The whole team is fabulous. They are very professional, skilled and empathetic, they let me feel assured to leave my baby with them.

Despite the stresses and strains placed on Early Years childcare and with a rather high turnover of staff especially in management roles, Lavender Hill Day Nursery continues to ensure that each child reaches their full potential. The care and consideration, as well as enthusiasm and a genuine love for the children, are admirable and remind me that it is a wonderful foundation for any child’s growth and development. Both our kids attended Lavender Hill after moving to the UK from Australia. That was a big change for them, but the Lavender Hill staff has been amazing and very supportive.

We're very grateful for the positive impact the staff has had on their growth. The staff really cares about the children, always taking time to share updates on our kids' day, and support is based on individual needs (which is reviewed/discussed with the parents on a regular basis).

My experience with the nursery has been positive as soon as I asked for clarification or feedback I saw a proactive reaction. Most of the staff have been amazing with me and my daughter. There have been some situations which have been tough for the nursery and had big repercussions on the families but I've been satisfied with how it has been handled.

My daughter has attended Lavender Hill Day Nursery for 2 years now. Her development and social skills have come on in leaps and bounds. Despite the inconsistency in staff both the remaining and new staff members have remained positive and professional. My daughter enjoys her time at this nursery and I’m sure we’ll be sad when it’s time to leave for “big school”.

I came to the nursery when I started bringing my cousin here. As a family, we are all very happy because every time she comes here she is very happy and enthusiastic. The staff are very attentive and caring about all the children here. Everyone is well cared for and we also like the fact that we have access every day to details about how the day went at nursery. The meals are very complete and varied. I advise you all to come and look at this nursery and meet all the staff.

I cannot recommend Lavender Hill Day Nursery enough. It was my baby's first educational experience and her development in two months' time including settling and first-time separation was just amazing. We were treated so warmly and all my baby's needs were promptly met. An amazing first experience to cherish forever!

My daughter is in love with this nursery! Most caring and excellent staff. My daughter always talks about how great her day has been and shows love to her teachers and her friends. Lots of educational and engaging activities. Could not recommend this nursery enough!

My 16 month old daughter started the nursery 5 months ago and we are very pleased to see the progress she has made under the care of Lavender Hill Day Nursery. The first couple of months have been extremely difficult but everyone has been very patient and caring and we can see now a big improvement on many fronts, she’s now more social and enjoying playing with others.

The Nursery Director/Manager are very approachable and listens to parents as well as the educator. The staff that has been with my son are lovely and sometimes when I arrive to pick him up he's on their lap hugging him and honestly caring for my little one. And I love it! Education based on love and a program adjusted to my child's personality and then to his age has been really important to his development. I am really happy with all the support! All the minor issues were addressed.

A fantastic nursery well managed with the kindest most caring staff. Everyone is friendly and they are incredibly engaging with my son. The daily reports are informative and the staff are happy to talk through everything at the end of the day too. They let the babies/toddlers play outside and encourage developmental progress.

My son has been at Lavender Hill Nursery since he was legally old enough to attend and we could not be happier with his development since he has been here or the care and attention he has received. I have been asked not to name the carers but while he has his favorites the truth is that the standard of child care seems consistently high across all the staff. My son loves nursery and will be sad to leave. I will also be grateful for how well they handled the pandemic.

Amazing staff and management. I’m very happy we picked this nursery for our son. Great outdoor space with anytime access for all the kids and they do great activities. Thank you to the nursery assistant and room leader and all the other staff in the baby room and the manager for doing so well.

I am very happy with the nursery. My child is learning a lot and he enjoys coming to the nursery. His language has improved so much. Very happy with the time there.

It has been a nice experience to have my daughter attend a nursery in a place I feel comfortable with and trust. I can see that she is developing well here and it's nice to see her interacting with other children and also other adults, other than family members.

The nursery has been a great help for my daughters all round development. Since starting she has begun to walk, talk, use her cutlery by herself, etc. I really love their style of play/teaching as it teaches children to be more independent and allows them to become much more involved in everyday life. All of the practitioners have been so kind and always keep me up to date with what she eats, what she plays with, etc. I am overall very happy and grateful to have enrolled my daughter at this nursery.
