend is one of the key workers, who she adores and will always go to her when she is feeling sad or just for a cuddle! They have all been so good with my little one, and I have 100 per cent confidence that she is safe and happy when I leave her in the mornings. The staff at Carousel are all friendly and welcoming, which has made a safe and happy environment for my little one, helping her to grow.

My child has been going to Spring Nursery Carousel nursery for about a year now, and the staff have been lovely and very accommodating to my child’s fussy eating habits. My daughter has thrived and come on leaps and bounds. Would recommend this nursery to any parent.

All my children have attended this nursery, and I've never once had an issue with it. All the staff are so lovely and attentive, nothing ever seems to be an issue, especially as I’m over-cautious. I’d recommend this nursery 100%.

Management keeps you updated on what is going on, and you get regular updates on your child's progress.

My son loves this nursery, and its staff are incredibly accommodating. You receive regular updates and learning milestones updates, and the food they serve is interesting, if not a little grown-up for the younger children, but in my opinion, that's great for developing tastebuds to explore a range of new flavours! It is expensive in comparison to childminders prices, but with the funded hours and extra help available it's more than worth it to have them in a more school-like setting.

The manager has been excellent in every situation that we have come across.

My son has been attending this nursery for almost a year now, and I can honestly say, the bond he has created with the staff there is extraordinary. I am so impressed with how his speech and other skills have come along in this time. The communication we receive from the staff is amazing. I am very happy with his placement at this nursery.
