Partou Children's House Day Nursery & Pre-school

Both my children have attended children’s and I have had two different babies and the nursery really helped them on their nursery journey. My first was confident and loved it so much I couldn’t get him home. My second was very attached to me and I struggled with the thought of her going to nursery, the nursery was very helpful with settling in sessions to make myself and the little one more comfortable and she now loves it.

We have been sending our 18 months old daughter to Children’s House since August 2020. We are so happy with the care she receives. She comes home so excited and learns so many new things there. The staff are fantastic and make us feel like our daughter is so special to them. They give such enthusiastic feedback. I would highly recommend this nursery.

This is an excellent nursery, keeping our little ones interested in nature, play, creativity. We had to change nurseries due to change of circumstances, and coming from an Ofsted rated excellent nursery, our standards were really high. The minute you walk into this nursery, you are grasped by the treasures you see all around, you can tell that they were gathered with love and interest stimulation in mind. The outdoor is fantastic, the staff is really really great and loving. Quick responses and clarifications every time they were needed by the admin staff as well. Our daughter is now in preschool and she really enjoys being there, every day she has a story to share with me with a smile. Brilliant!

I’d highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking to send their little ones there...she comes home happy and well cared for and as a parent that’s all I can ask for!

Absolutely love this nursery. The staff are accommodating and friendly and the nursery itself is clean and well organised. I especially appreciated how they handled the COVID changes and new regulations and appeared well prepared. They have fun activities for my daughter and I really like the tapestry system that permits parents an opportunity to peak in and see what their child is up to as well as the care provided. Truly very pleased!

When we viewed Children’s House we were greeted with a warm welcome, beautiful grounds, kind faces, great resources and an informative tour which really showed us that this was the perfect place for our daughter. She has been at this nursery for just under a year and she has learnt so much in that time. Every day she comes home excited to share what she has been up to and using all these new words she has learnt. The staff at Children’s House are outstanding and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and care about the children. My daughter comes home and pretends she talking to the staff on her toy phone! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a nursery where your child will be happy, cared for and given a fantastic start to their learning journey. Thank you all the staff at Children’s House for what you do, we can’t wait to see what new things she learns in the next year.

I love their concept of learning and they have lots of outdoor space, which is a big win for us as my daughter loves to be outside (come rain or shine!). I also love the app (seeing pictures and the daily updates of what she's done).

My Son has been at Children's House for nearly two years and he loves it. He comes home so happy and he has developed so well being in the nursery setting. The staff really care about the children and I would recommend this nursery to any parent/carer.

Highly recommended nursery, excellent facilities including a big garden with different styles of play areas. Staff are amazing and always helpful and positive. Management is always happy to help. Application to track and review your childs day activities etc.

My daughter loves her time at nursery. The outside space is amazing and there’s so much for her to do/explore. The staff are very attentive to her needs and have really helped with her potty training. My daughter has grown in confidence since attending nursery and has even made some friends. It’s a lovely nursery and would highly recommend.

All about the curiosity approach which means lots of wooden toys and exploring through learning.

My daughter loves it at Children's House, lots of great outdoor space, with plenty of room to run around and equipment to play with. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. She is in the 3/4 room (preschool) and there is lots to do, and space, and lots to keep her entertained.

The staff are amazing. So attentive and caring towards the children. They provide so much enrichment with various indoor and outdoor activities. I am so pleased my son is at this nursery. I feel entirely comfortable and at ease leaving him there and he is nothing but smiles every day. Thank you Children's House.

My grandchildren love the nursery. They are developing well and thoroughly enjoy the variety of activities to do including the amazing outside space. They love the variety of meals provided which gives them the opportunity to try new foods.

Both of my children have attended the nursery from about the age of 2 give or take a couple of months, and they have both loved their time there. The nursery is well organised, keeps the kids stimulated with different activities and offer a great variety of food. This is important to me as a parent because I want my kids to eat healthily when they are away from home. The staff listen to parents and follow their lead when it comes to next steps such as toilet training or dropping naps. My youngest, who currently attends, asks regularly over the weekend if he is going to nursery as he has such a good time. He eats well, sleeps well and is an all-round happy child which I definitely attribute to the great staff at Children's House.

Really lovely place for my nearly 4 year old to go to. The staff are lovely and frequently demonstrate how well he is learning via blog, photos and videos and take time to talk at every pickup to discuss the day. The office staff are very friendly, helpful, patient and understanding too. There is a lot of lovely and interesting space inside and outside to play and learn in and the numbers aren't too big.

Children's House is a fantastic nursery with phenomenal outdoor space and I don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, even when they are living quite far away geographically.

We have been delighted how our twin girls have settled into the baby room at 10 months. The baby room is spacious and the outdoor area is amazing for them to enjoy. All our communication with the staff has been positive and they take an interest in each twin, how their week has been and their routines. The staff have communicated well with us to establish a settling and welcoming environment every session. Our twins are only too happy to go to the staff and we are well informed about their day at each pickup.

My daughter has been in the nursery since the baby room. It has been an incredible journey. Now she is in the preschool and every day she is excited to go to the nursery. She loves the staff, her key worker, the other kids, the setting (especially the garden). She really enjoys all the activities organised through the week/day. She enjoys and has fun while learning. The staff encourage and support multilingual families making the kids feel proud they can speak more than one language. Now the staff are also getting her ready to go to school this September. The staff have always been amazing, very approachable, flexible and caring.

After 2 years had gone, I had my second daughter and had to go back to work when my baby girl was nearly 5 months old. The baby room is once again spacious, organised, the girls there are great with little ones, they communicate with me asap. I love how much observed freedom toddlers are allowed to explore indoors and outdoors and the toddler indoor gym, what an amazing idea when weather is bad. In time, after more years, I'm planning to have my third one and my other baby will surely be returning to this same nursery too. Also, it's always clean and tidy I really like that.
