My child absolutely loves this daycare! The staff are warm, caring, and truly attentive. The play-based activities keep the kids engaged and happy every day. I feel completely at ease knowing my little one is in such a safe and nurturing environment. Highly recommended!

My son started forest school and absolutely loves the classes. He always have a great time, talks about the adults looking after him and brings home a variety of things hes made or drawn. They are treating him with such care and building his independence and individuality. The team always gives up updates and we work together to meet common goals. Thanks for looking after him.

My son has settled into nursery so well! He's been in 2 rooms so far and both have been fantastic, as was the settling process from one room to another. Leaving your small baby with effectively strangers is a big deal, and the process was made as easy as could be for both me and my son. Staff are supportive and understanding when raising any issues or when you need support with things that you are working on at home. Staff seem to know lots of the children as well, not just those in their room, which is lovely! My son has developed and learned so much since being here too.

Kids Play have been pivotal in shaping both my kids early development; they do so with so much genuine care and treat each child as an individual, helping to highlight their unique strengths as well as helping them to navigate big feelings and emotions. I would highly recommend Kids Play to any parent!!

My son has been coming here for 3 years now and we all love it. The staff are brilliant, proactive and caring. The activities are a great selection and my son is always telling me about something exciting from his day.

My son attended the nursery from 1 years old and still regularly attends the holiday club during school holidays. The facilities are great, the staff are fantastic, overall cannot fault the nursery and the care the staff provide for the children. With the large garden space for outdoor play as well as forest school there is always something going on for the children.

My child has been at the nursery for 2 years. He is so happy and keen to attend. All his key workers have been amazing and really understand Lucas and want the best for him. He comes home talking about his friends and saying how much he loves Molly. All the leadership team know who you are and your child and will bend over backwards to help you. I love the team and the atmosphere they create.

Kids Play has been absolutely fantastic. My baby started in August at 12 months old and they have been so supportive and accommodating. The staff in the baby room are caring and nurturing and I have no worries about sending my baby there every day. They update the app every day so I know how his day is going and I have every confidence that they would tell me immediately if it was otherwise. The team are so open and friendly and I feel so well supported by them. The settling process was great and they were so flexible about it to meet the needs of my baby and he was always their priority in the process. I couldn't rate the nursery highly enough so far!!

My child has recently moved up rooms and has taken to it like a duck to water, thanks to the staff and their relationships with the children. His confidence and knowledge keep growing every day, and I know that he is well looked after.

I have first known Kids Play with my son when he started attending at 1 year old and now mu daughter is attending pre school, and also my son attends activity day camp too when needed during school holidays. I have only had wonderful experiences with all the different teachers we encountered in the various rooms. They're all passionate about their job, they absolutely love the children and my kids have always been very happy with all of them. I cannot recommend Kids Play strong enough!

I am beyond grateful for the staff at the hub. They have helped me identify area of development we need to work on, supported with referrals and setting up IEP's alongside other trackers to ensure we get us much as possible to help with my child's referrals. They have supported me in the process and been incredibly kind as I have found not just the separation difficult but also coming to terms with SEN bits that came to light. They are so loving and continue to work hard with my child to help her reach her full potential. I can't say thank you enough.

My daughter has been extremely happy here ever since starting at 9months old (she's now nearly 2). She has come on leaps and bounds with her development and confidence. Staff are very approachable and genuinely care for your child. Would definitely recommend!

My son started attending preschool, during Covid, having had a really poor experience at our local nursery/preschool. From day 1 the experience was completely different! The staff were fantastic and my son had a wonderful time- he loved playing outdoors, joining in with activities and making friends. He attended the preschool until he went to school, at which point, my daughter started attending the nursery. She was so well looked after, by some of the kindest, caring staff I've met. She then moved up to preschool where she is now- she has so much fun on her preschool days! Again, our experience has been brilliant- she loves all of the staff, especially learning about all their different cultural backgrounds during celebrations throughout the year. The management team are great- so helpful and flexible and understanding when we have questions or requests. Having attended this nursery/preschool for 5 years, we are going to really miss them when my youngest starts school!

We have a great experience with the nursery, the staff is amazing and our little one loves them. She goes in happy and is happy at the end of the day coming back to us. She does daily activities that she enjoys and the staff is very caring, everyone knows her name, she is happy to see them in the morning.

Not a good nursery if your child has any additional needs. My son has a speech delay and as such was not as advanced as other children when it came to sitting and eating lunch. On almost every day he would be sent home with us being told he had eaten a solitary cracker. We had advised the nursery that he eats with a high chair at home so as to focus him on the meal, however, they refused to use a high chair and were happy for him to go a while, 8-hour day wasting only a cracker. By comparison, he has now started a primary school nursery and is given access to a high chair and eats the majority of his lunch every day. For how much money you pay for a nursery like this you would hope they would at least feed your children. He was left to his own devices most of the time and we were left with the impression they did not have the time or resources to support him.

Our child didn't get any service from the company, so was a non starter, but they will still happily take your deposit! Apparently it's in the contract, no love, you like to rob people of their hard earned money and stick 2 fingers in the air, says everything about the place, thank God we didn't leave our child there!

We currently have two of our children attending the nursery and they have been there since January 2023. The staff are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to ensure the children are happy and content. They focus on getting to know the children as individuals and build excellent rapport with them. Both of my girls have been fortunate to have the most amazing keyworkers from the baby room to preschool. As parents, we were sceptical about putting our girls into nursery in the first place, however, I cannot recommend this place enough. You have to visit it to understand how child-centred and beautiful the setting is. We absolutely love that the children get to explore nature and learn by having autonomy over the types of activities they engage in. Highly recommended!

Our son started at Kids Play last year after we had a bad experience at another nursery where our son was not welcome to attend all year as he has additional needs. I can't recommend this nursery enough, they have been amazing! The facilities in the nursery are outstanding and the staff are amazing, our son has come along so well at this nursery and they have been so good with keeping us informed about everything from his day at nursery and keeping us informed about everything that they are doing for him with regards to SEN, which he will now be ready to move to school with an EHCP in place which they explained everything about it to us and did everything for and appreciate all the work that this has taken. This nursery is so inclusive and our son is thriving there. Thank you so much the manager, the SENCO and all the staff at Kids Play.

I have two children attending The Childcare Hub in babies and preschool. We have been attending the nursery since January 2021 and could not be happier with the childcare setting. All staff in all the rooms have made me feel at ease leaving my children. They provide a thorough debrief daily and additional reviews on my children's development. The children love the outdoors and nature play that is available to them daily. Since attending the setting, both have become a lot more confident and we know they enjoy their time at the nursery. I highly recommend it.

I send both my children to this nursery. My son started in the baby room in the summer and settled in quickly. We have seen his confidence grow and the staff in that room have been brilliant, working with us and him, to help him learn new things. He has formed strong relationships with his key worker and some of the other staff and children. My daughter is in the preschool room. It is a large setting so they always have a wide range of activities going on for the children to choose from. She particularly enjoys the creative activities, as well as the fantastic garden and outdoor facilities. They also do regular trips to the local farm and attend forest school sessions. She learns a lot there and I feel will be well prepared for starting school next year.
