My son joined Brightsparks in January at just 11 months old, and naturally I felt apprehensive about leaving him in a childcare setting for the first time. However, from the very first settling-in session, I was completely reassured.
The team are consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleased
to see him each day. It's clear that they truly care about his wellbeing and development. He settled in remarkably quickly and now beams with excitement when we arrive, which speaks volumes about how comfortable and happy he feels there.
I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. I feel confident and at ease knowing my son is in such capable and caring hands.

Our son has been attending the nursery for nearly two years, and he absolutely loves going there. From the very beginning, the staff have made him feel safe, happy and supported, which has given us real peace of mind as parents.
He is learning so much and developing every week, it's amazing to see
how confident he has become. The nursery has played a huge role in helping him grow into an independent young child, and we can really see the positive impact on his communication, social skills and curiosity.
We're really grateful for the care, attention and encouragement he receives from the team. We couldn't be happier with the nursery and would highly recommend it to other parents.

My child has been attending this nursery since January 2025 and he is very happy there. The staff are excellent, they know the children well and have positive interactions. There is a wide range of activities planned and healthy food served. The nursery team give us regular updates and communication
throughout the day. We would not hesitate to recommend Brightsparks Purley.

Very good nursery, safe space for kids. Staff is engaged and care for the children well. Son is there a few years now and we are very happy with the nursery. Nuances could be improved like larger outdoor space or more meal variety , but overall it's a lovely place and highly recommended.

Our child has been at brightsparks for around 3 years now and over the years our child has bonded with a number of staff and created a great relationship. The teachers do their very best with all children there and we really do appreciate them very much. Throughout the year, daily they come up with
some creative work for the children to work with (which isn't easy). The care is also great which all parents should be looking at. The nursery is kept clean and tidy and communication is also a plus.
All I can say is keep up all the great work you guys are doing, because you guys are the stars!

From day one, the atmosphere has been so warm and welcoming. My LO was always really anxious around different people/strangers, but the care and reassurance she received made all the difference, she now feels completely at home and sees everyone at nursery as a second family.
The activities are wonderful,
everything is so well organised, and the staff are genuinely kind.
A special thank you to Jamie and the team from Shooting Stars as you cannot fault any of them, they are all so caring and kind.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery.

I find nursery staff very friendly and helpful .They are quite understanding and accommodative. I will reccommend them to my friends and colleague's. We have been sending our little one for last 7 months and we have not had any issue with them .

Really happy with the nursery, the lovely people who take care of the kids and how the place is run.
Both our kids are at this nursery and would definitely recommend the place.
App used to provide info on the child through the day is alright and updated through the day. Kids love the activities they
do and some of the activities have been really well designed and been fun for the kids.
We also like the fact that majority of the staff have been working there for a while, so they do not need a lot of temporary staff which helps the kids to bond well with their carers and are not seeing new faces frequently.

Brightsparks Day Nursery, Purley. Where do I begin, My Daughter attends the nursery and has done since she was 9 months young, the normal worries as a parent when leaving your only child somewhere without you was daunting. However from The Manager down to the Nursery Nurses are all so caring and tentative
to not only my needs and believe me there was aloy but down to the smallest detail with my daughter. The app you get allows me to follow what my daughter gets up to during the day to day activities and play she does. Including any accidents that children get up to whilst exploring and learning. Can not praise this Nursery enough.

I've been using this nursery (Purley branch) since 2019 and have always been really happy with the level of service provided and my children have all been happy here. The key workers are excellent - they are warm and welcoming and really care about the children. The nursery manager is great too and
makes herself easily accessible to speak to. The level of communication here is great too whether that's the weekly emails with useful information or using the day diaries which are always full of information and pictures, which as a parent is lovely to see.

We have sent our eldest son here since he was 10 months old (now 3.75) and our youngest son has just started. We have been impressed with all the staff and management over the years. The staff genuinely care and come up with some incredibly thoughtful activities for the children. Management have been
a pleasure to deal with and communication is great. We love the app and ability to see what our children are/have been up to. They take security/safeguarding seriously so we have always felt our children are safe as well as having a great time. Sadly we are relocating so we have to say our goodbyes but thank you Brightsparks you have brought us so much comfort knowing our children are safe and cared for.

Brightsparks is a fantastic nursery giving our kids the best experiences. The owner knows all the kids and makes sure that the nursery runs smoothly with opportunities for parents to get involved through book readings and dinner invitations. The staff are friendly and always say hello to kids, with
my kids in two different rooms knowing all the staff well, and my eldest continuing to be asked after now she has left. They have opportunities for the kids to engage with the nursery guinea pigs and dogs and share experiences with home life through the app.
I have felt both my girls are supported and cared for by this nursery.

We've been with Brightsparks Selsdon since 2019 and both of our daughters have gone here - it's been such a great experience. The staff are great and many have stayed during this time. My youngest is currently there and her key worker, Nick, has been fantastic - I honestly couldn't recommend him more.
