I am very happy with my experience with using Jubilee Wood Nursery. My children have been welcomed with very friendly and happy services. My children were very nervous and emotional about leaving me but the staff have been amazing and both my children have now settled and love going to nursery. The staff are always happy to help and to make any situation for the children to feel more comfortable. I would recommend Jubilee Wood.
My child has grown so confident in the short space of time she's attended Acorn Nursery. The team are brilliant with communicating with myself and my partner. My daughter's speech has improved loads with the help of Acorn Staff.
Acorn has helped my child grow and develop in every possible way. It is helping me build my career as they take good care of my child when she is away from the home. There can't be a better place where I can keep my child apart from Acorn. I would strongly recommend my family and friends to join their children in Acorn Daycare. All the best team at Acorn. Thanks a lot.
My daughter has only been in the nursery since 2017 and had difficulties settling in. Throughout this time the staff were caring and supportive calling me when necessary to keep me updated. When I emailed with questions they were quick to offer information and reassurance. My daughter now happily waves me off and really enjoys her time here.
One of the best nurseries in the area where staff members are friendly and easy to get on with. My oldest child attended the nursery a few years back and my youngest, now 3 has been attending since she was 7 months old.
I will recommend the nursery to anyone who is looking for a nursery, with great facilities and friendly staff who are willing to work with parents to support their child's development.
The nursery has actives on for the children all the time. The staff always manage to have a plan when there's a problem.
A definite YES!
As a parent we all are always concerned about leaving our children with someone else and “Trust” is the topmost priority factor!
My son is now 3.5 years old and goes to Acorn Fishermead since he was 18 months. Very trustworthy, welcoming, wonderful service and good professional staff. There is very good progress in my son’s day to day activities, learning, getting independent, etiquettes etc.
Happy with Acorn Fishermead branch.

I put my Daughter in this nursery as the previous one I really wasn't too sure on the things she said and the way she was when I picked her up. But this time when she comes out of Acorn Nursery she is happy and a bit tired which is a good sign that she been playing. She tells me about what she and her friends have been doing. She tells me new things she's been doing, new games she's been doing. The list could go on and on.
All and all I am very glad she is in this nursery.
Big thank you to this nursery.
It's been 3 months since our daughter started at Acorn Day Nursery (Jubilee Wood). The staff are so friendly, caring and professional. We are amazed by the standard of the EYFS and the development of our daughter in such a small amount of time including being weaned and learning to walk. Her communication is excelling and the staff are so pro-active in helping her reach her milestones.
We are really impressed by the family system used at Acorn Day Nursery (Jubilee Wood) which keeps us updated all day with our daughter's developments, activities, naps and most of the all we get photos all the time of her!! Acorn Day Nursery (Jubilee Wood) do lots of fun, messy play, arts and crafts and outdoor activities which is fantastic.
I could go on all day but overall we are very happy with Acorn Day Nursery (Jubilee Wood) and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
Very pleased with the care for my two children, they are thriving. The staff are absolutely brilliant and very good with the children.
Staff always keep you updated and also act quickly on any concerns I raise.
Always helpful and attentive to our daughter's needs.
She has settled in fast and her development has improved dramatically in the few months that she has been at Jubilee Wood. Staff are always there to help and assist.
Our daughter loves the forest school and yoga activities on offer at this nursery.
Acorn Jubilee is a lovely nursery with kind, caring staff. The nursery itself is spacious, clean and bright with lots of great outdoor play areas and also a forest area which my daughter loves playing in. I like the enthusiasm for allowing children to play outside as much as possible and the link to forest schools. When my daughter developed a stammer a while ago, the nursery staff were really supportive and used the recommendations from the therapist to help her overcome it. She's got to know them really well over the last 2 and a half years and I know she'll miss them when she starts school in September.
Acorn at Jubilee Wood day nursery has been an amazing nursery. They are all really kind and caring. They care for the children as if their own. They are all happy and friendly and very welcoming. They always have fun and engaging activities which are always based on the childrens' interests.
Lovely nursery. Lots of space and gardens. My granddaughter loves to go. Staff are so nice and look after her every need so well. Nursery parking is good. Safety is very good, food is good and they get lots of fresh fruits for snack.
My daughter loves going to nursery, she likes the staff especially her key person. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the only thing I would say is that they are not always very organised, but that's probably because they just moved there and can get quite busy. But overall I am happy with the nursery and the progress my daughter is making
Really lovely staff I feel completely happy leaving my 11 month old with. The setting is clean and always seems to have resources for the children. Love how much focus there is on outside play and forest school. Both of my children have attended and always enjoyed going to nursery. The team are always happy to help with anything as well.
My 2 year old little girl joined her just after her 2nd birthday and she loves the place. She is smiling from the moment she is there til the moment she has finished for the day. To me, she is vey happy to be here. I cannot fault the staff. They have very helpful and supportive. Couldn't ask for a better suited nursery for my little girl
My son goes to this nursery, when he first started he didn't talk much and didn't like being away from me. Now he loves going here and his speech has improved a lot. There is a lot for him to do here, indoor and outdoor activities.
My son started nursery at the age of 3 months at the nurseries previous location (Willows). The staff at the nursery are friendly and keen to ensure the children learn new things on a daily basis. The move to Jubilee Wood has resulted in more space for the children to play inside and out. The weekly Forest School trips were a big draw for me to the Acorn nursery and they do not disappoint, my son loves the trips to the great outdoors, drinking hot chocolate around a fire and making huts.
The children have various different sections in each room, varying from dressing up, a builders hut, a kitchen, to drawing, painting and reading. There is something for every child, and the carers encourage the children to use their imaginations.
My son leaves in September for school. I will be really sad to see him leave a place he loves and that I love too!
In my opinion Acorn at The Willows is a great nursery for my little Lady. The staff are extremely friendly, relaxed and likable. I actually enjoy leaving my little baby there, as I know she will be well looked after, she will eat well and she will play with various toys. She is also learning to interact with other babies. I love how multicultural the nursery is. That was something that has initially attracted me to the nursery, as well as the staff. My baby is learning loads of skills at the nursery, and she is extremely happy there. Only one thing that I can object to is the updates that are sent to me regarding my baby. When I came for a tour back in October 2015 I was told that I will be getting daily updates (more than 1 per day, it sounded like every few hours) and progress on my baby, by the App that the nursery uses. Unfortunately, this is not the case. On average since my baby has been at the nursery, we get 1 review every 3-4 weeks.
