I cannot recommend Busy Bees Teddington enough. The nursery is separated into four rooms with plenty of space for children to explore and play. The resources are well stocked and new resources are provided regularly. The setting has a homey feel to it making it stand out from other nurseries in the area. The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond for the children.
I have two children that attend Busy Bees Teddington, one in Pre-school and the other in babies. The little one took slightly longer to settle but the staff were so nurturing and caring and I know there were always being cuddles given when me and my wife were at work. My eldest absolutely loves coming to Pre-school. He has a great relationship with his key person and everyone goes out of their way to make activities fun and interesting - we always have so much to talk about on the way home. The menu is great and carefully thought out and having two picky eaters at home, I can only be grateful knowing they are eating so well on nursery days. The nursery has recently had their garden refurbished and it’s looking spectacular - we are an outdoorsy family, so we are extremely pleased with the changes made to the outdoor area. The staff are obviously lead by great example, not only is the management team flexible/approachable but also very friendly. Couldn’t recommend the nursery enough.
My son has been attending this nursery for over a year now and we have been extremely happy as parents. He has come on so much with his speech and development and that has been down to the dedicated and nurturing staff. Everyone is extremely supportive which has made it easier to leave him for the day and feel confident he is in a safe and fun environment.
Our son is always having a brilliant when we collect him, which is lovely to see. The Garden is great and they do such a wide range of activities. He comes home full of songs and stories that he’s learned at nursery, and has even said that one of the staff members is his “favourite friend”. The staff have been extremely sensitive and caring when he has been through tricky phases of separation anxiety.
Busy bees are a very gentle, child-led and play-based environment that our son thrives in.
Amazing nursery with newly refurbished garden. Really dedicated and friendly, warm, professional staff. (Like to thank especially two certain members of staff). 4-year-olds had nursery graduation recently, so well built-in and preparations for the reception year. Excellent.
Very pleased with my son's development and care at Busy Bees in Teddington. Staff are very friendly and helpful, good attention to detail and planning in activities carried out with the children. Good parent support and involvement. Highly recommend.
My child settled into the nursery very quickly and the time taken with the settling in sessions were a great opportunity to build a rapport with my child's key worker.
The staff are clearly highly motivated and my child consistently produces innovative artwork and creations.
Educationally my daughter has come on leaps and bounds, the social interaction she receives with other children has taught her how to deal with negotiating complex situations, like turn taking, and staff are always keen to discuss her areas of development with myself.
My daughter's dismay at not being able to attend nursery on weekends is a testament to the diligent, caring and hard working team in place.
When asked if I could pop feedback on to the website I was thinking of how I would explain our experience with the Manager and her team and I genuinely couldn’t sum up how happy with are that we picked Treetops. I asked my children how they felt about nursery and one said “I love Nursery, we went to the park and we hid stones for new children” and the other much smaller said the name of her keyperson and smiled. I think this says it all on what I have to say about the nursery. The experience my children are having at Treetops are amazing and I can not fault the nursery, my children come home each day with someone new to say or what they learnt. I get to see all of their lovely days on a app on my phone and get to see them learning and smiling. As a parent I’m proud to say I made the right choice for them both. The Manager and her team work so hard and love them dearly and I couldn’t ask for anything more.
My Son is happy at nursery. The manager and her senior team are very helpful and professional. I always get full reviews on what he is up to and how he has been. He has delayed speech and the team have worked well to support his learning. There has been quite a rotation of staff but the manager has kept us abreast of the reasons. They have tackled tricky things like a broken door. Well done.
We are pleased with the progress our Daughter has made from initially not wanting to come to nursery, she now enjoys coming. Since moving upstairs, we have noticed a progressive change in her. I am glad that the nursery noticed that it was time for her to move - shows that the nursery are nurturing her progress.
Great experience from day one when we put our son in at six months old - he's now 20 months. He absolutely loves going to nursery and I can't fault the staff.
Treetops is an outstanding nursery. The staff are always very attentive and in tune with the needs of the children.
Our experience has been very positive. All the staff are very friendly and our Son really enjoys attending nursery.
Wonderful nursery, after visiting 15-20 nurseries, this was the only one that stood out.
The management team assist and support staff and children which I had noticed was lacking in many other nurseries.
I am particularly impressed with the dedicated weaning menu which ensures babies are given just as much variety as toddlers at mealtimes.
The nursery is clean and has a homely feel as well as portions which are more ‘school-like’ which is ideal for my son as I’d like him to be comfortable and settled but still get used to a school environment so this is not a shock when he eventually moves.
I can’t recommend this nursery enough.
Very pleased with the caring nature of the staff at Treetops. My son has come on a huge amount in terms of confidence and language since he has been here. I feel there is a good focus on development specific to the child and I appreciate the information I am given and how my child has been and what he has been doing during the day.
Very helpful staff, lots of fun and learning activities. Lovely team, please keep up the good work.
My son has been very happy at Treetops. The staff were patient with him as he was settling in and give me helpful feedback at the end of each day. They have recently introduced Spanish to the timetable of learning and my son loves the Spanish songs and the puppet. The children recently went on a trip to Bushy Park and they also play outside in the garden. They also have a pet rabbit called Ginger! The children do painting, music, mark making, yoga, numbers and stories often according to themes. At Christmas, there was a wonderful Christmas play with a party tea and dancing afterwards where parents were invited. The manager is good at listening to the parents' feedback and making improvements where they are needed. The communication with parents is regular and there is a monthly newsletter.
Since moving into the local area I've been to a few NCT groups and they recommended Treetops. My son (13 months) has been attending since last February and I must say I'm very pleased with the overall atmosphere the Treetops team provides.
They've been very professional throughout all areas of contact and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others in search of a good daytime nursery.
For the facilities and classes available. The value for money is excellent. Highly recommended.
My daughter is so happy at Teddington Nursery the staff work hard to make sure my daughter is happy and the menu is healthy and different. The girls at the nursery give great feedback and always ask how my daughter and I have been.
Very happy with the nursery, staff give excellent care and provide lots of stimulating activities, very satisfied with the nursery.
