Partou Lavender Hill Day Nursery & Pre-school

Lovely nursery. Staff are friendly and are great with my son's English.

Absolutely love this nursery. My children have learnt so much and even learnt to use the toilet in two weeks. Staff are always happy and polite. I have already told friends to join.

Outstanding!! The nursery has always been so welcoming of myself and my daughter, Staff are always there to welcome the children into the setting. My daughter is always happy to go to the nursery and is always hard getting her out. She never wants to leave but I know she is happy so that makes me happy. As working in a day nursery previously, I can see that all staff have a strong bond like family which is lovely. If staff are happy, the children are. Keep up the good work guys, you are all doing amazing.

Staff are fantastic. My son has come way out of his shell here. Learning very well and all is good.

Very welcoming and friendly clean and tidy space. Staff keep all parents up to date so we know what our child is up to and how they are developing academically, socially etc. Great fun space for all the kids which they all enjoy as I've witnessed.

My daughter is really happy at the nursery and has been there since she was 8 months old. The staff are so kind and my daughter can't wait to get in and start playing. Her development is coming on in leaps and bounds and I couldn't be happier.

Very lovely staff. very warm and comforting environment. I am glad my daughter has gone there. She has come on leaps and bounds. Key workers are a great opportunity to get To know exactly how far your child has come.

Amazing staff. Manager is amazing. I've had no problems during the time my son who is 4 years old. There's never been a problem.

I am glad that my daughter is attending Lavender Hill Day Nursery. 1) The staff are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They're full of courtesy and outstanding teaching professionalism. 2) The staff are welcoming to both the child and the parents. There is a good relationship between staff and the children in the nursery. My daughter is always happy to attend her school (nursery). A very good foundation. 3) The staff provide an excellent education to the child's needs. My daughter is developing with her social communication. 4) Security is well maintained for the safety of the children.

Brilliant nursery, kind and caring staff. My daughter is always very happy to go there in the mornings (and often doesn't want to leave!) Very good value and great location being so near to the station.

Since my daughter joined this nursery from a previous one, she has been so happy to come every day. The staff have been so welcoming towards us as parents and the children. I see happiness, fun and learning throughout, my daughter had come on massively since joining and we feel like a part of the family. I am always spoken to about my daughters day and this is great as other nurseries haven't done this. All good things.

Since my son started here, his language and social skills have greatly improved. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and very attentive to the children. The food provided is very healthy. The deputy manager greets you at the door during drop off. My son is in the pre-school room run by the pre-school teacher, which provides lots of stimulating activities for the kids. I like that outdoor play is encouraged, even when it;s a bit rainy. The kids slap on their wellies and coats and get some fresh air. A member of staff is always on hand to provide you with a breakdown of what my son has done that day and what he's eaten. I like the emails they send, providing important dates and events coming up. They also have a good safety programme in place, with door buzzers and intercoms and safety gates.

My son enjoys coming here. The settling in sessions was great and we were allowed as many as we liked. This was important for us as my son and I have a close relationship and he had not been left before, starting at 2 1/2 years old. The handover is always good, hearing about his day and how much/what he has eaten.

My daughter has been in this nursery for over 6 months, she loves coming to the nursery, she has great fun and the staff are lovely.

My daughter started the nursery in October 2015 and really enjoys it. She loves the staff as they are all lovely and welcoming people. My daughter has learnt a lot at the nursery since starting.

The nursery is a good nursery and has good and adequate standards overall. The staff are very communicative and friendly towards children and parents.
