Spring Nursery Carousel Chapel Hill

My child has attended spring since October 2024 aged 9 months and settled in brilliantly. The staff in the baby room made us feel at ease instantly and made an effort to get to know my baby's likes and dislikes, and keep us informed during her settling in sessions. They keep us updated throughout the day using the famly app on how much she's eaten, slept and her nappies, along with any medication they've given her and accident reports. The staff are lovely and my child loves them all and is genuinely excited when we pull up to the nursery. All staff make an effort to know the children's names even if they're not from their room and I love that they all go outside as much as possible and keep the activities engaging and exciting, and I love seeing the photos at the end of the day seeing what they got up to. They've made returning to work so much easier for me knowing my child is safe and happy the 3 days a week she is there!

My daughter has been at Spring Nursery for nearly a year now and absolutely loves it! The managers are incredibly helpful and no question is too silly or too much trouble to ask. Every staff member is super friendly and attentive/welcoming and my daughter can't wait to do more days this coming September. I'm so glad we chose this nursery and I highly recommend it to any one looking for a safe environment for their little one :)

Both my children attend the setting and have since they were 1. They're aged 1 & 3. Managers and team members are very attentive. The manager is doing a great job taking the time to manage expectations from owners, parents and employees. Most importantly the kids are happy, learning and always attentive to their every need. The classes are very transparent and you can feel that everyone knows your child even if they're not in that class. This gives you added peace of mind that the overall culture is unified, diverse, and respectful. Nothing is ever too much and the team are always happy to help with any concern, needs, or requests. This is for the parents as well as the kids. I am a particularly sensitive parent and I've never worried once with Spring Carousel Nursery.

I am completely beyond happy with this nursery. I think the staff all in their own ways are fantastic! The manager and staff are kind-hearted and very special. The key person who was in my child's class was perfect! She is calm, kind and loving. How my little girl is treated at nursery is how we treat her at home! The key person will hold a very special place in our hearts! My little girl's next class has been great and have given her the support that she needs. I thank you all for being so amazing! Thank you to the manager for being so welcoming and kind.

My daughter started this nursery in September 2024 and was only 8 months. She's developing so well and is really happy when arriving at the nursery, she smiles at all the staff and they are doing a brilliant job following our home routine.

It was a whole new experience that got me putting my child into the nursery as she is my first and only little one. I knew I needed to put her in a nursery as we are both very codependent on each other. When viewing the nursery to start with the manager showed me around and she was fantastic and made me feel really at ease compared to another that I viewed in the area. Since joining, they have been so supportive and encouraging with my little one. She's grown close with her key worker and making friends and it's such an amazing feeling to watch and be part of as makes me feel less guilty for going to work, knowing she's in good hands and enjoying her days. Can't thank you enough.

We were really nervous to send our son to nursery for the first time especially as he is our first. We visited a lot of nurseries in the area but Spring Carousel just felt right. The team are lovely and always on hand for support. They also use an app to communicate with parents which really helped me in the early days when our son was settling in. Now he loves going to nursery and runs in before me! He has gained lots of confidence and skills and is just blossoming more each day. We are so glad that nursery is such a positive experience for him and therefore for us too!

My 11-month-old girl has been at this nursery for 2 months now, the progression I've seen in her has been outstanding - she's gained more confidence, social skills, motor skills (is not crawling and pulling herself up into a standing position) and communication skills. I have been nothing but incredibly impressed with Spring Carousel Nursery; their staff are kind, helpful and caring to both the children and the parents - my daughter loves each and every staff member she has had the pleasure of interacting with. They offer a wide range of foods; allowing children to try and get used to lots of different tastes and textures - I often find myself jealous of what my daughter has had for her lunches! Spring Carousel also have a varied selection of toys and activities to keep the children entertained- challenging their motor skills and knowledge in order to learn all day every day! I would recommend this nursery to anyone; especially new and nervous parents - they're extremely reassuring.

My son currently attends this nursery and he absolutely loves it. He started in September in the explorers room and he very quickly adjusted to his daily routine and is so comfortable with the setting. The nursery manager and deputy manager are absolutely fantastic and so supportive. All of the nursery teachers at Carousel are very welcoming and friendly, They all really take the time out to get to know the children and the families. At pick up we are always told what the children have done during the day, who they played with and what they enjoyed. I love that this setting does drop-in sessions throughout the year so parents can come in and take part in activities with the children. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone who is looking. They really do know how to look after children, keep them safe, teach them valuable things and support their early learning. Thank you Carousel, so happy my son still gets another 2 years with you!

Our first baby boy started at Spring Carousel in January this year. Being first time parents and only living in the area for the last fews years, we had no family or close friends to recommend a nursery, so we used a social media page to get reviews and Spring came up a lot with raving reviews. We are so glad that our boy got into the nursery as he has flourished there so much beyond our expectations. All the staff and managers are friendly and so caring. Our boy now only 15 months goes into nursery not even looking back at me and Dad as he loves it there so much. We are forever grateful that the staff have been so fantastic with our boy helping him to develop socially, mentally and physically. He really is becoming a bright, confident little toddler. The app that we use daily to see how our boy's day is going, nappy changes, food, and sleep is amazing and gives us so much peace of mind while our boy is at nursery. Thank you again for being a home from home for our little boy!

My daughter started Spring on Chapel Hill in March 2024 at only 9 months. I was really apprehensive to leave her in a nursery setting all day at such a young age but I have been over the moon with the nursery and its wonderful staff. She has settled in so quickly and has the most fun-filled days! So happy I chose this lovely nursery for her to grow and learn in. It's a happy place for her and me as I know she is safe and happy here! Can't recommend it enough even in such a short space of time!

The nursery is amazing, my son now communicates better and shows more interest in learning. I’m so glad my son started here. The app is great at keeping us informed about his day and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming.

I highly recommend this nursery as it makes every child’s dream come true.

My child has been at the nursery for over a year, and we haven't had any issues so far. More often than not, my child struggles with being dropped off but always settles well and gets plenty of cuddles from the wonderful staff. We love getting regular updates on the app and seeing what she’s been up to throughout the day. The staff obviously put a lot of work into the daily activities. She always comes away with a smile on her face and lots of funny, lovely stories. We would highly recommend.

Great school, they know the importance of getting the parents involved should an issue arise and do it in a very respectful, approachable manner. The teachers are truly invested in children’s education and their growth as learners. Great school! My child is very happy to be in school. Teachers are very nice and helpful.

The nursery setting and staff are wonderful. My child has settled in really well and the food provided is healthy and has opened my child up to eating much more. They also helped him with BLW as I was very nervous with this and now he mostly feeds himself. The app provides updates of everything throughout the day and an overall summary of what the children have done that day. My only comment would be that the pictures could be more inclusive. There’s been quite a few times my child has been there and there aren’t any pictures of him that day. Whilst I understand this is a wonderful perk, it’s always nice to see my child in them and what he’s been doing, but otherwise, I love the nursery, as does my child and I wouldn’t want him anywhere else.

The staff at the nursery are all doing a very great job in looking after the kids, their safeguard is top-notch, the feeding is nutritious, the playground is awesome, the relationships and bond between the staff and the kids are great, and more strength to your staff.

The staff are amazing very kind and caring. When my daughter is upset I pick her up and cuddle her. She has become more sociable and has settled nicely into the nursery. Throughout the day they have amazing contact and keep you updated. I’m so glad my daughter has started here.

The staff have been so great with helping my little boy settle and staff in other rooms remember and always say hello to my oldest child when he comes in at pick-up time. The app is great at keeping us informed about his day and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming.

This is such a lovely nursery, they went above and beyond! My daughter unfortunately broke her leg a few weeks before she was due to start at the nursery, as a mum I found it a very stressful time. I was amazed at how much support the staff gave us as I really didn’t want her to miss out on starting with other children. Talking to their deputy manager, who was my point of contact, she made it possible (with other colleagues) for my daughter to continue with her settling in session and had put a plan in place for her to still be cared for whilst she was in cast. Luckily it was all off by the time she started properly, but really appreciated what they had done for us. She has never been in any childcare before and loves it! She runs in and gives the staff a cuddle, that alone shows that she feels safe and loved!
