I cannot fault this nursery; the staff are invested in the children which is made clear by the loving and meaningful bonds my daughter has formed with the staff in her room. I have such peace of mind that all of my daughter’s needs are met daily; she is loved, kept safe, educationally engaged and developed, and is provided with a variety of nutritious meals. I could not be happier with the service this nursery provides and with the way my normally shy and clingy baby happily waves goodbye to me each morning; confirmation that she feels secure.
My daughter started nursery 11 months ago and choosing Willows was the best decision I have made. She has made great progress, enjoys going and really loves the staff which makes leaving her there comforting knowing she's well looked after. My daughter definitely likes the food and the variety is fantastic. Her day is filled with a variety of activities which has greatly helped her development. I definitely made the best choice for my daughter and myself by sending her to this particular nursery as my mind is at rest knowing she's well cared for whilst I'm at work.
My son attended Willows Day Nursery from 8 months to four years old. He has just started school as a happy, confident, kind little boy who is excited about learning. This is thanks to the excellent provision at Willows. The care and attention from staff have been second to none and the preschool team have gone above and beyond to make sure he is school ready. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We could not have asked for more from the entire team these past 4 years.
My little girl has been going to Willows since she was 10months. She'll be leaving at the end of August which we're both very sad about.
They're amazing, I trust them all and she's had so much fun and Willows has shaped who she is today.
The nursery is always on point with education, food and cleanliness.
I would highly recommend Willows. They're fantastic.
Each day he gets to do a number of different activities and also is encouraged to play outside, which he thoroughly enjoys.
The staff are always incredibly professional and very caring.
Very friendly staff and accommodating too! The team at Willows are always ready to help/answer whenever we have questions or concerns about our child.
Willows are a great nursery, my son loves it here and the team are always very helpful with any queries or concerns that I have. Would definitely recommend them. Friendly supportive and fun nursery and team.
Willows Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery, full of love and care for children, with wonderful staff and great facilities. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by friendly faces, no matter what time of day! I don't know how they do it! All staff are friendly, caring and patient with the children and extremely helpful and supportive of our wishes as parents, working alongside us with anything we may need support with. Our little girl loves going to nursery and we only wish we could send her for more days of the week! She has grown so much since being at Willows and it is lovely to see her ongoing development and enjoyment being there with all the other children. We particularly love the garden as she loves being outdoors, it has so much to fun to offer, whilst being totally safe, not overlooked and secure. Huge thanks from us to all at Willows, we think you do an amazing job, daily!
My little boy loves coming to the Willows, he always asks what day it is and loves the girls in his preschool room. He also loves the cook! The girls always keep me informed with his development and have been helping him with his speech ready for school. We will be sad to leave the nurses in the summer.
I've not had any concerns over my child's happiness and safety when he's there and he has made significant bonds with his carers.
Lovely friendly staff within Willows, not only in the room that my daughter is in but the nursery as a whole, everyone has a smile on their face. My daughter always seems happy when I pick her up and from the regular observations we receive, it looks like she has lots of fun during day and has settled in so well.
Management have frequently gone out of their way to help me out with sessions when my daughter has been very poorly, which I can’t thank them enough for.
I have no hesitations in recommending the nursery to other parents and will be sending my daughter here to after maternity leave. One very happy mummy.
I was so pleased when my daughter managed to get a place here and they were very reassuring and comforting as I'd never left my daughter anywhere before.
All members of staff were and continue to be friendly, professional and amazing with all the children that I see. My daughter overcame her separation anxiety with lots of support from the lovely staff and now gets very excited when she sees the entrance of the nursery! She is genuinely so happy there and clearly learns so much as she comes home with new skills all the time. Couldn't recommend any higher.
My daughter joined the nursery in November 2018 and I am so thrilled we managed to get her a place! The staff have always been polite, friendly and helpful. My daughter’s key worker, as well as all other staff in her room, can always update me on the activities she’s been involved in, how she’s been, etc. and I know she’s completely at home with all of the adults in her room. It makes it so much easier leaving her knowing she enjoys her time there and her development has come on leaps and bounds in the last three months.
My daughter started attending Willows Day Nursery in January 2018. From the day I first visited to make an enquiry to my daughter's first day the staff at Willows were more than helpful and supportive! Since she started she has been thriving at the nursery, there are always different activities and focused tasks for her to take part in. The staff have a genuine care for her that is evident in how they are with her. I also find the regular updates through the parent zone are a great way to see what she gets up to at nursery.
My daughter is always so excited to arrive at nursery in the morning and I often have to convince her to leave in the evenings. It makes me very happy to see how much she enjoys going to nursery and how settled she is there.
All staff are very friendly and approachable and singing from the hymn sheet. Care for my child is clearly of the utmost importance and protocol is followed carefully, eg. number of adults in a room to children, the form completed when medicine is given.
My child clearly enjoys his time at nursery, I would like to hear/see more of what they've been up to, eg, a follow up from the activities planned on the newsletter perhaps? Or more photos on parent zone? I'm very happy with the food he is given and the amount of sleep he is having, he clearly feels comfortable and evidently loves the staff caring for him.
My only bugbear would be that the paint used, seems to stain clothes, I can never get it out!
Appears to be a team atmosphere, for example; reception and kitchen staff are also familiar with the children and everyone knows what they're doing.
Management/admin are organised.
Overall, I'm very happy with the care given.
Thank you for taking the time to review our nursery and your positive feedback about our team.

I have been really pleased with Willows Day Nursery. My son spent 4 years at the nursery and he has developed really well. The nursery have greatly supported us. Staff are friendly and caring. Facilities are good.
Reception staff and nursery staff always friendly.
It is great to know that my son not only receives great care, but his development and exposure to a variety of learning opportunities is a priority.
