We are very pleased with how much he has progressed and how excited and eager he is to attend.
First thing about the nursery is, it's always very clean and tidy. All staff are very kind, friendly, professional, caring. They are observing each kid with care and share the details with parents for their learning and personality development. Nursery is loaded with a variety of toys, messy play options, activities, different play options to keep the kids engaged and learn new things every single day. Keep up the good work team!
Great nursery, and great staff the kids cannot literally stop talking about the things they do with them. And the staff also have a great understanding and deal with situations well in all the aspects that I have witnessed.
My eldest started the nursery when he was two years old. This nursery has definitely helped him improve his communication and confidence.
My youngest started at the nursery when he was 11 months old. Staff and his key person worked well to help him settle. He is now 14 months and he waves goodbye happily every day in the morning to go to nursery.
Absolutely happy with my child going to Jubilee Wood Acorn. All the staff and very friendly and care for the children: they take a genuine interest in my child's development and go above and beyond to include us in my child's activities. My child loves this nursery and it definitely has improved her communication and skills to eat by herself. They supported throughout potty training and have on many occasions been very flexible with availability and notice period. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.
The nursery have been amazing with my child. Since he has attended he has come on so much. The staff are very approaching and are all helpful. They help in anyway they can. I couldn't have wanted a better nursery for my son. I highly recommend this nursery.
Great nursery working with children and parents, focussing on child development. Very pleased with the support given and quality of the staff and surroundings. My child is very happy to attend and improving day by day with the support. Very pleased with Acorn Fishermead and your service.
Our son has been attending Acorn for two years now and our daughter has just started baby room. They both absolutely love nursery and we couldn’t recommend a better nursery, the care, fun and education is amazing and all the staff are lovely.
Both of my kids have attended this nursery and I have never had complaints. Keep us updated, and if anything is unclear one of the team are always really helpful explaining or answering any questions. Even if unsure on filling out any forms, the nursery manager is always so helpful with these queries.
The staff at Acorns in the baby room are absolute gems. They have always kept me up to date with what my child has got up to, they comfort her when she needs some emotional support. The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. I like that they continue to clean everything and keep on top of it as we all know what kids are like. The staff follow my child’s lead, whether that means they need to be rocked to sleep etc. I feel comfortable sending my child here.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Our daughter has really developed and became more confident. I really enjoy the observation notes and the photographs updates they provide. My daughter is always excited to attend.
The staff are loving and caring, and the facilities are fantastic, with lots of greenery and vast outdoor space. My son is happy, loved and well cared for, and the staff offers flexibility and adapts to any of his particular needs, such as later-than-usual nap times, which is really rare compared to other big nursery chains. I highly recommend this nursery and Acorns in general as a nursery group.
Everyone at the nursery is friendly and professional. They treat my daughter like an individual and give helpful advice with regard to her development and managing life events, e.g the arrival of her new sister. My daughter will talk often about the activities she gets up to and will ask after her nursery workers when she's at home. The app is a great tool that keeps us up to date with her daily activities.
Our 3 year old and one year old started in January and the nursery have been amazing. They had been at a different nursery previously but we were still a little worried about settling them in. The staff have been amazing with our children and they have settled in really well. No complaints so far!
My son moved over to Jubilee Wood this month and I can see just how happy he is, he's thriving and has so much room to play. The nursery is spacious and the outdoor area is large. The staff have been just brilliant, I can't fault them at all. The nursery has a really nice feel to it and staff work well together and get along. They are a lovely bunch. The manager has been very welcoming and they have accommodated my needs well as I have an older son with additional needs so they have managed to make drop off and pick up time a bit easier too. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.
My daughter has been attending Acorn Day Nursery (Jubilee Wood) for nearly a year now. It was the best decision to move our baby girl into this nursery. She has blossomed under the care of the manager and her team. She's gained a lot of confidence and it gives us so much joy to watch her develop into an independent young girl. Even at the age of 2, she's very good at feeding herself and her speech is coming along great too. She's so happy to come into nursery and sometimes doesn't want to leave! This shows the level of care, love and nurture the staff show our children. For parents it is not easy to leave their children at nurseries but it makes it that much easier when the staff are so caring. Thank you alot to Amy, Cassie and the entire team at Jubileewood. You're outstanding!
My daughter has loved starting nursery here, and the staff have all been so great and accommodating with her! I was so worried about sending her nursery, but I love getting regular updates on the app, which are submitted in a timely manner. The staff always listened to my worries.
Amazing friendly staff who care about children. Lovely lead practitioner teaches them letters, numbers, and songs.
Children are very happy, that is most important for me. Thank you for your care.
Now, in the mornings, he can't wait to go to nursery and loves being there.
I got a new job and needed to get my daughter settled into nursery quickly. The manager was brilliant and got my daughter in for settle sessions and made everything so smooth and reassuring. The ladies in the baby room have made mine and my daughter's experience amazing in every aspect and my daughter has settled so well. Two members of staff in particular make sure to update me on my daughter's day and are both amazing. Everyone in the nursery is friendly and lovely, my daughter loves coming to nursery, would recommend to everyone. Thank you all.
