I like the patience and attention they gave my son on his first day to help him settle. They have a big garden that the children play in, my son loves it since he likes playing outdoors, they also have great classrooms equipped with different play items for the children to explore. I think my son loves the school already since he even didn't want to go home on his first day.
The nursery has incredibly helpful in my child's upbringing. Friendly and dedicated staff, nice atmosphere and excellent activities. I can be bold enough to recommend a friend to this nursery because they have really been of good help to me with convenient sessions for single working mothers like me.
My daughter has been attending since she was 7 months old and it has been the best decision we made as the staff have been brilliant in supporting and helping her grow into a happy bright girl. I highly recommend the nursery to family and friends.
She has simply had the best preparation in her early years as she heads into school.
From day one as an Acorn, to leaving as an Oak I know I made the right choice in choosing Jubilee Wood.
The staff have been A1 throughout this. Communication about her development and daily activities has always been given.
Even through lockdown, regular contact with activities, and updates.
Just fantastic. Thank you to everyone that has had an involvement in making my child the bright, considerate little person they are today.
I would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone wanting care for their little one(s).
First, I want to express how grateful I am to every single member of staff from the kitchen assistants, playroom staff to management. My daughter feels joy when she enters the building, not fear of me leaving her and that is a blessing in its self. She is so comfortable and genuinely happy to be there. She loves all the staff like they are her own family, so I never worry about leaving her.
Each day my child comes back from a new adventure, she tells me all the things she has done and learned that day; it’s great.
I personally believe one of the reasons my daughter is so advanced for her age is because the nursery staff took the time to get to know her and nurture her. I will be sad when she goes to mainstream school.
The teachers are very kind, unique and lovely.
The management are very excellent.
I have changed from a different nursery and I'm sorry I haven't done it earlier. I'm very happy with how my two daughters are looked after. They are 3.5years old and 1year old. They both were given time to settle in, they also had a home visit which was great. I love their app what gives me a current update on how they are, especially I'm happy with pictures and few words about little one which makes me feel calm and relaxed.
They do a great job and I am glad we are with this nursery.
They are very accommodating to the needs of myself and my children, the staff are very polite and professional while still remaining down to earth.
I love the fact that they have an app, so I can see what my children are doing and also what they've eaten (so I know what to prepare for dinner).
After returning to work after a few years, they were able to make the transition run smoothly, not only for the children but for me.
And for that I am forever thankful, I would recommend Acorn Day Nursery (Jubilee Wood) in this lifetime and the next.
A home away from home.
All of my three granddaughters have attended this nursery, and the staff are all brilliant. All three of the girls loved going there.
The staff and management at Jubille Wood go above and beyond their roles every day. Each member of staff has a friendly and professional manner from the lunchtime supervisors to the management team. They take a keen interest in each child when collecting and dropping my child off, I am given feedback on his day. My child engages in many activities which have helped in his development and with the help of the nursery staff he has grown into a confident toddler. Which is all documented in the family app. A service the nursery staff provide an update whilst your child is there. Therefore giving you the peace of mind that your child is safe and enjoying the nursery environment. I couldn't ask for a better run nursery.
The activities provided have been stimulating and challenging, I have noticed a change in her development with her language and knowledge. My daughter attended her first forest school session off-site which she loved, she hasn’t stopped talking about it and is very much looking forward to more.
My daughter has attended Jubilee Wood since she was 15 months; she is now 3 and a half. My husband and I chose Jubilee Wood initially for its obvious nurturing environment in the baby room (Acorns). Other nurseries felt quite clinical and detached in this respect. Staff are extremely dedicated, warm and professional. I have complete faith and trust that my daughter's interests are at the heart of the nursery's care for her. She has developed social skills from day one, self-confidence to explore, feels safe and latterly she is developing writing and counting skills as well as her understanding of the world. The staff use very creative ways to develop activities for learning through play. I like that they also, hold a few special events each year, again, the staff give up their weekends for this which is a testament to their own dedication and teamwork. I will be very sad when my daughter leaves next year but happy the nursery has had such a positive impact on her developmental journey.
My son absolutely loves attending the after school club here. He attended the breakfast club last year and enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff are exceptional; they all have a caring and friendly approach, are also, very informative about the activities.
The staff at Acorn Jubilee are warm and friendly from the first time they meet you and your child. The nursery is managed very well they are responsive to my child's needs. My two year old was helped to settle into the nursery in a gradual and phased manner after initially being overwhelmed by the nursery environment. Its two months now and he loves it. The staff give you feedback daily and they are great with kids. They do a lot of activities indoors and outdoors.
I would definitely recommend this nursery to my friends and family. It is a happy and safe place for all three of our kids and I can't praise the staff enough. Professional and friendly, always smiling and helpful anytime I need something. Individual approach to kids, focusing on child development and the forest school is so much fun for the kids. I can see my 3-year-old thriving there. My 13-month-old twins just started there and I can tell they are happy there. Couldn't have chosen a better place for them.
Brilliant staff, my son loves it, he has settled in well and his speech has come along loads, highly recommend this nursey.
Great Nursery. Clean environment and organised. My daughter is begining to speak more clearly. Good Staff, thank you all for supporting my daughter to learn.
Great nursery, my 3-year-old son loves it and has made lots of friends. He always gets excited whenever it's nursery day.
Full of different activities including outdoors.
I would highly recommend Acorn Jubilee Wood to friends and family as it is a high-quality nursery with good safety standards.
