Jade has worked for the company since 2011 and holds a level 3 childcare qualification. Jade strives to ensure that the children are at the heart of all decisions and that they are learning and developing through many areas of play. Jade loves to see the children thrive.
Jade also has a daughter and loves to be creative and messy.
Jade is also the SENCO alongside the deputy and has a mental health first aid certificate.
Carly is Spring Carousels ' deputy manager. She is Level 3 qualified and is based all over the nursery setting, supporting the rooms with quality and the office with managerial tasks.
Brad has a level 3 qualification and is based in our inventors' room as the senior room lead. Brad has also taken on the role of garden coordinator and has lots of fresh ideas to spruce up our large play area.
Brad really enjoys working in the childcare sector and brings a really fun vibe to Spring Carousel for the children.
Georgina has a Level 3 qualification. She is currently based in our Explorers room. She enjoys being creative and getting messy with the children.
Georgina is also our outside coordinator and supports in making the garden fun and exciting. She has also completed her Early Years Teacher status.
She is currently based in the Navigator's Room. Chloe enjoys lots of arts and crafts, which the children love!
Amy is our Early Years Practitioner and works within our Explorers room.
She holds a Level 3 childcare qualification.
Laura holds a Level 3 Qualification.
She started with the company as a casual worker and has now progressed to working full-time at Spring Carousel, and is based in our Navigators' room
Diane is our lunchtime assistant, currently based in our Inventors' room, supporting the team in caring for the 36+
Diane has worked here for a number of years and has great experience with this age group.
Becca is based in our Inventors' room and holds a level 3 qualification in childcare.
She is also our fundraising coordinator alongside her team member and enjoys planning fun activities for us all to take part in.
Chloe is based in our explorers' room.
Natalia works in our navigator's room
