Kids Play The Childcare Hub

Our child didn't get any service from the company, so was a non starter, but they will still happily take your deposit! Apparently it's in the contract, no love, you like to rob people of their hard earned money and stick 2 fingers in the air, says everything about the place, thank God we didn't leave our child there!

We currently have two of our children attending the nursery and they have been there since January 2023. The staff are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to ensure the children are happy and content. They focus on getting to know the children as individuals and build excellent rapport with them. Both of my girls have been fortunate to have the most amazing keyworkers from the baby room to preschool. As parents, we were sceptical about putting our girls into nursery in the first place, however, I cannot recommend this place enough. You have to visit it to understand how child-centred and beautiful the setting is. We absolutely love that the children get to explore nature and learn by having autonomy over the types of activities they engage in. Highly recommended!

Our son started at Kids Play last year after we had a bad experience at another nursery where our son was not welcome to attend all year as he has additional needs. I can't recommend this nursery enough, they have been amazing! The facilities in the nursery are outstanding and the staff are amazing, our son has come along so well at this nursery and they have been so good with keeping us informed about everything from his day at nursery and keeping us informed about everything that they are doing for him with regards to SEN, which he will now be ready to move to school with an EHCP in place which they explained everything about it to us and did everything for and appreciate all the work that this has taken. This nursery is so inclusive and our son is thriving there. Thank you so much the manager, the SENCO and all the staff at Kids Play.

I have two children attending The Childcare Hub in babies and preschool. We have been attending the nursery since January 2021 and could not be happier with the childcare setting. All staff in all the rooms have made me feel at ease leaving my children. They provide a thorough debrief daily and additional reviews on my children's development. The children love the outdoors and nature play that is available to them daily. Since attending the setting, both have become a lot more confident and we know they enjoy their time at the nursery. I highly recommend it.

Lovely staff and is a great place for the children. Lots of activities for them to enjoy all day. I can see a very rapid development in the education of the children. The outdoor spaces are really well equipped for the children. The only downside is when the kids are coming home very dirty and muddy, full of sand, but I suppose at least they had a really fun day.

I send both my children to this nursery. My son started in the baby room in the summer and settled in quickly. We have seen his confidence grow and the staff in that room have been brilliant, working with us and him, to help him learn new things. He has formed strong relationships with his key worker and some of the other staff and children. My daughter is in the preschool room. It is a large setting so they always have a wide range of activities going on for the children to choose from. She particularly enjoys the creative activities, as well as the fantastic garden and outdoor facilities. They also do regular trips to the local farm and attend forest school sessions. She learns a lot there and I feel will be well prepared for starting school next year.

Highly recommend the nursery, my son loves it. The staff are amazing. One of the best facilities in the area. They are organised and go over and beyond to make the children comfortable. It has been the best decision I made.

Both of our children have attended the Childcare Hub and have loved every minute of it. The staff are so friendly and seem to really enjoy looking after the children. We would certainly recommend them to our friends and family.

The staff in the baby room have been brilliant at helping settle my little one and me into nursery, especially in the restricted times. Her key worker has gone above and beyond to ensure I feel updated, have had the opportunity to look around the room again after hours as the last time we visited was in 2019 and suggested things to help with my baby adjusting. I was anxious about her sleeping and eating there and they've totally followed her lead, pace and made her feel comfortable to sleep. Any new start is challenging but particularly in these stricter times. I'm really grateful for their support and the facilities look great. She came home covered in glitter the other day and had had a great time. Thank you to the team!

Our daughter has been attending The Childcare Hub nursery since January 2021. Due to our gentle parenting style we had originally been focused on finding a childminder. We were recommended the nursery and could not be happier with what we found. They have been able to meet all our requirements and daughters needs. They clearly have an up to date, evidence-based approach to childcare. With the challenges of the pandemic it was a nerve wracking transition for our daughter but they were incredibly supportive. They have accepted cloth nappies without any difficulty and they are happy to provide a gentle approach to sleep. We also follow a Montessori influence at home and their natural approach to child led learning fits very well alongside this. Currently she is transitioning from the baby to toddler room and this has been handled with great care and reassurance. I highly recommend considering this nursery.

My son has been at this pre-school since September 2020. He is extremely happy there and has learnt so much in a relatively short space of time. This has obviously been a difficult year for everyone but I am so impressed with how the pre-school have kept life as normal as possible and continued to keep the children engaged with fun, enriching, and exciting activities. I cannot fault the staff and the care they give. They are always happy to see the children and welcome them in with smiles and enthusiasm. They work so hard behind the scenes to keep their venue open and safe for our children. My son looks forward to going every day and I know he will be sad to leave them in July. A special mention to a particular member of staff, my son absolutely adores him and he comes home with endless stories of the games and activities that they have had fun doing. Thank you to all the pre-school staff, for all you do for our son.

Fantastic place, amazing staff and very happy kids!

Absolutely amazing people, very understanding and patient with our bilingual daughter, also with the parents. We are really happy that we have chosen Kids Play and really thankful for the amazing job they are doing there.

I have sent all three of my children to Kids Play in Bury St Edmunds. My youngest is now 15 months and has been there since he was 7 months. The staff are always so friendly and take the time to discuss every individual child with the parents. I really enjoy my chats with them in the morning and afternoon. My children were all extremely happy there and I have always found that my children's individual needs have been catered for excellently. The support in my children's social and learning development has been brilliant. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

So so happy. The staff are absolutely lovely. Both my children absolutely adore going there and have formed some incredible bonds with their key workers and others. They've made lovely friends. They have learned so much. Their communication skills are fantastic and they get so excited to go to nursery every day they are there. They love the outdoor facilities and indoor activities. The nursery is very clean, the food is fantastic, my two both try new things every week. I literally can't praise the nursery and the staff enough.

A super nursery where I feel my child is very safe. All the employees have a good understanding of my child's development stage, personality and daily routine. I trust them all entirely. The nursery have been incredibly diligent about the children's welfare throughout the COVID pandemic and have put reassuring safety measures in place. Communication is always timely and clear. I'm thrilled that my child is in such caring and safe hands.

My son started at Kidsplay in November 2019 and has thoroughly enjoyed every day due to the variety of activities and the kindness of staff.

We really like the friendly and welcoming staff who are always happy to update us on our child’s day. The staff are also really helpful at giving tips and advice if there’s something we are unsure of, or if there is something we want to improve at home.

Fantastic nursery, all staff extremely involved and I feel everyone knows my child's likes, dislikes and characteristics. So helpful and a wonderful setting.

We have children in both the nursery and pre-school at the Childcare Hub. It’s so convenient that we can drop off both together. The staff are really friendly which results in a positive atmosphere for all. The support we’ve had has made a big difference and the facilities are second to none.
