We've had such a positive experience with Brightsparks and would absolutely recommend it to other parents looking for a warm and welcoming nursery.

A very well run nursery, fantastic staff and environment, extremely child centric and brilliant at keeping us updated and involved through their app, communications and days where parents are invited in (such as Mother's and Father's Day celebrations and sports day).

Our first week with Brightsparks - we picked our 21 month old daughter up at the end of each day this week and found her smiling ear-to-ear on every occasion. We love the updates throughout the day (app) and it is clear thatshe is learning from the activities her class are doing - such as coming home practising her "please" and "thank yous". In general, we have found that her already quite advanced for her age language development has gone even further. She has come home saying more complex sentences such as "put this one in the boat as well" (in the bath today) which is really impressive. Her key worker is very amenable and gives her a really lovely send off and us a clear detailed debrief at the end of each day. Comms from the senior staff have been great. From our experiences so far we would definitely recommend this nursery!

Amazing team who really care about all of the children. Our son was in tears going to his previous nursery but he absolutely loves going here. The difference between settings and our child's happiness has been night and day. Always a variety of activities and excellent communication with parents. 100% recommend.

Our little boy has been attending Brightsparks now for the past two years starting off in little stars room and will soon be going into the pre-school. Over these years it has been amazing to watch him grow and develop his skills. The staff are all incredible friendly and it a joy to watch the bond he has with his key workers as well as his friends. The food menu offer so much variety and it good to know he eats a good balance meal. Shortly out daughter will be starting and again we cant wait to see how she will develop all thanks to help of Brightsparks. Plus I love the app they use it so easy to use to get in touch with them as well as seeing pictures off them during the day so you know how they are getting on.

We have two children at Brightsparks Purley and they both absolutely love it here. The staff are so lovely, have been really supportive throughout & were great with helping with them to settle in. They do a wide range of activities and we've seen the progress in our children's development as a result. The organisation and comms is also really great here, which makes a big difference! They also have air con, which has been great over these hot summer months!

Our child has attended Bright Sparks since they were 11 months old. This was the first nursery we visited, and we instantly knew it was the right choice. Even after touring a few others to be sure, nothing else compared. We joined the waiting list three months before our baby was born, and we are so glad we did!Over a year and a half later, our toddler has moved through the rooms and is absolutely flourishing. The staff are incredible, attentive, and deeply caring. There is very little staff turnover, which creates a wonderful, stable environment. Both the children and parents always look so happy. Our toddler loves the nursery, adores the team, and has made so many friends. We are incredibly grateful to have such a brilliant team looking after our little one.

The staff at Brightsparks are wonderful. Our daughter is genuinely so excited to go to nursery and loves the staff there and her key workers. We feel very happy with our choice and confident in the team there, that they are providing a caring and supportive environment for our little girl.

Everyone is super friendly and polite , they are involved , no matter the time of day I enter the nursery they're always in action looking after the children.

It's clear that the team creates a warm, nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe, and encouraged to thrive. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

My child joined the preschool room in between the term when we moved to the area. The staff was very supportive and made sure she settles in. She is overall happy when she comes back from the nursery and I can see she has made significant progress in her alphabets and numbers since she has joined Brightsparks. Thank you to all the teachers and other staff members for taking such good care of our children.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. I feel confident and at ease knowing my son is in such capable and caring hands.

My child has been attending this nursery since January 2025 and he is very happy there. The staff are excellent, they know the children well and have positive interactions. There is a wide range of activities planned and healthy food served. The nursery team give us regular updates and communication throughout the day. We would not hesitate to recommend Brightsparks Purley.

Very good nursery, safe space for kids. Staff is engaged and care for the children well. Son is there a few years now and we are very happy with the nursery. Nuances could be improved like larger outdoor space or more meal variety , but overall it's a lovely place and highly recommended.

All I can say is keep up all the great work you guys are doing, because you guys are the stars!

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery.

I find nursery staff very friendly and helpful .They are quite understanding and accommodative. I will reccommend them to my friends and colleague's. We have been sending our little one for last 7 months and we have not had any issue with them .

We also like the fact that majority of the staff have been working there for a while, so they do not need a lot of temporary staff which helps the kids to bond well with their carers and are not seeing new faces frequently.
