Cherry Trees Day Nursery (Cranfield)

All of the staff have been extremely friendly and welcoming, but especially two members of staff in particular for going above and beyond in helping to settle our daughter in.

I am so grateful Cherry Trees is our local nursery. I feel so at ease leaving my children in the fantastic care of all the workers here! The entire experience of drop off, from the warm welcome by reception to the amazing key workers taking the children off for a day of fun and learning! We wouldn't take our children anywhere else!

Overall we are very pleased with the level of care our children receive. All employees know our children by name, which is lovely to see. The only point I would like to raise is communicating when key workers are off long-term sick. We don't need to know the details, just who will be our child's 'new key worker' during their absence.

We wouldn't choose another nursery, we love the care at Cherry Trees and know our children are in the safest hands. My child always talks so highly about his key workers and forms amazing bonds. Very open communication and we love the extras they put on, such as Christmas Fetes and Halloween parties.

I absolutely love this nursery! They are such a welcoming team of people that work so well together. I’ve never been to a more organised and well-put together nursery where everyone makes such an effort to make me and my daughter feel comfortable. The nursery is bright and clean with so my activities for the children to get involved in. I’m so pleased my daughter was able to get a space here as you really cannot fault this nursery!

The service they provide has been second to none and I would highly recommend them to any parent I know.

Our son thrived at Cherry Trees Day Nursery and we wouldn't have dreamed of sending our daughter anywhere else. She gets so excited about going to nursery and we continue to be impressed by the dedication of the staff team.

My little boy started in September 2022, he had a bit of an unsure start as he had a bit of a bad experience elsewhere, but he absolutely loves it here he has formed a great bond with his key worker as well as all the staff in his room. All the staff from management down are absolutely brilliant can't recommend this nursery enough my son's confidence has grown so much it's amazing to see.

My little boy started Cherry Trees Day Nursery in April 2022 at 13 months old. After a difficult start, due to illness, he settled in extremely well and created strong bonds with not just his key worker but all members of staff. Cherry Trees really do listen to the needs of your child and genuinely show so much care, attention and empathy towards them. I cannot fault the staff and I have never felt unhappy to leave my little boy at nursery as I know he loves it and has a fantastic time every single day! I am so pleased that I chose this nursery, the communication from staff is fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending to any parent.

From the very first visit to see what Cherry Trees Day Nursery was like we knew we had found the right nursery for our daughter. The staff were welcoming and the environment for the children was fantastic. Roll on almost four years and we are still very happy we made the right choice, our daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her time here and is ready to begin new adventures at school. The staff are a real credit and have always looked after and developed our now not-so-little girl! She has learned so much and really come out of her shell doing all the fun activities the staff come up with. I feel she is fully prepared to take on school! Thank you Cherry Trees.

You always have Mum guilt but the regular updates of pictures of them thriving made it soon disperse.

My son has been attending the nursery for over a year now in both the Ladybird and most recently the Bumblebees room. The staff and his key worker in the Bumblebees room have been nothing but amazing with the level of care and attention provided to what is a very energetic child. We've seen him make great strides forward verbally and socially with the support provided by the Nursery. Thank you to everyone in Cherry Trees Day Nursery and his Key Worker!

Absolutely love this nursery. Our daughter attended from Ladybird room all the way to Preschool and she loved it! Couldn't fault the team at all, the care they took, the attention they paid to our daughter and the interest they had in her development was amazing. We absolutely love this nursery and everything about it, from amazing meals to outstanding staff. Our boy loves it just as much! He's developing so well and we would never be able to provide him as much entertainment and learning tools as he gets at Cherry Trees Day Nursery. My son has been coming since he was 8-months-old and he really loves it. The staff are very supportive and always happy to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this nursery, the staff are amazing. I really enjoy the newsletters and the app is a great way to see what's happening.

Our children have both thoroughly enjoyed and have made excellent progress at Cherry Trees Day Nursery in Cranfield. The range of activities they provide engages my son and has led him to be an extremely curious and perseverant learner. His interests are taken into account by the staff and he always has many exciting things to tell us. The staff are really nurturing and understand my child, always ready to challenge him and excite him. I am so grateful for what the staff have done for my family, we will miss them when he leaves.

My child loves her time at nursery, she likes to play with the other children, experience different activities and lots of messy play. She always rushes into the room and is very happy when we collect her. The app is amazing and lets us review updates/milestones in our own time. The different variety of foods for lunch and diner is very good; she loves mealtimes. The staff understand her and her needs fully - I love the parents evenings.

Cherry Trees staff have all been extremely helpful with our son's transition when we moved here from the United States. Our son comes home every day with a smile on his face and using new words he has learned at nursery. Thank you for all the support, and we are excited for our younger son to join the Cherry Trees Day Nursery next year!

Overall a very pleasant experience. Both our sons have been very happy. I have always felt able to discuss any concerns with the managers and they have responded quickly and with understanding. I feel that our boys have been encouraged to do a range of fun, educational activities and have always felt the facility was clean and well organised. The staff are friendly and approachable. Child care is more expensive than initially expected however other facilities seem similar prices so wouldn't change.

We could not be happier with the Cherry Trees Day Nursery experience. Our son loves attending as our daughter did before him. The standard of care is second to none and all the staff are nothing short of excellent, as are the facilities. Very happy to recommend to anyone.
