Partou Lavender Hill Day Nursery & Pre-school

I understand these are professionals so may know more in the broad spectrum of things. But I know my child. Other than that, I have no negative thoughts or feelings on the nursery and as long as my son is happy, I'm happy.

My daughter is very happy when she attends nursery. She has great fun, a lot of friends, and we are getting reports which reflect on her activities and learning. Kids can enjoy a variety of activities in proactive and imaginative ways. Staff are friendly, and management is doing a great job to maintain standards.

My son is happy to go to this nursery. The garden play area is very nice and the staff are very nice.

We are very fortunate to be able to use this nursery. Staff form real bonds with the children, there is plenty of boisterous, colourful play and wonderful outdoor adventure space. Staff are resilient and cope with the changing public health circumstances exceptionally well.

This nursery is a fabulous place. My first child attended from the time he was 1 year old up to when he was four. We loved it so much that we also enrolled our second child. The hours are the most extended out of all the ones we researched. This was very necessary for families who had both parents working. Both my kids were fed all meals so that relieved a lot of pressure from us.

Our daughter has spent almost one year (since September 2018) in Lavender Hill nursery. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the outstanding work of the team there. Our daughter's social skills and language have considerably improved. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and securing for the children. The management team is just great, providing only important information in a concise way. Our daughter has been really happy there, she really enjoyed the books reading activities, the games with other children and the numerous amount of outdoors activities. I really like the fact that most of the toys are made in wood and children are allowed to play how to cook with real dry pasta, rice or fresh fruits. We also appreciate the online feed-back system (Tapestry) about the child's activities and the learning progresses. The place is really clean, our daughter enjoyed the food provided there.

I cannot recommend Lavender Hill Day Nursery more highly. The staff were warm, caring and professional and the facilities are great. We felt like our daughter was part of a big family. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all working there.

My son has settled in so quickly with no problems. There is always a smiling face to greet us and answer any questions. They have made such a nice little oasis for the children to learn and explore. My son is always excited to get there in the mornings which is a huge relief for one, especially after leaving him for the first time since he was born. His confidence has grown and he loves to play with everyone there, adults and children. All the staff are wonderful people.

We will miss everyone very much.

My daughter has been at Lavender Hill Day Nursery for over a year now, she has made some wonderful friends and the staff have communicated with me extremely well. The team have really helped my child and she has learnt so much since starting at nursery.

We cannot recommend Lavender Hill Day Nursery highly enough. Our son attended from 10-21 months old and absolutely loved his time there and the people who looked after him. We really appreciate the extremely high level of care our son was given by everyone, and in particular in the baby and toddler room, the very friendly atmosphere of the whole place, the range of activities he could participate in that made it such a stimulating environment for him and the professional way in which the nursery is run. We will all miss coming to Lavender Hill Day Nursery and send our best wishes to everyone who works there.
