Willows Day Nursery (Aylesbury)

My last child is just about to leave Willows and I cannot say how pleased I am with the setting. Both my children have built up really good relationships with the team and they have taught them so much.

Both of our grandchildren have been at Willows over the last six years. They have both been very happy there. The staff are superb. They show great care towards the children and genuinely have an affection for their charges. The happy disposition of the staff transfers to the children. I am sure my grandchildren have gained greatly from being there in their development and general education.

Willows has provided top class child care to both of my children (over the last 6 years) and I cannot fault them at all. 100% effort, love and dedication 100% of the time. The staff are always happy and smiling (special mention to certain staff). One member of staff is always smiling when I walk in and even if I have had a bad day at work she always makes me smile. My children love Willows and the staff there and they should be highly recommended for their service.

My son has settled in so well, everyone has been very supportive towards me as I’m a first-time mum and it was hard to put my son into nursery but I know I can call them 10 times a day if I wanted to and they would not get annoyed. My son has a lovely time at nursery and I’m very happy with it.

My lb has settled well at nursery. The staff are wonderful and supportive of your parenting choices. I love the online learning journey as it keeps me updated on the activities he’s participated in. I also love the varied menus available. Everything is provided for you, so less to worry about in the morning rush!

Since joining the Willows in November. My son’s confidence, learning and social skills have immproved imencely.

Since my daughter started at Willows Day Nursery (Aylesbury) in January her speech and confidence have developed extremely quickly. The staff are fabulous, very attentive and can not do enough to help my daughter develop. The facilities, resources and food choices are also fantastic.

Every day we are greeted with smiles and welcomes from all members of staff, be it the front desk or staff in the rooms. Everyone is always so friendly and will spend time chatting about my son’s day even though it might be a manic pickup time. My son was not quick to settle but every effort was made to make each transition as smooth as possible. Thanks to your hard work he is now super happy at The Willows.

A big thank you to his keyworker in particular, I literally have never met a more smiley person, even at the end of a busy day! She really goes the extra mile as far as communication is concerned and is so easy to talk to, as are all the other ladies in the room. I have no doubts when I’m at work about the care he gets, which means so much as I can switch off and concentrate on work until pick up time.

Willows are fantastic. They have really helped my son settle in well and he has come on so much since starting there in the summer. I felt that they really listened to me with regards to his fussy eating and trouble napping and the updates that they give via parent zone are very comforting and helpful to see that he's enjoying himself there. Willows have also been fantastic at helping me out when I've had to change my work schedule or my other childcare arrangements have had to change and they've been able to sort out extra days or swapped days where they can and have never made me feel like I'm mucking up their schedule! I would definitely recommend them.

We couldn't have chosen a better childcare provider and would recommend Willows to anyone.

The care from the staff has always been excellent and they have encouraged my son with his needs.

The teachers are mostly very caring and lovely to the children. All staff know the children's names and the girls are very happy at nursery.

My daughter has been at Willows for two years and both her social and educational skills have gone from strength to strength. She loves all the staff and never wants to leave at home time.

Feedback has been great and I feel he is progressing well.

We are very pleased with the nursery, the staff are excellent and my son has had a fantastic time, learnt lots and gained so many skills. He has experienced so many different activities.

Willows Day Nursery has proven to be a Godsend for us. We had to find a space at a month's notice and stumbled upon a real gem. Our 3yr old loves coming to 'preschool' every day, and even asks to come on her days off. The staff are all very kind, and clearly excellent at nurturing and developing the children. Every day there are loads of different activities, and the older children are being prepared for 'big school' with several exciting events including a graduation party! The nursery is also very efficiently run, which means that all-round we know our child is happy and safe. Our 10month old has just completed settling in sessions and enjoys exploring the large space in the baby rooms. I can very highly recommend this place - the best nursery for miles (we looked at loads!).

Willows provides various activities for both development and entertainment which keeps the nursery life interesting for him and provides an excellent start to his education. The nursery provides healthy eating, my son loves the food and he always asks for and gets more. Facilities are excellent but above all are the standards and professionalism provided by the staff. I am sure he will miss everyone when he leaves for school later this year.
