Brightsparks Day Nursery, Purley

Very friendly and courteous. Caring towards my daughter and always there to reassure her. Very pleased we have chosen this nursery for our daughter.

A fantastic nursery, really well run with clean facilities. Our son has settled in so nicely and loves going to nursery. His speech has improved so much since attending (he is behind on his speech) and we are so grateful for the care he receives. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery as the staff are professional and friendly.

The organisation and instruction during Covid have been very clear to all parents, and I am fully confident my daughter is safe and well cared for, as well as learning lots!

My daughter has been attending Brightsparks since she was 1. She is now 4 and is all prepped for Primary School this September. The nursery has been outstanding. It's been beautiful seeing my daughter advance so much over the years and I am grateful for all they have done. I intend on sending my new baby to Brightsparks when I return to work.

Fabulous nursery! Always caring and helpful, my child is very happy to be at the nursery! I feel at ease knowing he is well looked after and cared for whilst I am at work, peace of mind knowing he is safe.

My daughter attended Brightsparks Purley and now my son does. It’s a wonderful nursery with wonderful staff and my son loves it as did my daughter. I can’t recommend the nursery enough and look forward to seeing my son grow up and thrive with their support and care before he starts school!

The Brightsparks team at Purley are simply amazing. Since the pandemic started they have kept us fully informed - as best they can. They have made parents feel included and given them the ability to voice their thoughts and opinions on how to re-open safely whilst adhering to government guidelines. They have put some great procedures in place and my daughter absolutely loves going there. The staff are brilliant - thank you to you all!

The staff on-site seem to be child-focused and caring towards the children. Good rapport with teachers. There are boundaries that are put in place for safe respectful learning. I think the attitudes of the staff is very important as this is a key stage for my children to be able to feel safe and loved.

Staff have been amazing throughout the COVID-19 situation. My daughter has settled straight back into nursery after lockdown and is so happy to be back! The systems they have in place are excellent and the staff are so caring.

My daughter loves the nursery. Lovely staff! It is adorable all the journals that they do with the development of the child, it is like you are there watching. They are extremely careful with the allergies that our daughter has.

My child has been at Brightsparks for over a year and is very happy here. All of the staff are very supportive and made every effort to make sure he and I were happy from his first settling in session to dropping him off today. He does a range of different things every day and they have made everything as normal as possible for the children since reopening. I would definitely recommend them.

Lovely nursery. We are very happy that we choose Brightsparks. I strongly recommend it. My two girls have always been there and we are all very happy with the nursery. The children are well cared for and they learn loads.

My eldest daughter attended Brightsparks for 2 years and my youngest currently attends. My eldest daughter had such a lovely experience at the nursery that I did not think twice about enrolling my 2nd child. The staff are always friendly, approachable, warm and kind. The nursery itself is bright, welcoming and always clean and tidy. My daughter loves going in every morning and the activities are fun and stimulating.

I'm so pleased we chose Bright Sparks. My son has gone from strength to strength in the year that he has been here. We are so so happy and most importantly my son is too! Keep up the good work manager and team!

We saw quite a few nurseries for our 6month old before settling on Brightsparks Day Nursery, Purley. The baby room was very well taken care of and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our son has now been there 9 months and we couldn’t be happier with the standard of care. It is also very good value for money in my opinion.

My granddaughter has been at Brightsparks in Purley since July 2017. I often collect her and am so pleased with what I see each time I am in the nursery. As soon as I am let into the building, I find it very reassuring to hear the happy sounds of the children laughing and playing. In the baby room where my little granddaughter is placed the staff are always welcoming and make sure I am fully informed about her day, telling me about her feeding, toileting and sleep patterns for that day. The room is bright and cheerful and the babes are happy and content. I just want to say a HUGE thank you for the excellent care given to her.

Great nursery that my 13-month-old daughter loves. Friendly staff who always have time to discuss the day's activities when I collect my daughter. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter attended Brightsparks for over 4 years and started when she was just 9 months old. From day one, I can honestly say she loved every minute. Being a first-time parent, I was daunted by the experience of having to leave my child and return to work after maternity leave, however, Brightsparks made it easy for us by providing a very nurturing environment where we knew our child was cared for each day. The team at Brightsparks make time to get to know each child; understand their unique personalities and make time to talk and play with each of them. It was great seeing my child looking forward to going to nursery each day and saying goodbye to me each morning with a smile on her face. She made lots of friends at Brightsparks and still meets up with them regularly today! We now have a second child and they too are attending Brightsparks in a couple of months time! This time we know what to expect and hope she loves it just as much as our eldest. A great nursery!
