Our two-year-old son attends Teddington Busy Bees and has done since aged ten months. He loves all the staff and is always excited to go to nursery for the day. They do a fantastic amount of different activities and he has learned so much from the nursery in his time there. They spend time every day
outside in the garden which is so important. Every member of staff I have met at Busy Bees is very caring and attentive, always happy and enthusiastic. Our son has thrived since attending Busy Bees and I would recommend it to anyone.

Our son has been at Busy Bees from 10 months and it has been like a second home for him. The staff are very friendly and approachable and get to know the children really well. The children take part in a wide variety of activities every day and our son particularly enjoyed the Head Start programme that
was offered at a small additional cost. During Covid, drop off and pick up were sometimes a bit slow, but that has improved with many parents now able to return into the nursery for collection.
Our son has always felt safe and happy at Busy Bees and I am so grateful to the staff for their continued hard work in taking great care of him.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees for almost 2 years and we couldn't be happier with her care. All of the nursery staff are so caring and they feel like one big family. I love that the staff members from the other rooms also know my daughter and she has really strong relationships with several of the
staff members. I've also always been very impressed with the management team at the nursery. I recommend the nursery highly and I feel like they really strive to develop my daughter and prepare her for school.

Busy Bees has been great, and since my son started at one and now when he is in pre-school. The staff are friendly and kind, and there is a really nice atmosphere about the place. The nursery is managed very well - any concerns or issues are addressed immediately, and they are very willing to help.
Any extra support needed is identified and offered, and he has really thrived. He is excited to go and comes back tired but happy, having been kept busy with lots of fun activities. I feel very confident with the staff at Busy Bees caring for my son and would recommend it to anyone.

A big thank you to all the staff at the Busy Bees' Teddington branch including management staff/key workers/chef, the parent app service and the invoicing team. My wife and I are very pleased with the progress our son has made since he was 8 months old (now 3 and a half) moving through each room in
the nursery and all the development milestones he has met during this time. The staff have been amazing in their level of care and support in meeting his needs and offering advice when sort to help us manage what he has learnt in the nursery so that we are in sync at home. The nursery itself is very spacious and bright from visits we have made in 2019 and now allowed back again in 2022 due to restrictions lifting, and is set in a lovely location. I am always pleasantly surprised when my son comes home to tell me his day and to see what new activities he has carried out and learned. I highly recommend this nursery, I have peace of mind knowing my son is safe and in trusted hands.

Our son attends Busy Bees Teddington and he is always excited to be going to the nursery to see his friends and the staff. The nursery has really helped his confidence, his language and social skills development. The staff are always responsive and consider suggestions for improvements. His siblings

Busy Bees in Teddington is a lovely nursery with fantastic staff who really care for the children. Our boy has been going from the age of 1 year old, for the last 9 months and he always walks in excitedly. They provide plenty of fun activities and ways of learning and a great variety of food.

As a first time mum going back to work seemed quite daunting especially during a pandemic. Teddington nursery have been so kind and understanding. Even though many government restrictions haven't allowed for us as parents to enter the building, the staff have been amazing at communicating both positive
things and also encouraging things we can work on together both at home and in the nursery. The app is also an amazing tool and allows you to see the 'wow' moments your child has had that day. I also have a stepdaughter who doesn’t attend the nursery, however, has had a recent diagnosis of autism and ADHD and they have given extra help, advice and support on what we can do to help the relationship between my son and his half-sister out of their own kindness and care for young children. Overall a lovely nursery. I've always felt comfortable and safe sending my son here and would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees since she was 16 months old. I had to leave the previous nursery near work as she didn't like it and after 4 months was still not settling in and was crying every day. She totally settled down here after two weeks. There is something special about Busy Bees!
The staff are all very warm, welcoming, and friendly. My daughter gets on with everyone and is always, ALWAYS smiling every day I collect her! As a mother, it's very comforting to know she has been well looked after and basically having a blast every day! She was off almost two weeks during Xmas and couldn't wait to return in the new year. She's been going for two whole years now and absolutely loves it. I'm so glad she's made many friends here and enjoys herself all the time. They don't just play aimlessly but have a variety of learning topics, welcome and include parents' feedback, and are constantly trying to improve. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

The team have always been very competent and helpful. For example, they devised new activities to help occupy and keep my son focussed. They have also been working on numeracy and phonics which he really enjoys, we can also practice at home during book/storytime.

Our two and a half year old daughter has just started nursery Busy Bees at Teddington, having never previously attended any other establishment. We had the opportunity of a guided tour before signing up, which was very useful during Covid-19 times as no other nurseries offered this. It's early days
as we've just started our journey with Busy Bees at Teddington but we had a very warm and reassuring welcome by everyone we met and most importantly our daughter, despite the lack of social interaction during the pandemic, seems to be settling in very well and appears to thoroughly enjoy her time at the nursery. She has fun doing lots of crafty activities and spending time in the garden. She always comes home with a smile on her face and tells us that she wants to return again. We're very happy about all these and hope she'll continue enjoying her time at Busy Bees at Teddington in the future.

We've been very happy that we chose Busy Bees at Teddington for our son's nursery since he started attending in August 2020. He was due to start earlier that year but due to the pandemic, his start date was delayed. As he can be rather shy and needs time to warm up and get to know people, we were a
bit worried about the lack of social interaction and how he would cope with going to nursery. However, all the staff were extremely supportive during his settling in period and have been ever since. It didn't take our son long to get used to his new routine and being in nursery. At this point, he absolutely loves being in nursery, he asks about his key worker and other staff on a regular basis during his 'days off' and his development since he started attending has been amazing. He's also becoming more confident with each day. The support for us parents has also been extremely good, the parents app keeps us up to date during the day and everyone at Busy Bees at Teddington is always happy to answer any of our questions.

What a lovely nursery full of very cheerful, loving and talented staff. Upon moving to Teddington we had to transfer our son to a new nursery and could not be happier with the experience he’s had since arriving. The centre director and another member of staff are absolutely fabulous and so welcoming
to our son each day. Our experience with all the teaching staff has been absolutely brilliant, their focus on behaviour, a child’s happiness levels and prep for school has been brilliant for our son. Couldn’t recommend this nursery more!

We’ve always found Busy Bees at Teddington to be a lovely nursery. The staff there are friendly, welcoming and most importantly our daughter seems very happy there. We look for a great environment above anything else in a nursery and feel this is what we’ve got. We’re kept well informed of all details,
both through calls and through the app and our daughter has come on in leaps and bounds over the last twelve months. She started at ten months and is now nearly two.

Our now twenty one month year old daughter joined Busy Bees at Teddington in September and she absolutely loves it at nursery. We were very impressed with Busy Bees at Teddington after visiting an open day and having looked at other nurseries in the area, we knew it was the right choice. The staff are
all lovely, welcoming and our daughter is so happy at drop off and pick up. The management are excellent and always spend the time answering any questions or queries we may have. Nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are great and the rooms well organised, with lots of activities to keep our daughter engaged. We can see her blossoming into an independent, sociable and well adjusted little one and nursery plays a huge role in this. The parent app is very helpful for keeping "checked in" during the day when I am at work and the app provides good content and activities for days at home.

Since my daughter started at the nursery over a year ago we have seen her confidence grow. As she has moved up through the rooms, the staff in each have been fantastic, really focused on ensuring the children are developing, but also that they are happy. She has gone from a shy little girl to a confident,
outgoing personality, making friends as she goes and we have also seen her language, spelling and counting improve. She loves going to 'school'. The staff in the office are brilliant, friendly and nothing is too much trouble, no question too silly. We will definitely be sending our baby to the nursery in the coming months.

Dani Sallis

Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2010

My name is Dani, and I have over 15 years of experience working with children. I have worked with busy bees for 15 years, and starting as a trainee, I have gained my level 2 and level 3 qualifications in early years and worked my way up to management.  I am also a mother of 3 young children. I enjoy being a part of every child's development here at Teddington Busy Bees and watching them grow from babies into school-ready children; it is very rewarding. The early years sector has always been a passion of mine, and I strive to achieve a high-quality learning environment for all children and give them their best start. I enjoy spending time with my children.  I look forward to welcoming all new children and parents into Teddington Busy Bees.

Hello, my name is Hannah. I am the Assistant Centre Director here at Teddington Busy Bees. I have service with Busy Bees for 7 years and am a long-standing member of staff here at Teddington Busy Bees. I have been Assistant Centre Director here at Teddington Busy Bees for 3 Years.


I currently hold a Level 3 qualification in early years education which I achieved in 2017 and also hold a team-leading qualification and Level 3 in management. I am currently working towards my Level 5 operations and manager qualification with our Busy Bees training academy. I am also the SEN and behaviour coordinator and I support all staff, children and parents within the centre. I have supported this role since 2018.


I have great experience in all ages and have worked in all rooms since qualifying in 2018. Myself and I look forward to welcoming new families at our nursery in Teddington and giving the children the best start in life.
