I have caught several staff off guard on more than several occasions without them knowing, hugging comforting children as if they are their own. I have had no problems with my daughter who has taken a while to settle but the staff have been fantastic and have been so kind and welcoming doing their utmost to make me and my daughter feel comfortable, always reassuring me. Now my daughter does not want to leave when I pick her up.
