The staff are always helpful and flexible and I’m completely happy with the service provided.
There are lots of activities and I’m very excited for my children to experience the forest school when it’s ready.
Both of my children attend Willows Day Nursery and I cannot fault it at all. All the staff are so lovely and accommodating. As a mother, it is extremely reassuring that both of my children are happy at nursery and this is reflected through the pictures I get sent through the app and through the conversations with the staff (which they always make time for). My children are always in a great mood when I pick them up, which can only mean that they’ve had a wonderful day. Keep up the great work girls!
Our daughter has been at Willows for six months now and the progress she has made is astounding. She joined with a speech delay but now has picked up not only words but the relevant Makaton signs as well. It is so reassuring seeing her so happy to come to nursery every morning. The staff are amazing with her and this is shown through the love she shows them and them to her. Cannot fault them in the slightest!
The team are very attentive and really look after my children. I can go to work knowing that they are safe and in a happy environment. I like the extra events they have (book day, Valentines etc.) as my children enjoy participating in this.
We couldn’t be happier with this lovely nursery. Our child is welcomed and greeted by name as soon as she arrives by all members of staff, and everyone seems to know how she is doing and what she has been up to. It’s so comforting to know she is well cared for and she always has a big smile on her face at the end of a busy day. The opening hours being slightly longer than most nurseries are also so handy. Thank you to all Willows staff for making this anxious Mummy’s return to work that bit easier!
From the day I put my son on the waiting list and all through his journey here the admin staff have been so attentive and kept me informed in regards to updates in the nursery, weekly newsletters and other personal admin. They really go above and beyond and are always so welcoming at the reception.
My son's journey through nursery has been smooth thanks to you all. All the staff are friendly and approachable. My son has thoroughly enjoyed his time here. The quality and variety of food provided are outstanding as well as the facilities and resources.
He has learnt so much and I'm truly grateful for each and every one of the staff in the rooms for all the encouragement and support you provide to allow the children to reach their full potential. As a parent, I have been kept informed and updated about my child's development through the app.
My son has settled in so well to Willows Day Nursery, he is always happy when we pick him up. The staff are so kind and helpful and keep us regularly updated with his progress. They offer a wide variety of food every day, the facilities and resources are very good and he enjoys his time at nursery.
We have recently moved our child to Willows from another nursery as we felt it was not the right fit. We had friends recommend Willows to us and attend their most recent open day. The staff were so incredibly friendly and welcoming, answering all our questions and concerns and making us feel at ease about how they would care for our child. We were anxious, having not had a good experience elsewhere, however, we needn't have been. The staff have gone above and beyond to make sure we all feel comfortable. It is not easy leaving your child with strangers, especially as first-time parents and the staff at Willows understand this. The level of communication we receive through the days our child is there is fantastic. We receive regular photos as well as notifications about sleep and meals. This has really put our minds at ease to see how well our child is settling in and bonding with the staff. We would highly recommend Willows to any parents/carers.
I cannot praise all the staff at Willows Day Nursery enough. My son has been attending Willows since 2018 and during this time he has required a lot of support and extra care due to Down Syndrome. Willows has shown nothing but support and care for us as a family which is greatly appreciated. Our son loves all the staff and can't wait to go to nursery in the mornings.
My daughter has attended willows for over 2 years and has been very happy there. Kind, caring staff and a safe environment with lots to keep little ones occupied. I feel the environment has helped her learn and grow. She is leaving soon and we will be sad to say goodbye to everyone.
I cannot praise Willows Day Nursery enough. My child has been attending since he was 10 months old and will be off to school this September and could never have imagined how much he has flourished in this setting. The staff has been absolutely amazing in helping him develop into a caring and independent child by nurturing his interests. They were able to work with us in areas of development we had concerns about him when he was younger and did so well it is no longer a concern. I feel like Willows is part of our extended family, all the staff are friendly and knows us personally, even if they are not our key workers. Management team is supportive and provides clear and frequent communication. There's a great variety of healthy and nutritious food and I often find my son eating better and more open to trying new foods than he would at home. I am extremely excited by the development of the new forest school in this setting.
Willows Day Nursery has a fantastic, caring and supportive team. They look after my son in the best way, helping in such a great way with his development. They look after my son and ourselves. They are always there for you. I highly recommend this nursery.
We have sent both our children to Willows Day Nursery (Aylesbury) since the age of 1. Our son is 3 and a half now and our daughter is nearly 2 and a half. They have had a fantastic experience at Willows and continue to do so. The staff are all brilliant, know our children well and provide a broad range of activities. We would recommend Willows to any parent.
Absolutely fantastic nursery. So imaginative with their activities, has really fostered a lot of music and dancing in my child. Food is excellent with my daughter regularly requesting meals she has at nursery, at home. Dealt with the covid-19 pandemic really well, clear communications and for key workers was open all the time. Thank you.
I would highly recommend this nursery. My two daughters aged 2 and 4 are thriving. The staff are nothing but kind and caring. There is good communication between myself and them. I know they would approach me if there were any problems. This nursery also provides a very good menu of homecooked food so I know my girls are getting a healthy and varied diet. It's been a tough year for everyone, however, everyone at the nursery have made sure that daily life is as normal as possible and have stayed open every day throughout.
Our four year old daughter loves her time at Willows Day Nursery. She has been in Ladybirds, Bumblebees and now attends preschool. All the staff are very friendly and supportive. Our daughter has made great progress in preschool with her social skills, eating correctly, language skills and she is now developing her knowledge and skills with phonics, writing and numbers. Willows Day Nursery has provided her with a super start and all the key skills required to have a successful start in reception when she begins primary school this September.
Jack has been with Willows since he was 9 months old. He has made a lot of friends and learned a lot throughout the years. The staff is great, always there if you need anything and listens to your concerns. I love the app so you can see what they are up to. I think I'll miss the girls as much as my little one when he'll start school in September.
My daughter has been attending since she was 2 years old, and will be off to school in September. She absolutely loves nursery and has made so many wonderful friends whilst here, on top of also developing in terms of independence, reading, writing, social skills etc. She feels comfortable with the staff and has a lovely relationship with everyone in her room.
We will really miss Willows from September, but I’ll be sending my two boys here next year!
Both of my girls have thrived here (eldest has since left and is in reception at school, youngest still attends). The facilities are great, staff are lovely and I trust the nursery so much with my girls that I am driving well out of my way on commute, to keep my youngest there.
Cannot fault in anyway. Staff are lovely and my son is always very happy when going to nursery and coming home.
Highly recommended to anyone thinking of applying for their child to attend.
