Generally, we are very happy with the nursery. The staff are excellent and our daughter is very happy here. Only negative point is that it could do with being redecorated.
This is a wonderful, caring setting for my child. The staff are friendly and caring and take a real personal care of each child. The facilities are great and each week the children learn so much. My child's development has come on leaps and bounds during their time here. My child is happy, confident and articulate thanks to this setting. They often are upset that I have come to collect them so early - despite is actually being 5.30pm!
The staff are so friendly and helpful and always take the time to talk to you about your child and inform you what they have done with their day.
They create activities for the children that stimulates, catches their imagination and teaches them at the same time.
They follow any care plan you set for them and stick to it.
Since starting this nursery, my child has come on leaps and bounds. T
he difference between the two nurseries has been phenomenal. This is an outstanding nursery where they are very attentive to children's needs and development.
I was so worried to leave my child but they have made mine and my daughters experience fantastic and I actually cannot wait for my son to be part of their nursery family.
Facilities are good. The outside grounds are spacious and provide space to run around in. Of course, funding is essential so my advice is to please ensure this nursery is provided with an additional budget or funds for equipment and props for the garden and rooms. Never be complacent. Funds are always needed to help push ideas/staff morale. A wage increase of 3% would help retain and motivate the staff.
My daughter transferred from another nursery in 2016 and her development has rocketed. The staff here are so much better and the care infinitely better. Very happy and our newborn son will also attend when he is older.
My child has spent 4 years here and I cannot be more positive about his time. The staff have been a major influence on him growing up and maturing into a well balanced young boy. With his sister also attending I can honestly say I could not have been happier with the team, old and new.
My son started nursery last year. He was a choosy eater, rather fussy. The brilliant staff helped my son so much in getting to taste at least and then decide whether he likes it or not. The staff are so loving to all the children and giving them the right direction. Right from motivating children to help them stand up for and do what is right. The manager runs it all so well and I am so thankful all the members of the staff for being so considerate and loving.
Overall the nursery is very supportive and attentive. Feel the level of care is of a high standard and our child has enjoyed his time here. We would highly recommend the nursery to others.
Fave nursery by far! Staff are so friendly and enthusiastic and it always seems structured and organised, gardens are gorgeous and couldn't rate this nursery enough. My child has truly loved it.
The nursery room has been set always with plenty of activities to choose from. He has learnt a lot of things and his development is great due to the care and dedication of the lovely staff.
The graduation ceremony was really well-arranged children's participation was really good and it made all the parents really proud. Balloon release was very poignant! My child has generally enjoyed her time at Asquith Wavendon (a few tears sometimes) but once she is settled in (which is very quickly) she has a great time! Thanks to all the team for making graduation such a special time. Special thanks to two of the staff. x
My child has enjoyed her years at Asquith Wavendon she has developed into her own person and will continue to grow at school in September. The staff nurture each child individually whilst ensuring they develop independently. My child has been able to become the creative, outgoing child due to the varying activities the pre-school provide. We will feel very sad when she leaves the family here at Asquith Wavendon but happy and thankful that she made some lovely friends.
Our child seems very happy at the nursery. Members of staff are friendly, as are management. Outside space is great.
She loves every member of staff.
Very confident leaving my child here. Pleased with the level of attention and care provided top my child.
Both of my boys attended Wavendon Day Nursery from the age of 6 months. The staff are very caring, the environment is very homely. My children loved the garden, spending ages in the mud kitchen growing things, rolling down the little hills. The food was always very good and my children got to eat lots of food I wouldn't normally cook at home. My children loved getting involved with all the things and festivals the nursery got involved with.
My son has really enjoyed his time at Wavendon and we can see he has grown in confidence and in his independence during his time at Wavendon.
I was also impressed with the facilities and food and especially the outside space. I am very happy, I chose this nursery and pre-school and would recommend it wholeheartedly. Preparation for school was also very good.
The service has been excellent. The level of education has been excellent, my nephew has learnt so much and put him in good stead for 'big school'.
The nursery has gone above and beyond to cater for my child who has to have a no-dairy diet. My child has settled well and the staff, are really caring. Management will put you at ease as soon as you go for your show-round.
