Moving our son to Children's House Day Nursery at the start of this year is the best decision we ever made! His development has come on leaps and bounds in just a matter of weeks. All the staff in the toddler room give the children their complete attention and support and they are not made to feel like
just a number.
The activities they do on a daily basis are brilliant, from outdoor play, sensory and even baby yoga!
The nursery manager is always approachable and is often found interacting and playing with the children too. She is clearly the driving force behind why the nursery operates so well and rightly speaks very proudly of everything they do.
A big Thank you to all the team in the toddler room who are really enabling our son to thrive - you are all amazing!

My daughter started settling sessions last week ahead of her starting next week and I have been so impressed with the nursery so far - she has really enjoyed coming from what I can see! The key workers are so lovely and have made the settling in sessions seamless, taking her under their wing and giving
me confidence in leaving her straight away! I’ve also called a few times this week for advice on payment setups as well as to discuss my daughter not being well and the staff have been so helpful and supportive, so thank you!

We are so happy with our decision to send our son to Children's House Day Nursery. The staff have made us feel so welcome and at ease and our son now gets his bag and waits at the front door in the morning because he loves it so much. His development since starting has been phenomenal and he has really

Our son is on day three into his first week in nursery. They have been amazing with him. Kept us updated on the app a number of times, which, of course, puts our mind at ease throughout.
In addition to the fantastic communication, our son already knows and smiles at the staff at the nursery which

I find the nursery facilities very good and the staff very competent and friendly. All in all, very happy with our choice. The only thing I feel needs improvement is the care park area, a lot of pot holes there.

All the girls in the toddler room are amazing! My little boy can't wait to get to nursery and if he thinks he's not going he cries (he loves the girls more than us).
Since starting in October, he now says words but before he only said Mummy and Daddy. We all love this nursery.

From the settling-in sessions to his first day of nursery, the staff have made both myself and my son feel completely comfortable and reassured throughout. My son has been going to Children's House Day Nursery for almost a year now (from 10 months old) and he absolutely loves it. The team are wonderful and he is always so happy to be there. I feel confident that the staff really care for the children and it's lovely to see him enjoying spending time with
them. There is lots of space for the kids to run around, especially in the gardens. I would say the only negative is the App which informs you about their day, which could do with some modernising compared to some other nurseries, but otherwise I couldn't fault the nursery at all! I would definitely recommend Children's House.

My daughter attends Children's House Day Nursery and she absolutely loves it. She is currently in the baby room and the staff are incredibly kind, caring and engaging. I'm really impressed with the atmosphere and approach. They treat my child like an individual and she is really thriving as a result.
There are plenty of activities, healthy meals and the outside space is one of the best I've seen in the area. Even on non-nursery days my daughter grabs her bag and tries to go because she has such a good time there! The communication both from the room staff and management is excellent. I would highly recommend Children's House to any family.

We couldn't be more pleased with Children's House Day Nursery.
Our son walks in happily every day and always comes home smiling after a fun-filled and active day. The staff are all super attentive and caring and their communication is fantastic. We all feel very at ease and grateful for the excellent

My son has been going to this nursery for ten months now and absolutely loves it. The staff are caring, kind and approachable. There is a lot of indoor and outdoor space for the kids and there always seems to be different activities each week as detailed in the weekly memo. The management of the nursery
is effective and efficient, regular emails are sent out with relevant information i.e details of illnesses going around the nursery, upcoming events, changes in process and change in key workers. There has been occasions where I’ve had to add in an extra day which hasn’t been an issue. The only issue I have with this nursery is the app, it leaves a lot to be desired compared to others I have seen at other nurseries - there are improvements to be made in this respect and although it’s new to the nursery it already feels outdated and lacking in detail. Otherwise, I’m happy with the progress my son has made here and highly recommend.

As an ex nursery worker myself I find this nursery wonderful. Everyone was very helpful in getting me an earlier start date than planned. All the staff were wonderful at making my baby girl feel welcome and I cannot praise the activity with the children throughout the days enough. Nothing I have ever
asked for when it comes to my child is too much and the guidance on moving her along in her development has been outstanding. This nursery always puts the children's well-being first and are excellent at communicating.

My daughter has been attending Children’s House for the past 5 months and I could not be happier with the care she is receiving. The staff are all so lovely and helpful and she has developed so much since attending. The ladies in the baby room have made my transition back to work after may leave that
little bit easier knowing my daughter is so well looked after. They have also been a great support in providing advice and help around discovering my daughters food intolerance. I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough!

All my children have attended this nursery, with the amazing outside space and caring attentive staff I would highly recommend this nursery. My kids learnt so much being there. I've now put my children into the after school facilities as they have such fun and ask to go back.

Absolutely outstanding nursery. My son has attended now for over a year and his progress and experiences have been faultless. The staff are so patient and caring with weekly memos to keep parents up to date with what the menu is, any news and a different topic of learning each week! I get an update
at collection time of how his day has been and what they have been doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My experience of the nursery is that they go above and beyond to ensure my son has a great experience each and every day. The level of competent staff far exceeds my expectations and with their approachable, caring style my son is thriving. The staff always provide detailed handovers and leave no stone
untouched. The manager of the day nursery is also very approachable and you can tell she is a driving force in ensuring the learning atmosphere is present. The room leaders I have dealt with are great and have a great mentality. Best nursery in the local area.
