Partou Lavender Hill Day Nursery & Pre-school has a well-earned reputation as the leading provider of childcare in Clapham Junction, offering outstanding care to children aged 3 months to 5 years and are open from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday - Friday, for 51 weeks of the year (closed during Christmas week).

Located next to Asda on Lavender Hill, the team enjoys the benefits of a large purpose-built nursery, refurbished and re-equipped in 2012, with large airy rooms, and a huge outdoor garden and play space, which the children love and thrive in.

There are separate rooms for babies, toddlers, 2-3 year olds, and Pre-School children, furnished with 'age appropriate' toys and resources, ensuring they provide the best standard of care, development and education.

Lavender Hill operates a Key Person policy, ensuring that your child is cared for by a member of staff who gets to know you and your child really well.

I cannot recommend Lavender Hill Day Nursery enough. It was my baby's first educational experience and her development in two months' time including settling and first-time separation was just amazing. We were treated so warmly and all my baby's needs were promptly met. An amazing first experience to

My daughter is in love with this nursery! Most caring and excellent staff. My daughter always talks about how great her day has been and shows love to her teachers and her friends. Lots of educational and engaging activities. Could not recommend this nursery enough!

My 16 month old daughter started the nursery 5 months ago and we are very pleased to see the progress she has made under the care of Lavender Hill Day Nursery. The first couple of months have been extremely difficult but everyone has been very patient and caring and we can see now a big improvement
on many fronts, she’s now more social and enjoying playing with others.

The Nursery Director/Manager are very approachable and listens to parents as well as the educator. The staff that has been with my son are lovely and sometimes when I arrive to pick him up he's on their lap hugging him and honestly caring for my little one. And I love it! Education based on love and
a program adjusted to my child's personality and then to his age has been really important to his development. I am really happy with all the support! All the minor issues were addressed.

A fantastic nursery well managed with the kindest most caring staff. Everyone is friendly and they are incredibly engaging with my son. The daily reports are informative and the staff are happy to talk through everything at the end of the day too. They let the babies/toddlers play outside and encourage

My son has been at Lavender Hill Nursery since he was legally old enough to attend and we could not be happier with his development since he has been here or the care and attention he has received. I have been asked not to name the carers but while he has his favorites the truth is that the standard
of child care seems consistently high across all the staff. My son loves nursery and will be sad to leave. I will also be grateful for how well they handled the pandemic.

Amazing staff and management. I’m very happy we picked this nursery for our son. Great outdoor space with anytime access for all the kids and they do great activities. Thank you to the nursery assistant and room leader and all the other staff in the baby room and the manager for doing so well.

The nursery has been a great help for my daughters all round development. Since starting she has begun to walk, talk, use her cutlery by herself, etc. I really love their style of play/teaching as it teaches children to be more independent and allows them to become much more involved in everyday life.
All of the practitioners have been so kind and always keep me up to date with what she eats, what she plays with, etc. I am overall very happy and grateful to have enrolled my daughter at this nursery.

My son has attended this nursery for a while now. He fully enjoys attending and never comes out with anything negative about the nursery. I, myself feel that at times, my queries aren't met and feel rushed in my son's development as I feel he may not be ready for some things.
I understand these are
professionals so may know more in the broad spectrum of things. But I know my child. Other than that, I have no negative thoughts or feelings on the nursery and as long as my son is happy, I'm happy.

We are very fortunate to be able to use this nursery. Staff form real bonds with the children, there is plenty of boisterous, colourful play and wonderful outdoor adventure space. Staff are resilient and cope with the changing public health circumstances exceptionally well.
