My son attends L.G. regularly and enjoys his stay. He interacts with various members of staff, kids and toddlers from other classes and plays and learns something new every day. The nursery plans various activities depending on the classes and also extra activities that can be attended if interested. Overall, the feedback is very positive, the staff and all the members are friendly and supportive of the kid's development. Keep it up with the hard work!
Looking Glass is a brilliant setting - clean, well-equipped and very friendly. My daughter loves her mornings there. She is learning and developing well and is always so pleased to see her teachers. I couldn't ask for more from a nursery.
I'm very happy to bring the child to this nursery because I feel that she is learning so much about how to act, numbers, letters, shapes, colours, and she can play with other children of her own age.
Looking Glass Nursery provides an excellent service and care to my son. he enjoys going to nursery every day and never wants to leave.
He enjoys the activities and has healthy meals.
My toddler always comes home with new skills and excellent manners.

She is keen to speak and overall develop.
I couldn't recommend Looking Glass enough to other parents.
He's made lots of lovely little friends.
Just sitting and talking and watching the staff, I'm confident that with my child attending this nursery, he will improve in areas that he needs to. I am also confident that he will be happy and enjoy his time here.
All staff are very attentive and smiley. They're always ready with a big welcome. We've used this nursery with our eldest son, so seven years in total and have always been very happy.
Love The Looking glass, the staff are always friendly, responsive and my little boy is very happy there. It is a home from home.
Excellent nursery. My child is very happy and well looked after. The staff are professional and always keep me well informed of my child's development needs.
Excellent staff throughout, children always are happy.
All staff are friendly and welcoming in his room.
The opening hours of the nursery are also very useful as this facilitates my work day.
Looking Glass is a wonderful nursery. We have been thrilled by the quality of early years care enjoyed by both our children at every stage of the nursery. The whole environment is centred on the needs of the child. Every key worker has struck a great balance between getting to know our kids as individuals, caring for their needs and guiding them in their learning. I have and will continue to recommend Looking Glass as a safe, loving and enjoyable nursery for parents to place their kids. The fantastic outside space, quality of the menu and lengthy opening hours are a real bonus on top of everything else.
I have been really happy with the staff at Looking Glass Day Nursery I was apprehensive about my 2 year old son attending a nursery while quite young. I found them very helpful and approachable as my son can be quite difficult to settle and needs a while to get used to different situations. I would never choose a different nursery and I am very sad we've had to leave. I'm grateful for everything they have done to make it easier.
My son started when he was 10 months old in the baby room and now at 2.5 years old he is in the 2-3 year old room. My second son has just started at 11 months old and both my husband and I couldn't be happier with the service we have received. Our children are incredibly happy and excited to go to nursery, and have been from day one. All the staff are incredibly warm and caring and very responsive to the children. Even though it's a big nursery they seem to know all the names of the children and hugs are given out to each and every one. The garden is MASSIVE and split to appropriate age groups, all the food is made on site and the handover at the end of the day is detailed.
As we are moving we have looked at a few nurseries and I can honestly say nothing compares to this nursery - it's very clean, warm and welcoming - highly recommend.
Brilliant Nursery. I have had an amazing experience sending my child there. My daughter has a lot of separation anxiety and used to cry to the extent where she would throw up. After a year in nursery, she still cries when we drop her off in the morning. The staff has been amazingly patient with her in the entire year where they would lift her up and console her, bring her back to her normal self before putting her down. They have done this everyday without complaint for the last one year. They are very patient and caring and look after the kids very well. They have helped my child become more outgoing and her learning curve has been amazing. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, and if you get sent to Bluebells room you are all set and don't need to worry about anything. The staff are very stable here in the nursery and carers are brilliant. If you get your child in any room monitored by these guys, go for it :)

I am the Deputy Manager and the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) at Tooting Looking Glass Day Nursery.
I have over 10 years of experience working with children and I hold a level 3 in Child Care and Education. Before I joined Bright Horizons I was a manager of a smaller nursery, I have experience as a learning support assistant and senior nursery nurse in the primary education sector supporting classroom teachers and children of different ages. My role as a SENCO can be varied - I am responsible for assessing, planning and monitoring the progress of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). I support the identification of children with special educational needs and coordinate provision for them too. I also liaise with parents and with other providers such as outside agencies, educational psychologists, health visitors and speech therapists to ensure we are supporting the children in the best way possible. I create support plans for children and organise tailored activities/interventions to support their development.
My role as Deputy is to assist Terry in providing professional leadership and management of the nursery. I promote the health, safeguarding and well-being of children as well as being a role model to other staff to deliver high-quality experiences and care for the children.
