Looking for an absolutely amazing nursery?! Then look no further than Partou Children's House Day Nursery!
They go above and beyond in absolutely everything they do!
They have helped and support my daughter beyond the norm you'd get in a day nursery.
Their SEN understanding is phenomenal
(especially Sarah, DM)
The nursery has vastly improved since the new manager (Kelli) took over and the newest Deputy Manager member (Renee)
Thank you to every single member of staff who has looked after my daughter since she started in babies! And I am so glad she still has ocer a whole year in your care.
Thank-you for all of the wonderful activities and space she has assess too, especially the designated sensory room!!

When looking for a nursery for our son, there were so many options the choice was overwhelming but we are so pleased we decided on Children's House!
The first few weeks were rocky as our son settled but the staff were so adaptable, accommodating and encouraging. Now he has settled, he absolutely
loves it and is excited each morning at drop off. The staff are so caring and friendly and my son's key worker is really passionate about his individual development.
The facilities are great - so many different rooms for all the ages, filled with great activities that are fun for him but help him learn. The absolute highlight is the wonderful outdoor space which he adores.
We are very appreciative for the app they use to send us updates about our son. Not only do we get a record of each meal and how much was eaten, nappy change and sleep times, but we also receive a detailed weekly observation with photos that are always such a joy to read.
We would highly recommend Children's House!

We have had two children attend this nursery and both have done very well here. Whilst we have seen some changes since Partou took over which have been a bit challenging, the staff who work with the children do an excellent job and have made sure to give both my children the care and attention that
they need.

From the first time I saw Children' House Nursery, I knew it was the place for my daughter. The space they have is incredible, and I particularly liked that there was garden space for every age group.
Like any new parent, I was nervous on the first week, but the staff made the transition so
seamless. Not only are the handovers extremely thorough, the app is brilliant to keep track on what they're doing/ eating/ sleeping each day. I know they will always call if something is wrong, and I always appreciate how seriously they take illnesses or changes in behaviour.
Best of all, my daughter always comes home in the best mood after a day at nursery. Thank you to all you wonderful staff who help shape the nursery to be the amazing place it is.

Our son has settled in so well and loves his time at Children's House. The staff are amazing and we're very happy we chose this nursery. They've helped him gain confidence and learn new skills which is so amazing to see. Can't thank them enough.

Both of our children have been extremely happy at Children's House. We feel they have been genuinely cared for, and the activities provided are varied, engaging, and stimulating. Handover is always thorough, and the app is incredibly useful and beneficial. Whenever we have had any queries, the
nursery has always been responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend the nursery.

Staff are wonderful with children and my child loves attending. I always feel my child is safe and well looked after at nursery. The nursery have great activities for children and always have exciting events planned.

A friendly supportive nursery. My child has been there since 12 months and is thriving. He is happy going in and loves playing with the adults and children. He has grown to love his food and I'm sure it is through nursery!

I have put all 3 of my children in children's house. They have all enjoyed their time there and I have such reassurance in knowing they are well looked after. Knowing thy are taken care of means I can work without distraction. They adapt to each child's needs and understand them and meet them where
they are rather than trying to get them to conform

What a great nursery this is. My child could not be happier here and really seems to be excelling in the surroundings of Children's House. Everything is well thought out aimed at learning & development whilst ensuring children have fun and can be kids! The management and staff are all a credit to
the nursery where nothing is too much trouble and I cannot see to see how my son continues to grow there.

We had a show round when I was 20 weeks pregnant and instantly I knew I was going to pick Childrens house for my boys nursery! The staff are so happy and welcoming and the feel of the nursery is so homely! I love the amount of outdoor space they have for the children and the activities they set up!
Teddy settled in so quickly it took me by surprise and he has come on leaps and bounds in his development, so thank you Childrens house! Couldn't recommend enough!

Both my children have attended what is now Partou. My eldest still attends the after school club which she absolutely loves.
My youngest is in her last few months before school and she is always so excited to go in. She adores the staff in her room and has made some lovely friends.

We came to Children's house after having a disasterous experience at another holiday club and I was so relieved that I did.
The team were so warm and friendly- Kelli the manager was there on hand to personally welcome us, provide us with reassurance that the children would be well looked after and
had even put things in place as extra support for my daughter who has additional needs.
The level of care that my children recieved at the setting was fabulous and I really felt like my children were being looked after rather than just watched amongst a large group with minimum staff. There was a sense of pride from the staff with regards to their work and my children also ate a variety of food and heartily! My children are allergic to dairy and this wasn't an issue at all for the kitchen and I didn't feel that they had substandard food because they didn't fit the menu that had been planned. It was just adapted.
We'll definitely be sending our children back!

Very well run and friendly nursery. My grandchild is always happy to go into the nursery and definitely gets on well with the staff team.
I feel they are offered good meaningful activities which are well thought out for learning and development. The management team are approachable and responsive
to issues and good at communicating any good or bad news.
I believe the food offers is nutritional and varied to support all different preferences and tastes.
All in all a very good nursery, lovely environment, pleasant inclusive atmosphere, friendly and approachable staff

My son attended children's house from babies room right through to pre school and he thrived there. Exceptional care, with a loving and caring nature from all the staff. My youngest son has also just started and settled in well due to the brilliant team. Highly recommend.

Our 15-month-old twins have been attending this nursery for the past two months, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one, the staff have been so kind, caring, and genuinely attentive to each child's individual needs. It's clear they take the time to really get to know every
child, which has made such a difference in how comfortable and confident our little ones have become.
In just a short time, we've seen incredible progress - they've learned so much, from actions to songs and understanding new words. They come home happy and full of excitement about their day, which says it all.
The detailed daily updates and photos are such a thoughtful touch, and they've made returning to work so much easier knowing our children are happy, safe, and thriving. We're so grateful for the wonderful care and nurturing environment the team provides - it truly feels like a home away from home.

My son attended Children's House from the age of 10 months, leaving this week as he approaches his fifth birthday. He has been incredibly happy throughout those years, and has blossomed in confidence and creativity. I count myself incredibly lucky to have had such a wonderful nursery nearby while my
son was in such important formative years, and really can't thank the amazing staff enough for all the warmth, encouragement and kindness they've surrounded him with since 2020.

I'm so grateful for the amazing experience my daughter has at this nursery! The staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. I can always rely on clear, consistent communication, which gives me peace of mind knowing exactly how my daughter is
doing. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves going there every day! It's such a warm, welcoming environment, and I can tell she feels happy, safe, and excited to spend time with the wonderful team. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their little one!

My son started nursery in September 2024 and I have been so impressed by the nursery's care and support during this time. He took a while to settle but they were kind, caring and supportive of the transition and process. He is now 18 months and he has grown in confidence and enjoys his day at
nursery with staff and his peers. He always comes home smiling which as a parent makes me very happy.
The management and staff communicate so well with me, and treat him as an individual always tailoring their care to support his needs at the time. The observations are detailed and child centred, and the daily diaries are completed in a timely manner so I can see how his day has been.
My older son has started the after school club and loves every minute of it!

The ladies in the baby room have been amazing supporting my son, my wife and myself while he has been clingy going into nursery, but when he calms down he is so settled and loves being in nursery with the staff and the other children. The staff have also been really reassuring by calling me to let
me know when my son has calmed down (usually within minutes of arriving).
