Fantastic nursery in a beautiful, open plan, light airy setting! The staff work extremely hard to create a nurturing environment with loads of activities to inspire creativity and to grow skill sets for each age group. They foster a truly immersive and diverse experience learning about different
holidays and cultural events. The staff are all incredibly friendly and warm making the kids feel cared for. I especially appreciate how the staff work alongside with the parents to hit milestones such as potty training. Carollee, the manager of Partou Lavender Hill, is second to none! She is hands on with the children knowing each one by name. She supports the parents wholeheartedly. I honestly appreciate all the staff from Bebe the cook to the key caretakers and whilst everyone is lovely, I especially appreciate Andrea, Dionne, Heidi, and Mary. These women are energetic, nurturing, and you can tell truly love to care for the children.

We have loved being at this nursery. Our son enjoyed it and has grown so much in all his abilities. The staff are all very caring and have nurtured him so well. They communicate well with us and have gently provided us with guidance as well. The environment is very well set up. Ultimately, it's the
people that have made this experience so good for us. I would highly recommend the staff/team and this nursery.

Carollee is so brilliant, responds to messages and is ever so helpful. She is always smiling and has a very bubbly personality. Pays attention to both my boys in a nurturing way.
Will be sad for leave.

My grandson was a looked after child when starting this nursery,
The staff are really amazing.
Throughout my grandsons journey, they have been nothing but supportive, they have participated in meetings with his social worker and giving him all the support he needed to settle with me and the
nursery.
I am glad to say that my grandson is permanently placed with me and has excelled tremendously with the help of all his teachers at his nursery.
I would like to thank all the members of staff at Lavender Hill Nursery for all the support they have given us and for bringing us throughout this journey.
I would recommend this nursery to any family as they are such a hands-on team

My daughter has attended lavender hill between 2021 and 2025, my son is currently there. The staff is loving and attentive, both children are always happy to come in at drop off. The nursery is inclusive and fosters independence in the children, who learn to play in groups and to respect one
another. The manager is proactive, well organised, and very supportive, as is the staff in general. My daughter has left ready for school this September and my son is flourishing in the nursery.

My daughter loved all the activities, projects, and trips that have been planned. The manager Carolee is approachable, friendly and has the children's best

Our daughter has been at Lavender Hill for three years, and we have been really pleased with the nursery. The staff all know the children very well and are very caring towards the children who attend. The focus on play and Independence has supported my daughter to play well with other children and
have a good foundation ready for school. We are sorry to be leaving Lavender Hill, but looking forward to returning with our son.

Excellent experience with the nursery, management team is responsive and accomodating, staff is caring and eager to build a trusting relation with both the child and the parents, they are always happy to see our first child when we come to drop off our second. our 2nd currently in nursery has
settled remarkably well and i never had any concerns leaving him there days after days.

Really happy with the progress and development my child has made with the nursery. A great vibe and atmosphere from the staff and environment when collecting and dropping off my child. Staff always debrief how the days have gone and if there are any concerns.

My son started at the nursery this summer and we've had a fantastic experience. The staff were very supportive and communicative during the settling-in experience and my son quickly adapted to his new routine. He has bonded really well with the staff who are so caring and thoughtful. The activities
they do are great and he has developed a lot during his first few months. We couldn't be happier with this nursery!

Our son loves it here and receives excellent care. He has made super progress since he started and we feel welcomed by staff. He has lots of friends but also learns boundaries and how to be part of a team.

Lavender Hill Day Nursery staff has been supportive and attentive from the very first day, helping my son to settle in and adapt to the new routine. The positive environment and knowledgeable teachers contribute to making the transition as smooth as possible, not only for babies but also for
parents. Teachers take the time to share updates on kids, promptly communicate with parents if needed, and are open to discussing questions or concerns with professionalism and expertise.
I am very happy to have chosen Lavender Hill Day Nursery for my son and I am glad he is surrounded by caring teachers.

My nine-month-old baby started attending in January, she now does three days a week, and she loves going to this nursery. She is happy to be dropped off and has great fun playing all day. The staff are so warm and friendly and they take great and careful care of her and her development. Definitely

Despite the stresses and strains placed on Early Years childcare and with a rather high turnover of staff especially in management roles, Lavender Hill Day Nursery continues to ensure that each child reaches their full potential. The care and consideration, as well as enthusiasm and a genuine love
for the children, are admirable and remind me that it is a wonderful foundation for any child’s growth and development. Thank you for the commitment and hard work!

Both our kids attended Lavender Hill after moving to the UK from Australia. That was a big change for them, but the Lavender Hill staff has been amazing and very supportive.
We're very grateful for the positive impact the staff has had on their growth. The staff really cares about the children,
always taking time to share updates on our kids' day, and support is based on individual needs (which is reviewed/discussed with the parents on a regular basis).

My experience with the nursery has been positive as soon as I asked for clarification or feedback I saw a proactive reaction. Most of the staff have been amazing with me and my daughter. There have been some situations which have been tough for the nursery and had big repercussions on the families
but I've been satisfied with how it has been handled.

My daughter has attended Lavender Hill Day Nursery for 2 years now. Her development and social skills have come on in leaps and bounds. Despite the inconsistency in staff both the remaining and new staff members have remained positive and professional. My daughter enjoys her time at this nursery and
I’m sure we’ll be sad when it’s time to leave for “big school”.

I came to the nursery when I started bringing my cousin here. As a family, we are all very happy because every time she comes here she is very happy and enthusiastic. The staff are very attentive and caring about all the children here. Everyone is well cared for and we also like the fact that we
have access every day to details about how the day went at nursery. The meals are very complete and varied. I advise you all to come and look at this nursery and meet all the staff.
