It really helped having a tour ad meeting with the lead of the holiday club before booking. The team were really helpful and addressed our worries putting us at ease with using a holiday club for the first time. Our son had an amazing time and hasn't stopped talking about all the activities he got to try.

Absolutely positive experience over the past 5 years on both nursery ana activity day camp. Staff is caring, children enjoy lots of different activities. Both my kids are always happy to attend their sessions.

She always comes home telling me about the fun day she's had from going out on little trips to explore, cooking and arts. The staff are friendly and so informative!

The room leaders specially Molly are such a great example of a caring environment. During transition between rooms Rashmi our key person was such a great help, and our girl still talks about her and looks forward to seeing her.

We have been using the nursery for our son Vikram. I would recommend it to any parents who want to use this facility. Happy leaving our kid felt safe and secure. The learning and equipment is good, and the staff are friendly.

We've taken our daughter to the childcare hub since she was 11 months and it's been an absolute pleasure. The staff are great, attentive, friendly and helpful. We've been very comfortable during these years and our daughter has really enjoyed it.

My daughter loves going to Nursery, and she has made good friends and enjoys playing with other kids. I also receive regular updates from the teachers, which tell me how my daughter has been in that day. I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

My little one loves it here. He runs in every morning and sometimes doesn't want to leave at the end of the day! Staff are great with him and he's progressed so much being there. The outdoor space was a big draw for us and sometimes they spend most of the day outside which is great

My child absolutely loves this daycare! The staff are warm, caring, and truly attentive. The play-based activities keep the kids engaged and happy every day. I feel completely at ease knowing my little one is in such a safe and nurturing environment. Highly recommended!

My son has settled into nursery so well! He's been in 2 rooms so far and both have been fantastic, as was the settling process from one room to another. Leaving your small baby with effectively strangers is a big deal, and the process was made as easy as could be for both me and my son. Staff are supportive and understanding when raising any issues or when you need support with things that you are working on at home. Staff seem to know lots of the children as well, not just those in their room, which is lovely! My son has developed and learned so much since being here too.

Kids Play have been pivotal in shaping both my kids early development; they do so with so much genuine care and treat each child as an individual, helping to highlight their unique strengths as well as helping them to navigate big feelings and emotions. I would highly recommend Kids Play to any parent!!

My son has been coming here for 3 years now and we all love it. The staff are brilliant, proactive and caring. The activities are a great selection and my son is always telling me about something exciting from his day.

My son attended the nursery from 1 years old and still regularly attends the holiday club during school holidays. The facilities are great, the staff are fantastic, overall cannot fault the nursery and the care the staff provide for the children. With the large garden space for outdoor play as well as forest school there is always something going on for the children.

My child has been at the nursery for 2 years. He is so happy and keen to attend. All his key workers have been amazing and really understand Lucas and want the best for him. He comes home talking about his friends and saying how much he loves Molly. All the leadership team know who you are and your child and will bend over backwards to help you. I love the team and the atmosphere they create.

Kids Play has been absolutely fantastic. My baby started in August at 12 months old and they have been so supportive and accommodating. The staff in the baby room are caring and nurturing and I have no worries about sending my baby there every day. They update the app every day so I know how his day is going and I have every confidence that they would tell me immediately if it was otherwise. The team are so open and friendly and I feel so well supported by them. The settling process was great and they were so flexible about it to meet the needs of my baby and he was always their priority in the process. I couldn't rate the nursery highly enough so far!!

My child has recently moved up rooms and has taken to it like a duck to water, thanks to the staff and their relationships with the children. His confidence and knowledge keep growing every day, and I know that he is well looked after.

I am beyond grateful for the staff at the hub. They have helped me identify area of development we need to work on, supported with referrals and setting up IEP's alongside other trackers to ensure we get us much as possible to help with my child's referrals. They have supported me in the process and been incredibly kind as I have found not just the separation difficult but also coming to terms with SEN bits that came to light. They are so loving and continue to work hard with my child to help her reach her full potential. I can't say thank you enough.

My daughter has been extremely happy here ever since starting at 9months old (she's now nearly 2). She has come on leaps and bounds with her development and confidence. Staff are very approachable and genuinely care for your child. Would definitely recommend!
