Partou Lavender Hill Day Nursery & Pre-school

I do not have a bad word to say! This nursery by far is the only place I would recommend for anyone I know. The staff are beyond friendly. Given the lady who cooks the food takes time to remember names. The place is immaculate. The smell of cleanliness instantly hits you as you enter! The staff are genuine. I have caught several staff off guard on more than several occasions without them knowing, hugging comforting children as if they are their own. The staff work together in a brilliant team and are amazing!! And they have bunnies!! My two daughters have always been happy here and I have always been at ease and I trust them 100%

I am a mother of three kids (the older is 14 years old) and I have always worked so I have interacted with a lot of carers. It is the first time I have experienced such outstanding levels of care.

We will miss this nursery a lot but will drop by to say hello even after my son starts primary school.

She has made friends here, We are going to miss the nursery lots when my daughter goes to school.

Lavender Hill Day Nursery is the only nursery in the area that opens at 7:30 am which was important to us. The staff at Lavender Hill Day Nursery are very welcoming. They make my daughter feel like they have missed her and are happy to see her. Whenever I have had the opportunity to observe what she is doing, my daughter is always engaged. The are lots of story time, singing and dancing. The food is varied and the most important thing is that my daughter comes home very happy!

Finally the fact that there are three gates before my son can get out lets me know he's safe and that's before the security doors that need a button to be pressed first.

My child has attended nursery since she was 1 years old so she has grown with the staff and is familiar with them all. Staff turnover is very low. I love the fact the food is fresh and prepared on site. Management are very inviting and friendly.

My child has settled in well and enjoys going to nursery. The staff are always helpful and caring and I am glad I chose this nursery for my daughter.

After a really good show around last year we decided to choose this lovely friendly, family feel nursery. They really supported with my child's potty training. My child has really developed since attending this nursery.

I have had no problems with my daughter who has taken a while to settle but the staff have been fantastic and have been so kind and welcoming doing their utmost to make me and my daughter feel comfortable, always reassuring me. Now my daughter does not want to leave when I pick her up.

My daughter started at the nursery when she was two. She has always been very happy at Lavender Hill. The staff and management have always been friendly with both me and my daughter. We will really miss the nursery as she is going to school this year. But I would and always will recommend this nursery.

Absolutely love this nursery. My children have learnt so much and even learnt to use the toilet in two weeks. Staff are always happy and polite. I have already told friends to join.

Outstanding!! The nursery has always been so welcoming of myself and my daughter, Staff are always there to welcome the children into the setting. My daughter is always happy to go to the nursery and is always hard getting her out. She never wants to leave but I know she is happy so that makes me happy. As working in a day nursery previously, I can see that all staff have a strong bond like family which is lovely. If staff are happy, the children are. Keep up the good work guys, you are all doing amazing.

Staff are fantastic. My son has come way out of his shell here. Learning very well and all is good.

Very welcoming and friendly clean and tidy space. Staff keep all parents up to date so we know what our child is up to and how they are developing academically, socially etc. Great fun space for all the kids which they all enjoy as I've witnessed.

My daughter is really happy at the nursery and has been there since she was 8 months old. The staff are so kind and my daughter can't wait to get in and start playing. Her development is coming on in leaps and bounds and I couldn't be happier.
