I cannot say enough lovely things about this nursery. My son has been attending for nearly 18 months now and he will stay there until he leaves to go to school in 18 months time. The staff are super friendly, nothing is too much, and you can see and feel how much they care about the children in their care. Our son loves it there and is always excited to attend. The key workers are knowledgeable in child development and I am always amazed at how attentive they are and how well they measure the children's development and milestones. I wont take my son anywhere else.

I have two grandchildren presently at this nursery both started before a year old and are now 2 and 3. They both settled in happily and quickly, the staff handling those early days that were filled with the emotion of separation sensitively and so naturally, knowing when a hug or a quick distraction looking out the window allowing Mum or Nan to leave without too many tears. They have blossomed in their care and are always excited to be going to Nursery. There is a wonderful diversity in activities helping their physical, mental and social skills. It is such a happy environment, lots of smiling faces from the receptionists to the key workers and even the dinner ladies. They're greeted by name by everyone and the key workers really do seem to care and take interest in your child and what they have been up to. The daily feedback is very welcome. We would definitely recommend this nursery.

My son attended Willows Day Nursery since Jan 2015 and feel his speech and development has grown a lot in this time. The staff are great and very welcoming. There are always 3-4 activities available to the children and a large outdoor area which is very safe and secure. My son has moved through Caterpillars and Ladybirds and soon to move to Bumblebees which we are all looking forward to. We have had great experiences so far and would definitely recommend.

I have recently increased my son's days at Willows as he gets so much from attending. The staff were very helpful and made it easy to increase his days. He loves interacting with all the other children, and with the staff. He is always excited to go in and loves all the activities put on. Thank you for taking care of my son.

Both my grandchildren attend The Willows and I collect them on a weekly basis. Both the children are always happy at nursery and I feel their key workers have a great bond with them. The staff are friendly towards me, they give me relevant feedback and the rooms are always busy with lots going on for all the children.

Willows Day Nursery is a lovely nursery with very friendly and helpful staff. My son has been there for two and a half years and loves it. He always has a smile on his face when I pick him up and is happy to go there on his nursery days. His key workers have always been fabulous wanting to know all about him and how he is at home. The management and reception team are always very helpful and quick to solve any problems. I feel that Willows is a safe and friendly environment for my son to grow and learn.

Fantastic staff, really helpful and kind. Extremely accommodating to changes in shift slots. One particular member of staff is always approachable and prompt to reply to queries. Another went above and beyond to help me with a flat tyre and her kindness did not go unnoticed. One staff member in Bumblebees is very friendly with my son and makes me feel like he is being left in safe hands. A fantastic nursery, highly recommended.

My daughter has found the past few months coming to nursery quite difficult in terms of separation from me, but the girls in her room were so supportive, always greeting her with a cuddle in the morning and distracting her if she got upset. She has formed a lovely relationship with everyone and although she still has a few wobbles in the morning, enjoys her time at nursery.

Both of my children have attended Willows and are now at school. They had a great time at nursery and made lots of friends. Some of whom are now at school with them. It was such a good stepping stone for them, teaching them their letters, numbers and phonics before they got to school. This seemed to give them a head start when they started learning the same things at school.

My son started at The Willows when he was six months old. I was understandably nervous at leaving him at such a young age however he has settled in incredibly quickly and really enjoys his time at nursery. I was concerned about the impact of losing one-on-one time with me with constant cuddles and encouragement however I needn't have worried. All of the staff know his name, not just those in his room, and they all say hello and smile at him. He gets lots of cuddles and feels happy and secure enough to explore the room and play on his own as well. He's full of smiles as soon as we go through the front door and it's such a relief to leave him happy and smiling every day. I'm a strong believer in parents and educators working together for the benefit of the child and I feel I am able to do this with his room staff. There is a reassuring blend of routine and flexibility, cleanliness and messy play which is ideal.
