My son thoroughly enjoyed his time at your camp at New Bradwell. He would love to come back again during his next break. We come all the way from Broughton and we don't mind the travel as the staff out there are so friendly and kind. They cater to the learning needs of the kids. I give you a 5 on 5.
My 2 year-old started at New Bradwell Acorn Nursery this year. Since she's started here she's come on leaps and bounds. She always enjoys herself and comes home very happy. The staff seem very helpful and listen to our wishes.
The staff are always very friendly, and intune with his needs.
The app is updated regularly, so I can see how his day is going.
If I have had any concerns the staff are very receptive and helpful.
My child has been at New Bradwell for some time now and has come a long way with expressing themselves. From showing their interest to the staff and in turn, the staff really promoting this and their growth as a child to feeling the nursery to be a safe place to be who they are.
With a constructive conversation between myself and the team to see how we can keep on improving my child's development.
Food is freshly made and has great nutrition, which I think is key in child development. Really glad to have chosen this nursery.
We use the afterschool club. My son seems to settle well there and is occupied with activities. Still encourage him to eat during after-school club but he is still nervous about eating foods that may contain gluten but staff have encouraged him that they have gluten-free foods.
My 5-year-old daughter attends the after-school club at Acorn New Bradwell twice a week and she enjoys her time there. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good organisation in collecting the reception children from class. I know that my daughter is safe and in good hands.
Would like to be informed and updated a little more by some staff than I have been, think that nappies should be changed a little more often, the app should be updated more frequently as some days have not been very clear on what my little one has had.
I chose this nursery for a number of reasons, I have a friend who sends her children there, it's a handy location for me, but most importantly, I just got a lovely feeling from my first visit. It's an open plan and allows free play among the children. The staff are all so lovely and it's clear the children have a great time. Since my son started, it was such a hard transition for me to leave him and every single staff member was so supportive and kind to me which I am so grateful for! My son is very happy there, which also speaks volumes. Thanks so much to the Acorn team!
My son joined the nursery beginning of this month (September) and I can say I'm impressed with the caring attitude and the kindness of the staff, they are all very nice people. The nursery is also clean and appears safe for the children. Also, my son's speech seems to be improving because he started saying a few words which am sure he picked from the nursery.
The team is so friendly and kind, the environment is safe and full of different activities that help increase children's development. My daughter loves the place and she is learning so much from there. I'm glad I got a place in this group.
The outside space is amazing and our children are out there rain or shine which is amazing.
Our kids really love the food and eat so well at nursery.
The communication from the nursery is excellent. We are updated on what they are doing daily and if we have a question we can message the person working with them and get a rapid response.
We would recommend this nursery all day long. It's great and our children love it.
My only regret is that we didn't come here sooner!
So far so good, no concerns. My daughter is always looking forward to attending nursery meaning she's learning and having a great time. Her key worker always makes observations whenever she can. Sometimes it gets busy and the food observations are not marked down and staff don't tell you unless you ask which is understandable if it's too busy at the nursery. Overall I'm happy with my child's progression and the key worker pays attention to her needs.
We absolutely fell in love with this nursery for our son from the day we had a nursery tour. It was by far one of the most appropriate places in our own opinion for our son to spend his time while we were at work. I wouldn't have changed that decision for the world! Our baby started going when he was roughly 5/6 months old, he absolutely thrives from the care practitioners and the other children. We often get regular updates on how our boy is doing and can check on the app for his feeding, nappies etc. I was worried about his development due to lack of interaction with other children, but he is thriving. He gets so excited to go in the mornings and see everyone. As parents, we have never felt more comfortable with taking our boy somewhere to provide what we would at home, it really was a no-brainer in our eyes.
The team at New Bradwell Acorns have been incredibly welcoming and friendly with my youngest son starting there over a month ago. It's lovely to see the photo and video updates of my son having such a positive experience with not only his key adults, but all members of staff who have taken the time to get to know him, and us, personally.
I am very satisfied with how my daughter is treated by the staff. I like that they always have new experiences (forestry school, bus ride, walk in the park) the staff are brilliant, loving with children and super playful.
Acorn has exhibited patience, kindness, and knowledge that goes above reasonable expectations, as well as a willingness to work in a collaborative manner in order to ensure the best possible outcomes for my child. I will always be grateful to Acorn for their hard work, and cannot recommend them enough.
A wonderful, supportive nursery. The staff are all lovely to deal with and our boys are very happy and are thriving here. The staff take a genuine interest in the children and feed their imagination and creativity - learning the children's interests and catering to them to help foster a passion for learning at a young age. If there is an accident like a bump or trip we are notified immediately both on the app and usually with an accompanying phone call and we are also kept up to date with everything else via the app and at pick-up time.
Both of my daughters have been to this nursery, and they have thrived here. The staff go above and beyond their roles and are so welcoming and accommodating. They have been instrumental in potty training both of my girls and have helped them reach their developmental milestones. The children are getting fantastic care whilst learning through play. The meals are cooked from scratch in their dedicated kitchen for healthy meals. The girls have absolutely loved their key person like she is a family member. Some days I even struggle to prize them away as they’re having so much fun at the nursery. Being a working mum, flexibility and understanding is absolutely key, which I get from Acorn New Bradwell. The staff and management truly make it a special place here and have surpassed all my expectations. Thank you, Acorn New Bradwell - you have set the standard!
They have learned different skills and made so many achievements thanks to the amazing staff who care for and support them in their activities.
My son's medical issues are dealt with very well. I couldn’t ask for a better team.
Both my children love going here and have gained so much from being there.
I would definitely recommend.
