My child attends treetops Teddington and we joined in December 2017. My child has really come out of his shell and has a great bond with the staff. He has recently come home speaking Spanish, as they are learning it at nursery. The communication is great and the management team are very helpful with this. As a parent, I feel very comfortable leaving my son there and my wife and I plan to put our youngest into the baby room next year. As of this, I couldn’t recommend it any better.
My daughter has a great bond with her key person which is lovely to see. I get told about her day and what she's eaten and now get loads of art work to bring home. The nursery has had a big turn over since the new manager has been there, which is a great improvement and I can see that all staff are happy and the whole nursery itself has improved. Would definitely recommend parents to have a look around and visit if looking to take their little ones to a nursery.
My daughter attends the Treetops Nursery at Teddington and is always excited to see her friends and teachers. I particularly like the weekly communication from management giving us an update about the nursery each week. The email involves staff updates to what the children are doing, which makes me feel so confident in leaving them in their care.
My daughter is very happy at nursery and is constantly talking about her friends and teachers.
Her teachers keep me up to date on her progress every time she attends nursery and also on parents evenings.
She is happy to be left every morning.
We think Treetops is a good nursery. We like the way the way the staff make us feel. The manager has spent time working with the team and there has been a great improvement in the activities and resources. You can see she is very hands on and is always supporting. The team provide the best care. The team have made my child's day exciting and he is always learning new things. We have seen a lot of change up till October and now feel there is a consistent staff team who work hard.
Many thanks for your review, we are glad you are settled with the team at Teddington. They have lots of exciting plans!
We have recently joined Treetops at the start of January and my little girl could not be happier. The staff team have really worked carefully with each other to manage her sleep routine. They always give me a detailed handover and you receive a day sheet with a breakdown of their day. She loves her keyworker who is very friendly. They always have regular trips out to the park each week or the library. The children are always happy and then the staff team are very helpful. The nursery is always content home from home nursery and you really feel part of a network and a community. I'm very happy with my choice as a parent for my little girl.
Thank you for your review. We are so pleased to hear how happy you are at our nursery.
I bought my grandson along to one of the messy play sessions - it was brilliant. The manager welcomed us and my grandson immediately warmed to her, which is very unusual. The staff were great and he had a brilliant time - not wanting to leave. We are considering approximately 2-3 nearly full days per week.
We joined Treetops a few months ago and we are glad we made this choice, the staff team are helpful and supportive. The manager is knowledgeable and flexible who spent time with us as parents getting to really understand what we wanted from a nursery place. As this is our first child, we were always uneasy about leaving him but he soon settled in well as the process was well managed and thorough. We went to look at several nurseries before feeling that this was home for our little one. This shows right from the start with the warm "Hello. How are you today"? you receive from the manager in the office right through to the staff team within the rooms who always greet us with a friendly smile and chat about our weekend or morning. The whole team including management know our child as if they was there own. We can not recommend this nursery enough they have met all of our expectations. We are very happy with our choice and look forward to seeing our child grow with help from a supportive and lovely team.
I have recently joined Treetops Nursery Teddington and they have worked so hard with me to ensure that my little boy has settled. The staff team and manager have worked around my child's weaning and sleeps as he is only 6 months and is not currently in any routine and they have supported me and him in every way. The settling in period was great and was really flexible to suit my boy's needs. The activities area is well set up every morning I go to drop off and they do a great range of sensory play for younger babies.
We are both very happy as parents at Treetops Nursery. Our child is well looked after and is safe and secure. She has a great bond with everyone and the staff team support her every way, they also take her out on regular trips to a range of places such as the Tetbury Bushy Park and to the local shops. The teaching in pre-school is a good standard and she comes home every day with something new she has learnt. The manager has great communication with the parents sending out weekly emails and newsletters.
Treetops Nursery has always been a good place for our child. He is content and the environments are full of new ideas. The food is a good quality and they change the menu regularly to suit around allergies as our child has a tailored diet that the team work around. I feel that the nursery has an excellent system with security and I can see that staff will not allow anyone into the building which makes me feel reassured that my child is safe. Overall a very happy and good quality nursery.
I have been a parent at Treetops for 2 years now and have seen it through its stages, some good and at times some bad in the sense of staff turnover. However, Treetops have had a big change in leadership and management in the more recent months and they have finally found someone who very much seems to be leading the team in the right direction. Everyone seems happy and content when you walk into the nursery and the staff are welcoming and warm. They have taught my child to be confident and to try new things which have had a very positive effect. They have exciting activities and they do things I wouldn't have thought of doing with my child. The best part for me is when I get to watch through the window when I leave to go to work and see that my child is in safe hands and is smiling and laughing. The ladies have an amazing bond with my child. The Manager and her team should be very proud of how far they have come.
I have a 9-month baby who attends nursery 3 days a week! Like most parents, it was very hard to decide what nursery to send him to. The new nursery manager sold the nursery to me! She was so profession and seemed to know her stuff! The girls in the room are all fab too. The nursery team have made it easier for me going back to work. I know my baby boy is in safe hands.
I have been coming to this Nursery as a grandparent for a very long time now for over a year and I would like to say that the staff team are very helpful. As an older lady, I sometimes struggle with getting my Granddaughter into the pushchair and down the stairs, the staff team always offer to help carry her bits out or help me with the pushchair when she wriggles around. The team give good detail of what she has done while at the nursery and she seems to have a good day. I also know how they can accommodate when my daughter needs extra care for my granddaughter. They are flexible and are able to always fit her in at last minute. I think this a very good nursery and would be very happy to recommend this to others.
My son started at Tree Tops after he had trouble fitting in at his previous nursery. I mentioned this to the staff on his first day and they told me not to worry and it can sometimes take a while before they come out of their shell around other children. I came back later that day to pick him back up and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him. He was playing with the other children he had such a smile on his face I don't think I'll forget. I cannot thank the staff at Tree Tops enough. He has been attending ever since and he gets happier by the day. Sometimes he doesn't want to leave!
She really enjoys going there.
The place is wonderful.
The staff and manager are brilliant and above all I feel my child is getting the best and she is safe.
Treetops is definitely a good nursery in term of teachers and location. In terms of improvement, I believe they can build more on education. Or if they do, they can share what they teach kids.
Both my children used to attend this nursery. My eldest child has now left but was there for 3 years. He loved it and was very happy. By the time my youngest started, there had been a changed of management and new staff. The whole atmosphere has improved. All the staff got their "mojo" back with a change of leadership. I am more than happy to recommend this nursery.
I am very happy with the care that my child has received at this nursery. She has come on leaps and bounds since joining a year ago.
We have open dialogue regularly on what would be best for my daughter and Treetops help and expertise help me educate my daughter properly. Thanks to this nursery I'm confident that my daughter is ready for big school.
