After returning to work in October 2024, and settling our second child into the nursery, we were comfortable and confident that the team at the nursery were going to be supportive in making sure our little one was going to be set up for success in this new environment. They didn't disappoint, especially
when he struggled at first to transition in the first room with the doorbell causing him to become upset. They kept us updated daily on what they were doing to try and mitigate the disturbance to him. And, as with all things, when it became part of his usual routine he settled in so well. All members of the nursery team, from the room staff to management are approachable and make it feel like your little one is treasured - he now strolls into nursery or gives koala like hugs to the staff when he sees them in the mornings.

My little girl had been at Children's house since January, she absolutely loves it there and is so happy to go in to the staff in her room. The staff are very attentive towards her and you can see they really do care which is such a comforting feeling when you have to leave your little one at nursery!
She has also loved exploring the range of activities and little activity trays they put out and love seeing the little post that they do on the parent login so you can see her having fun during that day!
The management team are also very helpful and supportive with any questions or worries that you may have.

Both of our sons love their days at nursery and are very well taken care of. Our eldest son is now in preschool after starting at 11 months old in the baby room and has transitioned well through the rooms. It's now lovely to see the same staff looking after and caring for our younger son so well. We
love hearing about their days seeing all the photos of the activities they get up to and seeing them so happy. Both our boys love being outside so the amount of garden space is amazing, and the fact each age group has their own outside areas is great. We couldn't recommend the nursery enough!

Our son has been going to the nursery since he was 6 months old, he's now 4. All of our son's key carers have been supportive and attentive to our son throughout his time at the nursery. It was also picked up when our son was 2 that he was showing signs of being autistic and this led to him getting
extra support and an early diagnosis which has been invaluable. The staff are warm and understanding and the nursery has excellent outdoor areas and children go out almost every day if the weather is good. They've also done their best to cater to our son's eating habits. Overall our son has really enjoyed his time at the nursery and has grown so much from everything he's learned there.

My two sons have been attending since the baby room and are clearly very well taken care of. The older son has recently moved to pre-school and the team has been very good with helping him settle in. There is a great range of activities (especially the outside area) and my older son is always very excited
to tell us about his day.

I have had 2 of my grandkids at this nursery and have been extremely impressed by the feedback both from the children themselves who have loved it there but also the way in which the staff have interacted with them. The grounds are a real asset and your holiday club has been a real help.

My son attends the holiday club here and he absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing and there is never a day he hasn't come home full of excitement for the next day and what wondering what fun activities they will be doing.

My almost 2-year-old daughter recently started attending Partou. In the past two months, I have had the privilege of watching her absolutely blossom. In such a short period of time, the staff at Partou have played such an integral role in her development. My daughter is social, confident, and most importantly
happy.
As a parent, the staff has been incredible. They are personable, kind, and compassionate and their attention to detail is second to none. I know what my daughter has been up to on any given day and equally, I know the plan for the week. I am at peace knowing my daughter is safe and cared for while I am working. I would highly recommend Partou!

My little boy has been going to nursery for 10 months (from the age of 9 months) he settled in so well and has been loving his days at nursery. He's now in the older babies room and they are always busy with lots of activities to support his development. He has been developing well and I communicate
with nursery staff/key person I am always really happy with. I feel they take time to know my child. Lovely staff and nursery rooms/grounds. Would recommend it to any parent.

Fantastic Nursery, lovely staff, happy baby!
Our child (12m) has been attending Children's House full-time 5 days a week for 3 months now and he loves it. The staff all know him by name, he is stimulated, challenged, encouraged, and well-fed!
He comes home happy if tired. We love how much time he
spends outdoors and also hearing about his day from the staff and on the nursery's app - they even have the occasional picture!
We would love to continue to use the Nursery until school age - and we strongly recommend it to our friends and family.

Where do I start?!
An absolutely incredible day nursery. Stands out from the rest!
My daughter settled in within days! Having never been left I was incredibly anxious.
She is still non-verbal and all staff are going above and beyond to ensure her PEC board is being used as much as possible and
there are lots of makaton signs around the room.
Wouldn't want her anywhere else!

We love the staff at Partou Children's House Day Nursery and Pre-school, our little one is so happy there and everyone treats him so nice. We have never had an issue and he has been going there since baby room, we have actually moved house further away from the local area, but refuse to change nursery
as this is where he thrives. I would honestly recommend the nursery to all parents. thank you to the amazing staff, you are doing an amazing job.

We had our boy with a childminder to start with, which he was 1 of 3. We knew he needed more interaction with other children and adults. He settled in so well here where he is more part of a larger family than that of a nursery. He is all smiles when we drop him off and loves being there.

Both my daughters have thrived at Children’s House Day Nursery. Every aspect of their learning journeys has been personalised and tailored to ensure they are supported, making progress and meeting milestones. The feedback has been excellent and in-depth and it is clear that all staff have known my children
very well. Most importantly my children have been very happy throughout their time at Children’s House and we are so sad that our time there is over. We highly recommend this nursery setting.

My 2-year-old daughter is so happy at nursery and we are incredibly pleased with her experience. She is learning so much: she sings me Baa Baa Black Sheep, talks about tidying up, gives thumbs up and tells me “good job!” and has also started asking for story time and says the phrase “I’ll huff and puff
and blow your house down" from the three little pigs. None of these have come from me or my husband and it’s such a joy to see her bring new ways to play and engage into our home.

I have two children that attend the setting and I’m super happy with the care they receive. They enjoy coming to nursery every day and love exploring their room. The outdoor space is amazing and they spend lots of time in the garden. They enjoy all of the food that is provided, a hot meal for lunch
which is freshly prepared on-site.
Overall, I’m really happy with the care, love and attention they receive.
